يأتي يوم 28 سبتمبر/ أيلول 2020، ليذكرنا بالذكرى الخمسين لرحيل الزعيم جمال عبد الناصر، أيّ نصف قرن من عمر الزمن والتاريخ، وذلك وسط متغيّرات وظروف بيئية في منتهى القسوة إقليمياً ودولياً، بل ومحلياً داخل الأقطار العربيّة. فنحن نعيش عصر التدهور العربي خاصة في محور الرجعية العربية، مقابل تصاعد محور المقاومة الذي يواجه ضغوطاً غير مسبوقة، ومع ذلك يحقق الانتصارات تباعاً.
ومن أهمّ المتغيّرات التي يواجهها الإقليم والقضية الفلسطينية، ما حدث من اختراق رسمي وعلني صهيوني لدول الخليج التي كانت عربية، لتسقط الدولة تلو الأخرى في براثن الكيان الصهيوني (إسرائيل)، بإعلان التطبيع وتأسيس العلاقات بينهم وبين “إسرائيل”. وفي المقدّمة رسمياً (الإمارات – البحرين)، والبقية في الطريق بقيادة رأس الرجعية العربية وهي المملكة السعودية، وذلك عدا دولة الكويت التي أعلنت رفضها القاطع للتطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني.
تلك الإشارة هي التي تتعلق بالذكرى الخمسين لرحيل عبد الناصر الذي كان يمتلك رؤية كاملة وشاملة وواضحة إزاء العداء لهذا الكيان الصهيوني منذ بداية قيامه ورفاقه بثورة 23 يوليو 1952، ولعلّ السبب الرئيسي الذي ساهم في بناء رؤيته، هو مشاركته في حرب 1948، التي كانت بداية لتفتح ذهنه وعقله وإدراكه حقائق القضية، وعاد منها مكسوراً، حيث رأى أنّ الطريق لتحرير فلسطين هو تغيير الداخل في مصر والثورة عليه، لتكون البداية لقيادة مصر للصف العربي في مواجهة الاستعمار. فكيف نقضي على الاستعمار الصهيوني في فلسطين، والاستعمار الإنجليزي موجود في مصر، ورأس الحكم (الملك) يتحالف معه ضدّ الشعب والحركة الوطنية؟! فلا بد إذن من تحرير مصر أولاً، وهو ما حدث وقامت ثورة 23 يوليو/ تموز 1952، بقيادة جمال عبد الناصر.
فقد كان عبد الناصر، طبقاً لما هو وارد في “فلسفة الثورة”، وأكده في الكثير من خطبه، أنّ الأعداء السياسيين لمصر والوطن العربي كله، هم: (الاستعمار العالمي – الصهيونية – الرجعية العربية)، وأنّ الطريق للمواجهة الشاملة مع هؤلاء الأعداء تكون بتحقيق الاستقلال الوطني والتنمية المستقلة والشاملة لتحقيق النهضة الحقيقية بالاعتماد على الذات وتحقيق التقدم من خلال التعليم الواسع والصحة والثقافة والإعلام الجيد. فضلاً عن تبنّي مشروع تنموي حقيقي عموده الفقري “الصناعة والزراعة”. ولذلك أنجز بعد التمصير والتأميم، نهضة صناعية قوامها مشروع الـ (1400) مصنع، شاملاً الصناعات الاستراتيجية كالحديد والصلب والفوسفات والسيارات، وغيرها كما أنه في مواجهته للاستعمار خاض معركة بناء السدّ العالي الذي رفض تمويله البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد، فقرر الاعتماد على الذات ودعم الصديق الدولي (الاتحاد السوفياتي)، وتمّ بناء السدّ في (10) سنوات (1960 – 1970م).
حيث إنّ السدّ العالي، ساهم في توليد الكهرباء وهي أساس مشروع النهضة الحديثة في الصناعة والزراعة، وتوصيل الكهرباء للريف المصري وكلّ أنحاء مصر. كما أنّ كلّ ذلك – حسبما رأى وفعل – مهدّد إذا ما لم يتأسّس على تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية وبناء طبقة وسطى، ودعم الكادحين، وعمودها الفقري العمال (صناعيين وزراعيين)، وموظفو الدولة والقطاع العام.
ولذلك، فقد أصدر جمال عبد الناصر، قانون الإصلاح الزراعي في 9 سبتمبر/ أيلول 1952، بوضع الحدّ الأقصى للملكية (200 فدان – صارت بعد ذلك إلى (50) فدانا، وقام بتوزيع الباقي على الفلاحين ليتحوّلوا من أجراء إلى ملاك، فيتم إصلاح حال البناء الطبقي في مصر في ضوء ذلك تدريجياً، وأعاد بذلك توزيع الدخل القومي والثروة لصالح الأغلبية.
ثم خاض معركة تأميم قناة السويس في 26 يوليو/ تموز 1952، ويستردّها للشعب، بعدما طرد الاستعمار الإنجليزي، وذلك بعقد اتفاقية الجلاء، وبعد رفض البنك الدولي والصندوق تمويل السدّ العالي، كعقبة أمام استقلال واستقرار مصر، فكان ردّه العاجل والمباشر هو تأميم قناة السويس، واستعادة ملكيتها للشعب المصري، فكان ردّ فعل الاستعمار هو العدوان الثلاثي (بريطانيا – وفرنسا – “إسرائيل”) على بور سعيد، والذي فشل، وانتصرت مصر التي أدركت ما وراء وجود هذا الكيان الصهيوني في المنطقة العربية كخنجر في ظهر الأمة العربية.
ولم يهدأ الاستعمار والصهيونية والرجعية، وذلك بافتعال أزمة، أسهمت في نكسة 1967، وكان عبد الناصر يتمتع بحسّ المسؤولية، حيث أعلن عن مسؤوليته وتنحى عن منصبه، إلا أنّ جماهير مصر الواعية أدركت عمق المؤامرة على مصر وفلسطين والعرب، وتمسكوا به، وأجبروه على التراجع فما كان منه إلا أن أعاد بناء القوات المسلحة بنفسه، وأدار حرب الاستنزاف على مدار (1000) يوم وأكثر من (1400) عملية عسكرية ضدّ “إسرائيل”، وأعدّ خطط الحرب النهائية (جرانيت1، جرانيت2، والخطة 200). ولكن القدر لم يمهله حتى يحقق النصر الكامل على الأعداء، ولكن ما حققه كان المقدمة لحرب أكتوبر 1973، بحسم.
وفي أعقاب النكسة، دعا عبد الناصر لعقد لقاء قمة عربية في الخرطوم، ليعلن اللاءات الثلاث وهي: (لا.. للصلح، لا.. للتفاوض، لا.. للاعتراف).
هذه هي مكونات الموقف العربي الشامل ضد الكيان الصهيوني ومن ورائه من استعمار ورجعية عربية متآمرة حذرنا جمال عبد الناصر، كثيراً، من خطورتها باعتبارها عميلة الاستعمار الأميركي.
فقد عرضت عليه مشروعات للتصالح مع “إسرائيل”، يستردّ بها كل سيناء مقابل الصلح، ورفض معلناً أنّ “فلسطين قبل سيناء”. إلا أنّ القوى المضادة لعبد الناصر ومشروعه، بدأت خطواتها من داخل مصر في عهد السادات. فلم يكن السادات ينوي الحرب لتحرير الأرض التي احتلتها “إسرائيل”، والدليل طرحه لمبادرة فتح جزئي لقناة السويس، في 4 فبراير/ شباط 1971، وفتح قنوات الاتصال بالمخابرات الأميركية وإدارتها، عبر المخابرات السعودية ومديرها آنذاك كمال أدهم، فضلاً عن قيامه بتأزيم العلاقات مع الاتحاد السوفياتي وطرد خبرائه في يوليو/ تموز 1972! لكن كان للقوات المسلحة المصرية بالتنسيق مع القوات المسلحة السورية (الجيش الأول)، والقيادة السورية، الكلمة الفصل وممارسة الضغوط عليه، حتى قبل الدخول في الحرب ووافق على قرار الحرب، وبعد العبور وتدمير خط بارليف في (6) ساعات، وفي اليوم نفسه (6) أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول بدأ فتح قناة الاتصال مع الأميركان للتراجع للأسف! وازدادت ضراوة القوة المضادة للناصرية بقيادة السادات، بعد حرب أكتوبر، إيذاناً بعصر الانفتاح، والرأسماليّة، وعودة الإقطاع، والتصالح مع الرجعية العربية، والتواصل مع أميركا.. لتصل الأمور لقمتها بالذهاب للقدس 1977، ثم كامب ديفيد 1978، ثم المعاهدة المصرية الإسرائيلية عام 1979! كمحاولة لطوي صفحة الصراع العربي الصهيوني، إلى صفحة “السلام الوهمي”! وكان الهدف هو تعبيد الأرض لسلامات وانكسارات باتفاقيات مشبوهة في وادي عربة وأوسلو، إلى أن تمّ مؤخراً مع الإمارات والبحرين، والبقية الخليجية في الطريق كما هو معلن للأسف مع الكيان الصهيوني، رسمياً، والداعم أو الراعي الرئيسي له وهو ترامب، الرئيس الأميركي، في محاولة لإنقاذه من الرسوب في الانتخابات المقرّر لها بعد شهر وأيام من الآن، وإنقاذ نتنياهو من السجن والعزل!
ختاماً: فإنه في ظلّ الذكرى الخمسين لرحيل الزعيم جمال عبد الناصر، مؤسّس فكر المقاومة الحقيقي، يمكن القول بأننا سنظلّ على الطريق مقاومين للتبعية، ومقاومين للكيان الصهيوني حتى الزوال وتحرير كلّ فلسطين من النهر إلى البحر.
وسنظلّ متمسكين باللاءات الثلاث، (لا صلح.. لا تفاوض.. لا اعتراف).
كما سنظلّ مقاومين لتحقيق الاستقلال الوطني والتقدم والحرية والاعتماد على الذات وتحقيق الديمقراطية، حتى بلوغ الوحدة العربية قريباً إنْ شاء الله…
Beirut-Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivered on Tuesday a televised speech in which he tackled various internal and regional issues.
At the beginning of his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah offered condolences to Kuwait and its people over the demise of Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah. “The late Kuwaiti leader played a personal and major role in ending Lebanon’s civil war. The Lebanese people neither forget the role of the late Emir in ending the civil war, nor the Kuwaiti role during the July 2006 war, supporting Lebanon and reconstructing it” he said, noting that “Kuwait still maintains its honorable stance towards Al-Quds and Palestine, unlike the train of normalization.”
Meanwhile, His Eminence praised the coherent stance of Kuwait under its late Emir against pressures on Gulf nations to join normalization with the Zionist entity.
On another level, Sayyed Nasrallah hailed the efforts and sacrifices of the Lebanese army and forces that had recently confronted the armed terrorist groups in Northern Lebanon. “The armed groups in north Lebanon were plotting major military action against the country.”
He further offered condolences to the Lebanese army and the families of the martyrs that have fallen in the battle. “We have previously warned against the attempts to revive Daesh [Arabic Acronym for the terrorist ‘ISIS’/’ISIL’ group] again in Iraq and Syria, and it is natural that preparations began in Lebanon to justify the American forces’ presence in the region,” His Eminence added, pointing out that “After the assassination of martyrs [Qasim] Soleimani and [Abu Mahdi] al-Muhandis, Washington started reviving Daesh.”
In parallel, the Resistance Leader declared Hezbollah appreciates the popular position in the north and the people’s rallying around the army and security forces.
According to His Eminence, “Washington is trying to justify its continuous presence in the region under the pretext of the international coalition to fight Daesh, which it seeks to revive in the region.”
On another level, Sayyed Nasrallah underscored that “The “Israeli” enemy’s army is still at the highest level of alert and is still hiding, and this is the longest period that the occupation army lives in this way without having its soldiers moving [from their places].”
Reiterating that Hezbollah still intends to retaliate to the martyrdom of one of its fighters in Syria, the Resistance Leader responded to “Israeli” PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s claims that Hezbollah is storing missiles near a gas station.
On this level, Sayyed Nasrallah announced that Hezbollah Media Relations is to invite local media outlets to the site at 22:00, to let the world discover his lies.
“We’re not obliged to invite journalists to any site mentioned by Netanyahu, but we are doing this now due to the sensitivity of the situation after the August 4 explosion,” he stressed, noting that c.”
According to His Eminence, “Our measure is to make the Lebanese people aware amid the battle of consciousness, and to let them know that we don’t put our missile between residential houses.”
On the political front, Sayyed Nasrallah highlighted that “The French initiative was published and we all agreed on it. We said we support it. The first step was to name a PM.”
“The work has started and the parliamentary blocs started to consult to agree on naming Hariri or whomever he names. Meanwhile, the club of the four former PMs was formed. We did not put any conditions when Mustafa Adib was nominated and did not make any prior agreement to show our intention to facilitate the process,” he recalled.
His Eminence went on to say, “There are those who said that the designated PM would hold negotiations, but the parliamentary blocs and the president of the republic have not been contacted.”
Moreover, Hezbollah Secretary General disclosed that “Adib did not consult with the President of the Republic, a prepared file was handed to him, and the most important authority for the President- i.e. to participate in forming the government- would have been dropped out.”
“The French must know where they erred, especially as to eliminating the President’s most important remaining power, which is participation in the formation of governments,” he added, noting that “The one who negotiated with us over the government wasn’t Adib, but PM Saad Hariri.”
Sayyed Nasrallah also mentioned that “The naming of ministers for all sects in Lebanon by a single person is dangerous for the country. The Ex-PMs club wanted to distribute portfolios and name the ministers alone.”
“Some wanted to eliminate the parliamentary blocs and the President’s powers and they sought to introduce new norms,” he stated, pointing out that “When we asked whether the French initiative included what was proposed by the club of ex-PMs, we were answered by ‘NO’.”
In addition, Sayyed Nasrallah confirmed that “We rejected what was presented to us because it forms a threat to the country and is not a subject of discussion. The French initiative neither mentions the number of ministers nor the rotation of portfolios.”
His Eminence underlined that “At one point there was an attempt to form a de-facto government. The way things were tackled with regard to the government is unacceptable in Lebanon, regardless of its sponsor or supporter.”
“We have always said that the reason for our presence in the government is to protect the back of the resistance,” he added, warning that “The coercion method does not work in Lebanon, regardless of its advocates and sponsors, be them the US, France or Europe.”
On the same level, Sayyed Nasrallah reminded that Hezbollah “must be in the government to protect the back of the resistance so that May 5, 2008 will not be repeated in Lebanon,” noting that “The second reason behind our participation in the government is fearing for what has remained from Lebanon economically, nationally and on all other levels.”
“What if a government accepts the conditions of the IMF without any discussions? Do we agree on a government that increases taxes on citizens? What if a new government decides to sell the state’s assets,” he asked, statin, “We fear for the state property and people’s money.”
Meanwhile, His Eminence addressed the French President Emanuel Macron by saying: “Did the French initiative say that the ex-PMs form the government and name ministers? Hajj Mohammad Raad told Macron that we agree to 90% of the French initiative, and here we ask, what is it that we agreed upon and did not respect? What you are asking from us contradicts with democracy. You are asking the parliamentary majority to bow and cede power to the parliamentary minority.”
To Macron, Sayyed Nasrallah sent a clear message: “Look for the party that wanted to control the country and eliminate the political forces under your cover. President Macron, who accused us of intimidation, is the one who practiced the intimidation policy against the heads of parties in order to pass the government.”
He also emphasized that Hezbollah “prevented the country from moving towards the worse, and we hope that the Lebanese will cooperate so that the country doesn’t move into the worst.”
Explaining that Hezbollah has not committed to hand over the country to any kind of government, he told the French President: “We know how we adhere to our promises, fulfill it and sacrifice in order to abide by it. Our enemies and friends know that we honor our pledges. We upset our friends to fulfill our promises.”
Once again, he repeated that Hezbollah “did not go to Syria to fight civilians. We went there at the invitation of the Syrian government to fight the groups that you named as terrorists.”
“It was not us who chose war, the Zionists rather occupied our land and attacked us,” he told Macron, stressing that “We do not accept that anyone speaks to us in this language. A settlement is different than surrender. We do not practice the game of terrorism and intimidation against anyone in Lebanon. We do not practice intimidation, but Arab countries that you protect and are friendly to you, doesn’t allow a tweet that criticizes the king to be written.”
In addition, Sayyed Nasrallah said: ‘Iran doesn’t interfere in Lebanon, and we in Hezbollah and Amal Movement decide what to do.”
He further sent the French President a clear advice: “If you want to search for those who thwarted your initiative, look for the Americans who imposed sanctions and complicated the situation.”
In a sounding message, His Eminence stated: “We do not accept the arrogant behavior and that you accuse us and other Lebanese with committing treason. We welcomed the role of President Macron and the French initiative to help Lebanon but not to be an Attorney General, inspector, judge, guardian or governor of Lebanon. There isn’t any mandate neither for the French president nor for others to be guardian or ruler of Lebanon.”
However, Sayyed Nasrallah kept the door open for discussion: “We still support the French initiative, but the language must be reconsidered because what was attacked the last two days ago is the national dignity,” he said, noting that “We are still open to the French initiative for the benefit of our country, and we insist on cooperation to pass from bad to good.”
On another level, Sayyed Nasrallah hailed the stance of the Bahraini people despite oppression and risks, particularly the Bahraini scholars’ rejection of Al-Khalifa regime’s normalization with the “Israeli” enemy.
“The stance of the Bahraini people is honorable and [truly] represents the people of Bahrain. The authority in Bahrain doesn’t own its decision, it rather operates as a Saudi-affiliated state,” he said, pointing out that “The people of Bahrain, despite their wounds, and despite the presence of many of their leaders and symbols behind bars, have said their resounding word of truth in the era of silence, subservience and submission.”
He also warned of Sudan’s move towards normalization.
In addition, Sayyed Nasrallah hailed the official and popular stances of Tunisia and Algeria against the normalizations, and urged the Sudanese people not to accept being part of the normalization under the pretext of lifting its name from the “terror list”.
“We’re not worried about all what is happening in the region as long as the Palestinian people keep adhering to their rights,” he assured.
So there I was again on the “Job Creator’s Red-Eye” (NYC to Silicon Valley) and I made this fateful, election-shaping decision.
The reality is that as a big-time CEO we all knew this was coming – it was announced at the last Bilderburg meeting and re-confirmed at Davos. Trump was there, and he objected, and even though I hate Trump with the same postmodern fury of a nose-ringed, 95-pound Brooklyn barista (8 pounds in tattoo ink and 2 pounds in glasses) I cannot allow such obvious political manipulation to go unchecked.
I wonder how many days Joe will be sequestered from the media after he drinks his now-usual pre-dabate Long Island Ice Tea cocktail of beta-blockers, amphetamines, vitamin B12, anabolic steroids and Chinese rhinoceros horn? I was told the same amount doesn’t give Joe the same kick like before – that’s a problem. If Joe wins I guess we’ll have to grind up all the Chinese rhinos in the world just so Joe can hold a press conference with the King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustaf? More concerning than the rhinos is that if we add in too many psychedelics Joe will try and pull off something folksy like, “So you are the first King Carl but you are the 16th Gustaf? Howzatwork? And is it ’16 Gustafs’ or ‘16th Gustaves’?”
Back to the tax returns: the bottom line is that Americans will be shocked and appalled to discover that rich people successfully and legally avoid paying their taxes.
So in order to protect my fellow CEOs I must keep this rough worldly knowledge from the virgin ears of the average American, and thus I must reveal the source of the Times leak:
The source of Trump’s IRS tax information is none other than my neighbour who lives two doors down, Lemuel Sherbockowicz.
It’s true.
Firstly, I want to point out just how much Lemuel has been through under four years of Trump: Lemmy, you see, is a minority. Therefore, his integrity cannot be questioned.
Firstly, he’s left-handed. Do you realize how few stores carry left-handed scissors? The strips he uses in his papier-mâché artworks are terribly crooked.
Lemmy is red-headed. I wish Lemuel had been an albino, in order to strengthen his case here, but Biden has promised to add red-headedness to Title IX of the 1964 Civil Rights Code in exchange for a major score of rhino horn. (They really have Joe chasing the dragon, it seems.)
Lemmy, despite his last name, is Black. He was adopted. By immigrants. One of whom had gender-reassignment surgery, before reversing it. The other was diagnosed with serious social anxiety disorder unfairly inflicted by a repressive patriarchal society after being unable to urinate in full public view on a bet. Both parents overcame teenage acne.
So… Lemmy is bulletproof – his intentions and actions are beyond any possible reproach. The only thing you should be asking regarding Lemuel Sherbockowicz is: why haven’t you apologised to him yet?
But how did he get Trump’s tax returns?
This is how it happened: just as Democrats called up elderly Green Party supporters in Montana 25 times in order to harass them into recanting their signatures on a petition aiming to get the Greens on the presidential, congressional and local ballots (allowing third parties to actually exist obviously undermines the US claim of having free and open elections – those votes are owed to Democrats (if the voter is a real leftist) or Republicans (if the voter is a Libertarian)), Lemmy said somebody from the Times kept calling and calling and calling him to say that he had to personally hand what they claimed were Trump’s tax returns to a Times reporter.
Lemmy kept asking why the Times needed anyone to personally hand over documents which were not theirs to a Times reporter? The caller – who only identified herself as “No Throat” (because throats are merely a social construct, the caller insisted) – said that the rules of good journalism prohibit journalists from making false claims themselves… but good journalism says that relaying false claims by others is totally fine.
Lemmy said this didn’t sound like “the rules of good journalism” to him.
No Throat said the Times does this all the time in the Trump era, and then she shamed him into doing it by calling him a “traitor to his handedness” and an “Uncle Righty”.
No Throat thanked Lemmy after he gave up because he was tired of answering the phone (it’s his own fault – for still having a land line) because now the Times was able to publish just some of Trump’s tax records.
No Throat rejoiced that the people who already hate Trump will cast their one vote against Trump even harder.
And those on the fence, No Throat was sure, would surely adore the Times for working with the Internal Revenue Service to manipulate American democracy – Americans in flyover country love the tax man, right? Another savvy move from the East Coast elite – they must live in Harlem, they are so hip.
And No Throat said that by breaking to the flyover inbreds the shocking, unheard news that Trump was not actually 100% morally upright, nor as great a businessman as he wildly claims to be, would surely prove to them that Biden and his Clintonista faction must be morally upright… somehow. Lemmy said that he didn’t see this connection, but he was happy he was making some people happy they would be voting harder.
But Lemmy – being as much a Sherbockowicz as any of the Sherbockowiczes – pushed the boundary: he asked if there was some nobody like him behind the Times many, many other anonymous-based stories? Lemmy actually said, “Anonymous sources have negatively or at least questionably influenced the election more than Julian Assange or the Russians ever possibly could.”
No Throat nearly choked with righteous fury – how could Lemmy possibly question the integrity of The New York Times, especially after being intimidated into accepting their report based on totally unproven facts?! For which Lemuel Sherbockowicz is most certainly the source!
Anyway, No Throat insisted, the point is all about Trump: he is a liar. Democrats finally got a limited sample of Trump’s tax returns to prove that – despite his hundreds of millions in assets and the ability to contract loans worth hundreds of millions – he is not actually a “rich person”.
Lemmy – being a Sherbockowicz – had no reply to such logic.
Lemmy then pointed out that – like half of all Americans – he wasn’t going to vote anyway, but he’d do anything to stop these damn political robocalls! And he was too busy trying to pay the bills created by the coronavirus hysteria and resulting Great Lockdown to care all that much about the Chinese rhino population, either.
Since 2016 I have become a fanatical Russophobe – it was my patriotic duty – and I desperately want to believe that Trump is a poor person, but I simply had to relate the source of the Times’ Trump tax leaks.
Why? Because the integrity of American democracy depends on it! And on a steady supply of rhino horn for Joe.

لم يكن ممكناً أن يمرّ كلام الرئيس الفرنسي أمانويل ماكرون، بما فيه من رواية لوقائع مفاوضات تأليف الحكومة التي تولاها علناً الرئيس المكلّف مصطفى أديب، وقادها فعلياً نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين كحزب حاكم جديد، من دون أن تقدّم المقاومة وحزب الله رواية موازية من موقع الشريك الكامل في صناعة الوقائع، والشاهد عن كثب وقرب لهذه الوقائع، ومن طالته سهام الاتهام وفقاً لرواية ماكرون. كما لم يكن ممكناً كلام ماكرون ألا يلقى تعليقاً وتفنيداً وتحليلاً من جانب حزب الله، طالما أن المعلوم للقاصي والداني، أنه كما كانت الأزمة التي تعصف بلبنان في شق رئيسيّ منها ثمرة قرار أميركي بإسقاط لبنان أملاً بأن يسقط حزب الله، وفقاً لكلام حرفي قاله ماكرون، فإن المبادرة الفرنسية التي قادها ماكرون تتركّز بنسبة كبيرة منها على فتح الطريق لمقاربة مختلفة للعلاقة مع حزب الله، وبالتالي يحتل حزب الله موقعاً موازياً لموقع ماكرون في الوقوف على طرفي ثنائية تمسك بخيوط المشهد، ما يعني أن مسار المقاربة للعلاقة الفرنسية بحزب الله يشكل المحور الحاكم لمسار المبادرة الفرنسيّة. وبعد سماع كلام ماكرون، لا بد من أن يخرج صوت حزب الله، لتكتمل صورة الثنائية وتتركز عناصر المعادلة.

بالتوازي مع هذا الاعتبار السياسي يحضر بقوة اعتبار أخلاقي ومعنوي وقيمي، ربما تزيد قيمته عن قيمة الاعتبار السياسي، فالحزب الذي يمثل المقاومة بكل قيمها وروح التضحية التي تمثلها، لن يصمت وقد تركزت عليه سهام ماكرون بصفته واحداً من أحزاب السلطة، ومن المتربّحين من المال العام، والمتعيّشين على المصالح الطائفية، والذين يفضلون مصالحهم على حساب مصالح شعبهم، وصولاً للدفع بحزب الله الأبعد بين أقرانه عن السلطة ومغانمها ومكاسبها وفسادها، لتصدُّر واجهة المستهدفين بالتهم السوداء، خصوصاً عندما يكون الاتهام بهذه اللغة الرعناء، وهذا التعالي المفعم بروح المستعمر، وعقل الوصاية، وما بين السطور من أستذة تدعو المقاومة للاختيار بين ما أسماه ماكرون بالخيار الأسوأ، وبين الديمقراطية، لمقاومة نال حزبها الرئيسي ديمقراطياً أعلى نسبة تصويت بين الأحزاب اللبنانية.

إطلالة الأمين العام لحزب الله السيد حسن نصرالله التي جاءت في سياق ممارسة هذا الحق وهذا الواجب، تضمنت من حيث الشكل تحجيماً لكلام ماكرون، حيث توزع كلام السيد نصرالله على ملفات عدة، من تعزية الكويت برحيل أميرها، إلى تنامي خطر داعش منذ جريمة داعش الإرهابية في بلدة كفتون، وصولاً للتوقف بلغة التحدي أمام مزاعم رئيس حكومة الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو حول وجود مستودعات صواريخ في منطقة الجناح قرب منشآت الغاز، فكانت دعوة فورية لوسائل الإعلام للملاقاة في المكان، إسقاطاً لمشروع تشويش على الإطلالة أراده نتنياهو قبل دقائق من موعدها، ليأتي الردّ على طريق يوم ساعر، انظروا إليها إنها في البحر تحترق، ليصل بهدوء إلى الملف الحكومي وفي قلبه كلام ماكرون، وبدا أنه يتعمّد عدم منح كلام ماكرون مكانة الصدارة من خلال الدخول الى كلامه من سردية تفصيلية لمسار العملية الحكومية والتعامل مع المبادرة الفرنسية من جميع الأطراف ومن ضمنها حزب الله، وثنائي حزب الله وحركة أمل، كاشفاً بالتفاصيل كيف تحوّلت الحكومة من مشروع إنقاذ قائم على تشارك الجميع خارج قضايا الخلاف الى مشروع انقلاب واستفراد بالحكم من خراج الدستور والأعراف لصالح جهة ذات لون واحد سياسي وطائفي، بقوة التهديد بالعقوبات والعصا الفرنسية، وبتغطية فرنسيّة تحت شعار السعي لإنجاح المبادرة، بلغة التهديد بالعواقب الوخيمة، وصولاً لحكومة تستعيد مسار حكومة 5 أيار 2008، والتآمر على المقاومة، لتصير الحكومة حكومة مهمة حدّدها الملك سلمان بنزع سلاح حزب الله، وليست حكومة المهمة التي تحدّث عنها ماكرون ووافق عليها الجميع. وهذا ما لا يمكن التساهل مع تكراره مرة أخرى، فلن تقبل حكومة الانقلاب ولن تقبل حكومة توقِّع من دون نقاش على شروط مجحفة لصندوق النقد الدولي، أو حكومة تبيع اصول الدولة، وحكومة تفرض ضرائب مرهقة على اللبنانيين، وكل ذلك كان يجري بشراكة فرنسا وتحت عباءة تهديداتها، متسائلاً هنا من الذي لجأ للتهديد والترويع، فرنسا ماكرون أم حزب الله؟

بكل هدوء، انتقل السيد إلى مناقشة كلام الرئيس الفرنسي، طارحاً السؤال المفتاح، هل القضايا التي سقطت عندها الحكومة كانت من ضمن المبادرة الفرنسية، أم هي قضايا وعناوين ابتدعها نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين وحدهم، مورداً جواباً رسمياً فرنسياً يؤكد أن ما طرحه نادي الرباعي جاء من خارج المبادرة، ليسأل إذا كيف يكون الجميع مسؤولاً؟ والسؤال الأهم، ما هي عهود المقاومة التي تنكّرتْ لها، أليس ما قام به حزب الله وحلفاؤه ورئيس الجمهورية هو عين التسهيل المطلوب، وهو عين الوفاء بالوعود والعهود، وللمقاومة سجل حافل بمصداقية الوفاء بالوعود والعهود؟ أما الدعوة للاختيار بين ما أسماه ماكرون بالخيار الأسوأ والديمقراطية، فجوابها واضح بالتمسك بحقوق الغالبية النيابية بمنع انقلاب بعض الأقلية النيابية لوضع اليد على البلد في ظلال المبادرة الفرنسية عكس المسار الديمقراطي، والمقاومة عنوان خاطئ لكل توصيفات ماكرون حول الفساد والمصالح، وعنوان خاطئ حول السلاح وتوظيفه في السياسة، والمقاومة لم تشهر سلاحها إلا رداً لعدوان أو مواجهة لاحتلال، أو تصدياً لإرهاب.

تفوق السيد نصرالله على ماكرون بالقيمة المضافة لا بفائض القوة، بقوة الحق لا بحق القوة، بالوقائع والحقائق ودقة التدقيق لا بالمزاعم والتوهّمات والتلفيق. تفوّق السيد نصرالله بحفظ الكرامة من دون حرب، وخاض ماكرون حرباً فقد فيها كرامته، فرض السيد نصاً تفسيرياً لمبادرة خانها صاحبها، ووضع آلية لإنقاذها من تخاذل كان يصاحبها. ورسم السيد سياق الصداقة خارج نفاق المواربة خشية ترهيب أو طلباً لترغيب، وخسر ماكرون فرصة صداقة لأنه تحت ترهيب حليف وترغيب مغانم حليف آخر، لكن رغم كل ذلك مد السيد يده لكلمة سواء، وأغلق باب الهدم وفتح مجدداً باباً واسعاً لخيار البناء، فانتصر السيد بكلام في قمة المسؤولية من موقع خارج المسؤولية الرسمية على كلام بعيد عن المسؤولية من أعلى مواقع المسؤولية الرسمية، ورمى الكرة في ملعب ماكرون قائلاً، لمن قالوا إن كلمة ماكرون تعادل كش ملك لحزب الله، إن اللعبة مفتوحة ولم تنته، والرمية التالية لرئيس فرنسا فإن أحسن لاقيناه وإن أساء فليلاقينا.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah on Tuesday firmly rejected accusations of betrayal by French President Emmanuel Macron, noting meanwhile that the Resistance party is still committed to the French initiative “but based on respect”.
In a televised speech via Al-Manar, Sayyed Nasrallah clarified fallacies made regarding the formation of the new government in Lebanon and Paris’ initiative regarding the current crisis.
He stressed, in this context, that Macron is welcome in Lebanon “as a friend and ally, not as a guardian of our country.”
His eminence also stressed that Hezbollah has been well known for his credibility and sincerity, calling on the French president to “ask the friend and the enemy” about this issue.
Sayyed Nasrallah affirmed, meanwhile, that excluding Hezbollah from taking part in the new government is “out of question”.
Elsewhere in his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah hit back at Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu who claimed that Hezbollah allegedly has a missile factory near a gas station south of the capital, Beirut.
The Hezbollah S.G. said the party’s Media Relation Office would hold a tour for media outlets’ reporters to head to the area Netayahu had spoken about in a bid to refute lies of the Israeli PM.
Sayyed Nasrallah, meanwhile, hailed the Lebanese Army for foiling attacks by terrorists in the country’s north, warning that the terrorists have been preparing for a major military action in Lebanon.
Emir of Kuwait Demise
Sayyed Nasrallah started his speech by offering condolences over the demise of Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
His eminence praised Kuwait monarch for his role in stopping the civil war in Lebanon, noting that he also stood by Lebanon and contributed to reconstruction of Lebanese towns following the Israeli war on Lebanon in July 2006.
“Emir of Kuwait also adopted an honored stance on Palestine and Al-Quds,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, praising Sheikh Al-Sabah for not striking a deal with the Zionist entity echoing other Arab states.
North Lebanon Confrontations and ISIL Revive
Tackling the latest confrontations between the Lebanese Army and Takfiri terrorists in the country’s north, Sayyed Nasrallah described the Lebanese soldiers as heroes, hailing the Lebanese people for standing by the Lebanese Army.
His eminence warned that Lebanon is facing a threat of major military action by ISIL terrorist group.
“We appreciate the popular stance in the northern villages where people voiced support to the army and security forces.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah said that since the assassination of Iranian Major-General Qassem Suleimani, head of the elite Quds Force and Deputy Commander of Iraq’s Hashd Shaabi paramilitary force, US has been working hard to revive ISI in the region.
He called for caution and awareness regarding this threat, urging the Lebanese people to rally behind the Lebanese Army and security forces.
Sayyed Nasrallah Hits back at Netanyahu
His eminence then hit back at Netanyahu claims that a facility south of Beirut allegedly contains Hezbollah missiles, calling on media outlets to tour the area.
“Lebanese media outlets are called upon to tour in the area at 22:00 today in a bid to refute Netanyahu’s lies.”
“We position our missiles neither in Beirut Port nor near a gas station, we know very well where can we preserve our rockets,” Sayyed Nasrallah stated, referring to similar claims by Israeli media shortly after the deadly explosion at Beirut Port on August 4.
Tackling the state of alert on the Lebanese-Palestinian border, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated an earlier threat to retaliate to the martyrdom of Hezbollah fighter Ali Mohsen in Damascus earlier in July.
“Israeli occupation army has been on alert at the border with Lebanon for more than two months in the longest period of mobilization since 1948.”
Ex-PMs Setting Conditions on Gov’t Formation
Turning to the government issue, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that Hezbollah has been facilitating the formation of the new government following the resignation of caretaker PM Hassan Diab’s government earlier last month.
He said that four ex-PMs Saad Hariri, Fuad Siniora, Najib Mikati and Tammam Salam formed a club in which they were setting conditions on Hezbollah and his allies, noting that they were leading the negotiations in this regard instead of the PM-designate Mustapha Adib, who recused himself from his mission last Saturday.
His eminence mentioned some of the conditions set by the ex-PMs: number of ministers in the government will be limited to 14, portfolios will be rotated and the ministers will be named by them.
In addition to taking the role of the PM-designate, Sayyed Nasrallah noted that the four ex-PMs were also going beyond the authority of President Michel Aoun who has the right to take part in the formation process.
In this regard, Sayyed Nasrallah said that Hezbollah repeatedly asked the ex-PMs if such conditions were stipulated by the French initiative, noting that the answer was no.
Excluding Hezbollah from the Gov’t ‘Out of Question’
Sayyed Nasrallah noted that Hezbollah did not agree on the process of naming the ministers, stressing that the Resistance party did not commit to follow a random government and to hand over the country to it.
In this issue his eminence said that Macron was asking the parliamentary majority in Lebanon to hand over the power to the minority, noting that this contradicts the principle of democracy.
Sayyed Nasrallah affirmed here that Hezbollah won’t accept to be excluded from the government, noting that this behavior aimed at defending the back of the resistance in the country and at preventing further collapse of Lebanon on the economic and financial levels.
Betrayal Accusations ‘Rejected’
Hezbollah S.G. hit back at Macron, rejecting his latest remarks when he accused the Lebanese parties of ‘betrayal and blamed Hezbollah and Amal movement of foiling the French initiative.
Sayyed Nasrallah then addressed Macron by saying: “We did not attack any one, we defended our land against the Israeli occupier. We went to Syria upon the request of the government there to fight those militants whom your state consider terrorists.”
“What are the promises which we did not keep? Our credibility and sincerity is well known to our enemies and our friends. Betrayal accusations are unacceptable and condemned.”
“If you want to know who foiled your initiative look for the US which imposed sanctions, and look for Saudi King Salman and his speech at the United Nations General Assembly,” Sayyed Nasrallah said addressing the French president.
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah noted that Hezbollah stance since the beginning of the French initiative was to welcome and to facilitate such efforts, but stressed that Macron’s rhetoric of superiority is not accepted.
“You are welcome as a friend and an ally, not as a guardian and prosecutor who defends the interest of certain Lebanese camp,” the Hezbollah S.G. said.
He concluded this part of his speech by maintaining that Hezbollah is still committed to the French initiative, voicing readiness to hold discussions in this regard “but on base of respect.”
Bahraini People and Deals with ‘Israel’
Sayyed Nasrallah then praised the Bahraini people who took to streets to protest against the Manama regime’s decision to hold so-called peace deal with the Zionist entity.
“We appreciate the moves of the Bahraini people who despite oppression by the regime took to streets and voiced opposition to any deal with the Israeli enemy.”
Hi eminence also said that Hezbollah relies on the stance of the people of the Arab countries and their popular will to oppose their regimes and refuse deals with the Israeli enemy.
Hezbollah Media Relations Department issued a statement in which it invited the media outlets to inspect the Beirut site falsely claimed by the Zionist PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a missile Depot.
The statement added that the inspection visit, aimed at refuting Netanyhu’s claims, will be tonight at 22:00 (Local Time).
Netanyahu had alleged that Hezbollah stores missiles at a depot in a residential area in Jinah, adding that it lies near a gas facility and that its explosion will be similar to that of Beirut port.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah announced the invitation during his televised speech, highlighting that it would be shortly after Netanyahu’s remarks so that the inspection will be very credible.
راجت منذ لحظة انتهاء المؤتمر الصحافي للرئيس الفرنسي امانويل ماكرون قراءة بدت موضع إجماع من خصوم حزب الله وأصدقائه، وهذا بحد ذاته أمر غريب ولافت للنظر، محورها ان خطاب ماكرون يمثل تحولاً في النظرة للعلاقة مع حزب الله باتجاه التصعيد، وأن ماكرون حمّل حزب الله مسؤولية إفشال مبادرته في لبنان، واستخدمت في تبرير هذا الإستنتاج مفردات الخطاب التنديدي بدور الحزب في سورية، وبوصفه مستقوياً بالسلاح في الداخل، يرهب به خصومه ويسعى للتصرف كأنه أقوى من الآخرين، ودعوته للاقتناع بعدم أخذ الشيعة اللبنانيين نحو الخيار الأسوأ، وقبول القواعد الديمقراطية، هذا من جهة؛ ومن جهة ثانية تركيز حجم رئيسيّ من كلام ماكرون في نص المؤتمر والإجابة عن الأسئلة حول حزب الله.

لا يخطئ الذين يقرأون ما قاله ماكرون بعين البحث عن عمق الموقف في التعامل مع حزب الله ورصد التحولات فيه، باعتباره القضية الرئيسية في الكلام، والقضية الرئيسية في جوهر المبادرة الفرنسية، والقضية الرئيسية في نظرة فرنسا لموقعها وموقفها من الصراعات الكبرى في المنطقة، والقضية الرئيسية التي تتمحور حولها الأزمة اللبنانية ببعدها الدولي والإقليمي، بمعزل عن نقاش آخر ضروري، لكنه بالمعنى السياسي والاستراتيجي أقل أهميّة من الأول، وهو مسار المبادرة الفرنسية وفرص نجاحها أو فرضيات تعطّلها، لجهة السعي لاستيلاد حكومة جديدة، تتولى الإصلاحات المتفق عليها بعيداً عن استثارة قضايا الخلاف، وفقاً لما تمّ تضمينه في كلام ماكرون في قصر الصنوبر كإطار لمبادرته، التي توجهت نحو حزب الله أسوة بسائر القوى والقيادات، لصياغة نقطة تقاطع افتراضية محلية في زمن الصراع المفتوح على مساحة المنطقة ولبنان في قلبها.

كي نقدّم قراءة صحيحة لما قاله ماكرون يجب أن نتحرّر من نبرة الكلمات ودرجة التكرار في بعض التوصيفات السلبية، لأنها تقنيات إقناع البيئة السياسية والنخبوية التي ينتمي إليها المتحدث، وتأكيد للموقع الذي ينتمي إليه المتحدث، والأهم لأننا ندرك بأن الأزمة اللبنانيّة الواقفة على شفا انفجار أو انهيار، هي رغم ما يتصل بأسبابها الداخلية الوجيهة من فساد وسياسات ماليّة مدمّرة، تعبير في تجلياتها الداخلية وبعديها الدولي والإقليمي، عن قرار أميركي شاركت فيه أوروبا وفرنسا ضمنها، وشاركت فيه حكومات الخليج بلا استثناء، محوره وقف التمويل الذي كان يضخّ في شرايين المصارف اللبنانية والنظام المالي اللبناني، ومن خلالهما في الأسواق الماليّة ومن خلالها جميعاً في القطاعات الإقتصادية وهو تمويل كان مستمراً لعقدين، رغم إدراك أميركي وغربي وعربي لتفاقم المديونية وصولاً للعجز عن السداد منذ العام 1998، وتصاعداً في 2002 و2012 وتكراراً بصورة أشد تفاقماً في الـ 2017، ورغم إدراك أنه تمويل لنظام سياسي اقتصادي قائم على لعبة الفوائد المرتفعة من جهة، لربحية غير مشروعة للنظام المصرفي، وبالتوازي الإنفاق القائم على المحاصصة والفساد والتوظيف العشوائي في سياق العملية التقليدية لإعادة إنتاج النظام السياسي نفسه، فقد قرّر الأميركيون أنهم غير معنيين بما ستؤدي إليه عملية وقف التمويل من انهيار، وشعارهم فليسقط لبنان كله إذا كان هذا الطريق يمكن أن ينتهي بسقوط حزب الله، ووفقاً لهذا الشعار سار معهم الحلفاء، بحيث يجب أن يبقى حاضراً في ذهننا أن القضيّة المحوريّة في الصراع حول لبنان هي القرار الأميركي بالمواجهة مع حزب الله، وهذا لا يحتاج إلى جهد لاكتشافه فكل سياق المواقف الأميركية علنيّ جداً في التعبير عنه، قبل تفجير مرفأ بيروت وبعده، وواشنطن لا تنفكّ تسعى لحشد الحلفاء لخوض هذه المواجهة، وصولاً لكلام الملك السعودي من منصة الأمم المتحدة حول توصيف حزب الله كمصدر لأزمة لبنان وأزمات المنطقة والدعوة لأولويّة نزع سلاحه.
– كي نضع الكلام الفرنسي في السياق الصحيح، يجب أن ننطلق من معرفة الموقع الذي يتحدّث من خلاله ماكرون، ففرنسا كانت ولا تزال العضو في حلف الأطلسي والحليف القريب من أميركا، والشريك في الحرب على سورية، المتوضّع فيها على ضفة مقابلة لحزب الله، حيث لغة السلاح تتكلم، والضنين بأمن ومستقبل “إسرائيل”، حيث لغة العداء تحكم علاقته بحزب الله. فرنسا هذه هي التي تتحدّث عن محاولة لفعل شيء مشترك مع حزب الله، على قاعدة عدم مغادرة الفريقين لمواقعهما، وربط النزاع حولها، لصناعة تسوية تحول دون الانهيار في لبنان، انطلاقاً من استكشاف مصالح مشتركة بذلك، حيث فرنسا تعتبر خلافاً لحلفائها ومعسكرها التقليدي دولياً وإقليمياً، أن خيار الضغط الأميركي المدعوم سعودياً وإسرائيلياً، حتى ينهار لبنان أملاً بأن ينهار حزب الله معه، خيار أرعن، سيرتب نتائج مؤذية للحلف الذي تقف فيه فرنسا، فبدلاً من الفراغ يأتي المنافسون الإقليميون والدوليون، وقبل أن تسقط بيئة حزب الله يسقط الحلفاء، وفي الفراغ والفوضى يتموضع الإرهاب على سواحل مقابل أوروبا وترتفع بصورة جنونية حالة النزوح، وينتظر الفرنسي من حزب الله أن يقرأ من موقعه كخصم، ومن موقع تحالفاته ومعسكره، أن منع انهيار لبنان مصلحة، فهو إنقاذ لشعب يعنيه، وتحقيق لاستقرار سياسي وأمني يفيده، وقطع لطريق الفوضى والفتن التي لا يرغبها، وفتح للباب نحو فرص لتسويات أكثر اتساعاً ربما تقبل عليها المنطقة خلال سنة مقبلة. وهذه المنطلقات التي تحركت من خلالها المبادرة الفرنسية، هي ترجمة سياسية لمضمون الدعوة التي أطلقها وزير مالية فرنسا برونو لومير في مؤتمر وزراء مالية قمة العشرين مطلع العام، عندما قال بالنص “تدعو فرنسا لفصل مساعي تعافي لبنان عن المواجهة التي تخوضها واشنطن ضد طهران وحزب الله”.

لنفهم أكثر وأكثر تنطلق فرنسا في مقاربة مبادرتها نحو لبنان، من حسابات مصلحية متمايزة عن حسابات حليفها الأميركي، بعضها يتصل بسعي فرنسي لاستعادة موقع تقليدي على المتوسط ورؤية فرصة لذلك من باب التمايز فيما فرنسا تخسر آخر مواقعها التقليدية في أفريقيا، وخسرت مع الذين خسروا الحرب على سورية، وبعضها يتصل بصراع وتنافس حقيقيين بين فرنسا وتركيا في المتوسط، وبعضها يتصل بالفرص الاقتصادية التي يوفرها لبنان للشركات الفرنسية في زمن الركود، لكن بعضها الأهم ينطلق من موجبات القلق من البدائل التي يفتح بابها طريق الانهيار الذي تتبناه واشنطن، ولكن الأهم أن منهج فرنسا في المقاربة المتمايزة يتم من داخل حلفها التقليدي وليس إعلان خروج من هذا الحلف لموقع منفصل يعرف ماكرون أنه فوق طاقة فرنسا، وربما يعتقد أنه في غير مصلحتها. والفهم هنا يصبح أسهل إذا اتخذنا المقاربة الفرنسية للملف النووي الإيراني والعلاقة مع إيران نموذجاً بحثياً، حيث لا تغيب الانتقادات واللغة العدائية عن الخطاب الفرنسي للسياسات الإيرانية، وباريس لا تتوانى عن تحميل إيران مسؤولية التوتر في المنطقة، من اليمن إلى سورية وصولاً إلى لبنان والعراق، وتحدّثت بلسان ماكرون عن تدخّلات إيرانيّة غير مشروعة في الأوضاع الداخلية لدول المنطقة، وحملت فرنسا دائماً إيران مسؤوليّة ما تسمّيه المبالغة بفرض نفوذ بقوة السلاح في المنطقة، بمثل ما كانت تسجل اعتراضاتها على بعض مفردات سلوك إيران في ملفها النووي، وتعلن مشاركتها للأميركي في الدعوة لوقف البرنامج الصاروخي لإيران، لكن فرنسا ومعها أوروبا لا ترى في الانسحاب من الاتفاق النووي وفرض العقوبات وتصعيد التوتر الطريق المناسب، لأنها تخشى تبعات مدمّرة لخيار المواجهة، وتؤمن بأنه لن يوصل إلى مكان. وهذا هو بالضبط ما شكل منهج المقاربة الفرنسية للوضع في لبنان، وبمثل ما عجزت فرنسا ومعها أوروبا عن ترجمة تمايزها في الملف الإيراني بخطوات مستقلة عن سياسات واشنطن كالتمرد على العقوبات وإقرار آلية مالية جدية للتعامل مع إيران من خارج منظومة العقوبات، يمكن طرح السؤال حول فرص نجاح فرنسا بترجمة تمايزها اللبناني، أي إنجاح مبادرتها، التي تحتاج من جهة إلى تجاوب حزب الله، ولكنها تحتاج أكثر إلى تسهيل حلفاء فرنسا لفرص النجاح.

تبدأ قراءة الكلام الفرنسي بعد فشل النسخة الأولى من المبادرة، من اختبار الرهان الفرنسي على ضوء أخضر من الحلفاء، أولاً، ومن كيفية تناول الرئيس الفرنسي لمواقف الحلفاء، قبل الحديث عن تقييمه لدرجة تعاون الخصم، أي حزب الله، وقبل الحديث عن النبرة التي تحدث من خلالها عن هذا الخصم، فالمبادرة تحوّلت منذ انطلاقتها إلى ساحة صراع، محورها من جانب حلفاء باريس الأميركيين والسعوديين واللبنانيين، السعي لكسب باريس إلى خيار المواجهة، وإقناعها بأن لا جدوى من الرهان على فرصة تسوية مع حزب الله، ودون دخول في التفاصيل، يكفي كلام ماكرون عن أن العقوبات الأميركية كانت أحد أسباب تعقيد المشهد، وأن الحلفاء الداخليين الممثلين بالرئيس السابق للحكومة سعد الحريري ورؤساء الحكومات السابقين حاولوا توظيف المبادرة للعبث بالتوازنات الطائفية فتسببوا بتعثرها، بمثل ما حمل حزب الله مسؤولية التشدد في شروط التعامل مع مبادرة الحريري لتصحيح “خطأ اللعب بالتوازنات”. وهذا يعني أن الذين انتظروا أن يخرج ماكرون بإعلان الانضمام إلى جبهة المواجهة مع حزب الله، وأن يحصر به مسؤولية فشل المبادرة الفرنسية ليحمله تبعات أخذ لبنان نحو الانهيار، وربما حلموا بتصنيفه على لوائح الإرهاب وإنزال نظام العقوبات الأوروبية عليه، قد أصيبوا بالخيبة والإحباط، فهل كان من حق حزب الله ومناصريه انتظار أن يخرج ماكرون ليعلن أن حزب الله كان دون الآخرين عنصراً إيجابياً للتفاعل مع المبادرة، أم أن مجرد تركيز ماكرون على القول بأن الطبقة السياسية اللبنانية قد فشلت بالمجمل وأن القيادات اللبنانية بلا استثناء خانت تعهداتها، وأن الحفاظ على المصالح تقدم عند القوى اللبنانية على دعم المبادرة لإنجاحها، يجب أن يكون كافياً ليعتبر حزب الله أنه ربح الجولة، ولا يدع خصومه الخاسرين يصورونه خاسراً بدلاً منهم؟

خلال خمسة عشر يوماً كانت المعركة السياسية والإعلامية، تدور حول نقطتين، الأولى هي هل طرح المداورة في المواقع الوزارية هو مجرد ذريعة تم دسها على المبادرة الفرنسية من نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، لاستفزاز الثنائي وخصوصاً حزب الله، أم أنها طرح إصلاحي تضمنته المبادرة وانقلب عليه حزب الله؟ والنقطة الثانية هي هل العقوبات الأميركية جزء من سياق الضغوط لإنجاح المبادرة الفرنسية ام هي باستهدافها حلفاء لحزب الله، تعقيد لفرص المبادرة واستهداف لها؟ وقد قال ماكرون ما يكفي لترجيح كفة الرواية التي تبناها حزب الله وحلفائه في القضيتين.

هل استجابت فرنسا لدعوات الانضمام إلى جبهة المواجهة مع حزب الله، أم أنها وجدت من الأعذار والتبريرات ما يكفي للقول إن الفرصة لم تسقط ولا تزال متاحة لإنعاش التسوية على قاعدة الفرضيات ذاتها التي قامت عليها، وفي قلبها، فرضية المصلحة المشتركة مع حزب الله بتفادي المواجهة وتفادي الانهيار؟

ماكرون ليس حليفاً لحزب الله، بل هو في قلب معسكر الخصوم، وهذا معنى أن حزب الله ربح جولة الحفاظ على التفكك في هذا المعسكر الدولي والإقليمي، وعزّز انقساماته، ونجح بإبقاء فرنسا خارج هذا الخيار، وماكرون لم يكن ينتظر من حزب الله منح الاطمئنان لمبادرته بلا شروط الحذر الواجب مع خصم، واتهام حزب الله بهذا الحذر ولو استخدم من موقعه كخصم في وصفه نبرة عالية، متوقع ولا يفاجئ، لكنه كان ينتظر ممن يفترضهم حلفاء ألا يقوموا بتفخيخ مبادرته، لكنهم فعلوا، وقال إنهم فعلوا، بالعقوبات الأميركية والتلاعب بالتوازنات الطائفية من خارج المبادرة، والربح بالنقاط بالنسبة لحزب الله يجب أن يكون كافياً، بمعزل عن فرص نجاح المبادرة، كما هو الحال في الملف النووي الإيراني، بقاء فرنسا وأوروبا على ضفة التمسك بالاتفاق ورفض العقوبات كافٍ بمعزل عن قدرتهما على بلورة خطوات عملية بحجم الموقف.

من حق حزب الله، لا بل من واجبه أن يتناول بالتفصيل كل المنزلقات التي تورط فيها خطاب ماكرون، وأن يفند أي اتهام، ويتصدى لأي لغة عدائية ولكل تشويه لمسيرته النضالية، ولكل توصيف غير لائق، وأن يقدّم روايته لما جرى ويكشف كل ما يثبت تعامله بشرف الوفاء بالتعهّد خلافاً لاتهامات ماكرون، لكن على حزب الله أن يفعل ذلك وهو يضحك في سره، لأنه ربح جولة هامة، وأن لا يتيح لخصومه أن يضحكوا بشماتة مَن أصيب بالخيبة وينتظر تعويض خسارته بأن يتصرّف الرابح كخاسر، فربما يحوّل الخاسر خسارته انتصاراً.
عزيزٌ على فرنسا أن تَفشل مساعيها في لبنان المُدَّعى «إبنها البار» والمُدَّعي بأنها «أمه الحنون»!
لا تريد فرنسا وليس من مصلحتها أن تُفشل مبادرتها أو أن تنكسر على الساحة اللبنانية التي كانت دوماً في جيبتها تفعل فيها ما تشاء تَرفَعُ قوماً وتُخفِضُ آخرين…
ولكنها اليوم ضُرِبَت مِمَّن تحت جناحها أو ينتسبون إليها!
فإذا أَرَدْتَ يا ماكرون أن تُعوِّض خسائِرَك وتُثبت وجودك وتَحْضر في الساحة المتوسطية والإقليمية فعليك أن تكون أكثر جُرأةً في تحديد مَن أفشَل تشكيل الحكومة ولا تكتفي بالعموميات والاتهامات التي تتجنَّب فيها تحديد المسؤوليات وتُحاول أن تتذاكى لتحافظ بحسب رأيك على مواقعك مع الأميركيين والأوروبيين واللاعبين الإقليميين!
ننصحك يا ماكرون أن تستمع بعد ساعات للأمين العام لحزب الله فلديه الخبر اليقين والوعد الصادق والجرأة المطلوبة والموقف الواضح الذي لنْ تجدَه عند غيره يقيناً.
يا ماكرون بعد ساعات سوف يتكلم السيد حسن نصرالله، فنصيحتنا أن تتغافل قليلاً عن المُطَبِّلين والمُزَمِّرين والانتهازيين والمُستَغلِّين والمُتَسلِّقين والمترصِّدين وأن تأخذ كلامه الجادّ والموثوق والمحتَرم والصادق حيث تجد خيرَ بضاعة لا يَخيب مَن أَخَذَ بها ومنها.
On September 27, a new regional war in South Caucasus arose from the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over the contested Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Pro-Armenian forces captured the region in the early 90s triggering an armed conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Further development of the hostilities and the expected offensive by pro-Azerbajian forces were stopped by a Russian intervention in May of 1994. As of September 2020, the Nagorno-Karabakh region and nearby areas are still under the control of Armenian forces, de-facto making it an unrecognized Armenian state – the Republic of Artsakh (more widely known as the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic).
The 2018 political crisis in Armenia the led to a seizure of power in the country by de-facto pro-Western forces led by current Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan which did not strengthen Armenian positions over the territorial dispute. The double standard policy of the Armenian government, which was de-facto conducting anti-Russian actions but keeping public rhetoric pro-Russian, also played its own role. For years, Russia has been the only guarantor of Armenian statehood and the only force capable to rescue it in the event of a full-scale Azerbaijani-Turkish attack. Nonetheless, the Armenian leadership did pretty well in undermining its strategic partnership with its neighbor.
On the other hand, the political and economic situation in Azerbaijan was more stable. Baku also was able to secure good working relations with Russia. Together with the developing strategic partnership with Turkey, a natural historical ally of the country, and the strengthening of Turkish positions in the Greater Middle East, led to an expected attempt by Azerbaijan to restore control over the contested territories.
The Azerbaijani advance started on in the morning of September 27 and as of September 28, the Azerbaijani military said that it had captured seven villages and several key heights in the Fuzuli and Jabrayil areas. The military also announced that Azerbaijan captured the Murov height of the Murovdag mountain range and established fire control of the Vardenis-Aghdar road connecting Karabakh with Armenia. The Ministry of Defense said that this will prevent the transportation of additional troops and equipment from Armenia along the route in the direction of the Kelbajar and Aghdar regions in Karabakh.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry also claimed that over 550 Armenian soldiers were killed and dozens pieces of Armenian military equipment, including at least 15 Osa air defense systems, 22 battle tanks and 8 artillery guns, were destroyed. All statements from the Armenian side about the casualties among Azerbaijani forces were denounced as fake news.
Azerbaijan calls the ongoing advance a “counter-offensive” needed to put an end to Armenian ceasefire violations and to protect civilians. President Ilham Aliyev signed a martial law decree and vowed to “restore historical justice” and “restore the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan” Turkey immediately declared its full support to Azerbaijan saying that it is ready to assist it in any way requested, including military support.
In its own turn, the Armenian military admitted that Azerbaijan captured some positions near Talish, but denied that the Vardenis-Aghdar road was cut off. According to it, at least 200 Azerbaijani soldiers were killed, 30 armored vehicles and 20 drones were destroyed. The Armenian Defense Ministry also said that it has data about Turkish involvement in the conflict, the usage of Turkish weapons and the presence of mercenaries linked to Turkey. Earlier, reports appeared that Turkey was deploying members of its Syrian proxy groups in Azerbaijan. Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, openly stated that the republic is at war with both Azerbaijan and Turkey.
The Washington establishment that helped Pashinyan to seize power is also not hurrying up to assist its ‘new friends’ in Armenia. They see the Nagorno-Karabakh region as a point of possible conflict between Russia and Turkey (which is useful to promote the US agenda in the Greater Middle East). The instability in South Caucasus, close to the borders of Russia and Iran, also contributes to the geopolitical interests of the United States. Therefore, the Pashinyan government should not expect any real help from the ‘democratic superpower’.
On the other hand, the direct involvement of Russia and thus the Collective Security Treaty Organization on the side of Armenia is unlikely until there is no direct attack on its territory. Moscow would intervene into the conflict both politically and militarily, but only as far as necessary to prevent a violation of Armenia’s borders. Russia would not contribute military efforts to restore Armenian control over Nagorno Karabakh should the region be captured by Azerbaijan.
If the regional war between Azerbaijan and Armenia develops further in the current direction, Armenia could loose at least a part of its positions in the contested region. In the worst-case scenario for the Armenian leadership, Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey, will have a real chance to restore control over the most of the contested Nagorno-Karabakh region.
يخوض الأميركي المتقهقر والمأزوم في لحظاته الأكثر حرجاً كدولة عظمى حرباً مفتوحة ضدّ محور المقاومة والممانعة
وإصدقائه الدوليين في أكثر من ساحة.
وهو يناور علناً ومن دون مواربة بفلول داعش على هذه الساحات محاولاً مشاغلتنا عن المهمة الأصلية وهي كسره وكسر قاعدته على اليابسة الفلسطينية.
قبل فترة ليست ببعيدة وصلنا تقرير خاص وهامّ تحت عنوان:
خطط التفجير الأميركية القادمة في الدول العربية ودول آسيا الوسطى…
وجاء فيه ضمن ما جاء:
“أفاد مصدر استخباري أوروبي، متخصّص في تتبّع تحركات العناصر الإرهابية في الشرق الأوسط ودول آسيا الوسطى والصين… بأنه وفي إطار التحرك الاستراتيجي الأميركي، لاستكمال تطويق الصين وروسيا والاستعداد للتوجه الى بحر الصين والتمركز هناك، قامت الجهات الأميركية المعنية بانشاء قيادة عسكرية عامة موحدة لـ “المجاهدين”، على طريقة قيادة “المجاهدين” في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي.
وقد كانت أولى خطوات التنفيذ، في هذا المخطط، هي التالية:
تكليف تركيا بإقامة معسكرات تدريب لعناصر داعش، الذين سيتمّ نقلهم الى الدول الأفريقية، بما في ذلك مصر، والإشراف على عمليات تدريب وإعداد المسلحين ومتابعة عملياتهم الميدانية مستقبلاً في اكثر من ساحة عربية وإسلامية أخرى أيضاً. تكليف قطر بتمويل كافة عمليات التدريب والتأهيل والتسليح لهذه المجموعات.
أنجزت الجهات المعنية، تركيا وقطر، إقامة معسكرين كبيرين للتدريب في الأراضي الليبية، يضمّان الفين وستمئة وثمانين فرداً. تكليف السعودية والإمارات بتمويل وإدارة معسكرات التدريب، الموجودة في مناطق سيطرة قوات حزب الإصلاح (اليمني)، والتي ستستخدم في إعداد المسلحين الذين سيتمّ نشرهم في دول وسط آسيا وغرب الصين. تضمّ هذه المعسكرات ثلاثة آلاف وثمانمئة واثنين واربعين فرداً، من جنسيات مختلفة. سيتمّ نقل ألف فرد منهم، بإشراف أميركي سعودي وبالتعاون مع الاستخبارات الباكستانية، الى مناطق بلوشستان، والذين سيكلفون بتعزيز المجموعات الإرهابية المتطرفة الموجودة في منطقة الحدود الباكستانية الإيرانية. علماً انّ هذه المجموعات مكلفة بالإعداد لتنفيذ عمليات عسكرية داخل إيران. بينما سيتمّ نقل الف واربعمئة وستين فرداً منهم (عديد لواء مسلح)، وهم من قومية الايغور الصينية، الى ولاية بدخشان الأفغانية، المحاذية للحدود الصينية من الغرب. كما سيتم نقل أربعمئة وستين فرداً من عديد اللواء المشار اليه اعلاه، الى الجزء الشمالي من بدخشان (تسمّى غورنو بَدْخَشان في طاجيكستان) والواقع في جنوب شرق طاجيكستان، بمحاذاة الحدود مع الصين، والذين سيجري نشرهم في جبال مقاطعة مورغوب وهي جزء من سلسلة جبال بامير الشاهقة. علماً أن مدينة مورغاب عاصمة هذه المقاطعة لا تبعد أكثر من ثمانين كيلو متراً عن حدود الصين الغربية. علماً أنّ التكتيك الأميركي، المتعلق بالصين، والذي يتمّ تطبيقه عبر المناورة بفلول داعش التي يُعاد تدويرها، لا يعني أبداً الابتعاد عن استراتيجية الرحيل من الشرق الأوسط الى الشرق (مضيق مالاقاه وبحار الصين)، وإنما هو جزء من هذه الاستراتيجية، التي تهدف الى إضعاف الصين، عبر إثارة الفوضى وبؤر الصراع العسكري بين الأعراق المختلفة فيها، قبل الدخول في مفاوضات جدّية معها”.

وهدفنا من نقل هذا التقرير كما هو الآن أمران:
أولاً – ما يجري في شمال لبنان من عمل إرهابي تصاعدي منظم وممنهج.
ثانياً – ما يجري من معركة مفتوحة لجرح قديم عنوانه النزاع الاذربيجاني – الأرميني على إقليم ناغورنو كاراباخ.
في ما يخصّ لبنان لا بدّ لنا أن ننبّه كلّ من يهمّه الأمر في لبنان العزيز بأنّ الهدف هو ليس استنزاف الجيش اللبناني المظلوم فحسب، وإشغال القوى الحية والمقاومة ومحاولة حرفها عن القيام بالكفاح من أجل وقف الهجوم الأميركي الصهيوني على المقاومة وإنما:
محاولة فتح جبهة جديدة برعاية تركية أردوغانية لاستكمال ما بدأه الأميركان من خلال تفجير مرفأ بيروت الى توسعة المشاغلة بمجموعات إرهابية متجدّدة التدريب والمهام وبرعاية عملاء داخليين معروفين…!
والهدف النهائي هو السيطرة على ميناء طرابلس كقاعدة ارتكاز لكلّ المنطقة وصولاً الى حمص والساحل السوري…!
وإنْ لم يستطيعوا ذلك فقد يلجأون الى تفجير ميناء طرابلس كما حصل لميناء بيروت…!
المصادر المتابعة والمتخصصة في هذا السياق تؤكد بانّ هذا الهجوم الأميركي في الجوهر إنما هو الجناح الثاني للهجوم الأميركي الذي تقوم به فرنسا انطلاقاً من بيروت (المبادرة وحكاية قصر الصنوبر) لصالح أميركا والعدو الصهيوني وهدف الجناحين وإنْ اختلفا أو تمايزا بالمطامع والطموحات الخاصة الا أنهما يشتركان في الهدف الاستراتيجي الذي يقوده الأميركي لصالح العدو الصهيوني ألا وهو:
إعلان ميناءي حيفا واشدود بديلاً من كلّ موانئ بلاد الشام العربية المتوسطيّة…!
حيث يتمّ بذلك الآن بعناية بالغة من خلال ربط الجزيرة العربية إما من ميناء ينبع السعودي إلى اشدود أو عبر الأردن بحيفا…!
والهدف الاستراتيجي الأبعد هو تجاوز كلٍّ من قناة السويس وباب المندب ومضيق هرمز…!
وأما في ما يتعلق بالنزاع الاذربيجاني الأرميني فإنّ هدف أميركا النهائي (عبر أردوغان بالطبع) فهو تعزيز الحشد الاستراتيجي ضدّ كلٍّ من إيران وروسيا والصين..!
بالطبع ثمة مطامع تركية خاصة كأن تهتمّ تركيا كثيراً بوصل جغرافيتها بأذربيجان الغربية الميول من خلال مرحلتين:
العودة الى 1994 ايّ استعادة ما خسرته باكو هناك في تلك الفترة من اندلاع النزاع، ومن ثم استكمال القتال لضمّ كلّ الإقليم الأرميني الى أذربيجان…!
من المعلوم أنّ غرفة العمليات التي تقود المستشارين الأتراك في اذربيجان والقوات الاذربيحانية التي تقاتل على تخوم إقليم ناغورنو كاراباخ ومعها نحو ٤ آلاف مرتزق داعشي من عرقيّات دول آسيا الوسطى والقوقاز من إدلب، انما هم مجموعة جنرالات إسرائيليّون كبار ومعهم ضباط أميركيون…!
والهدف التكتيكي هو محاولة استدراج الروس والإيرانيين الى هذا النزاع الإقليمي في محاولة لجسّ نبض مدى صلابة الجبهة الأورا آسيوية التي تعمل عليها موسكو منذ مدة لمواجهة تمدّدات حلف الأطلسي هناك، والتي كانت مناورات القوقاز 2020 قبل يومين واحدة من أهمّ عمليات التنسيق الاستراتيجية الكبرى بين كلّ من روسيا والصين وإيران والباكستان لهذا الغرض…!
تجدر الإشارة الى أنّ هذا الحشد المضادّ لثلاثي دول الشرق الكبرى شمالاً، هو نفسه يجري في سياق ما سُمّي بالتطبيع مع بقايا قراصنة الساحل جنوباً، والمتمثل بالإنزال الإسرائيلي في أبو ظبي…
ايّ مشاغلة هذه القوى الثلاثية الصاعدة بصورة كماشة شمالاً من بحر قزوين (اذربيجان) وجنوباً من بحر خليج فارس…!
لكن ما غاب عن مخيّلة الكاو بوي الأميركي هو أنّ كلتا الساحتين الشمالية والجنوبية إنما يعتبران بمثابة البطن الرخوة لايّ معتد او غاز أجنبي سواء ذلك القادم من أعالي البحار او ذلك المتنطع لدور أكبر منه عثمانياً كان أو إسرائيلياً، ذلك بأنه يفتقد للعمق الاستراتيجي المفتوح على مدى الهضبة الإيرانية المقاومة والعصيّة على الاحتلال او التبعية والرضوخ منذ قرون، على الأقلّ منذ العام 1826 حيث توقفت آخر غزوات القياصرة الروس هناك على يد المصلح الإيراني الكبير أبو القاسم قائم مقام فراهاني، والذي دفع حياته ثمناً لهذه المقاومة والممانعة التي حفظت وحدة الأراضي الإيرانية الحالية في ما بعد، بتآمر القياصرة الروس ضده وقتله خنقاً في آخر عهد الملك القاجاري فتح عليشاه…!

In this my third and hopefully last essay I will try to analyse an ingrained and totally unresolvable animosity between England and Russia. Here what riles me a lot is when some people would describe England as “Britain”. I have lived in both Scotland and England and I have also spent some wonderful holidays on the Welsh coast and I can say this, with the most assured certainty, that those three countries are totally different from each other, and the Scottish and the Welsh despising of English is unanimous, as both had suffered greatly from their terrible English neighbour. Those two, at various times, had a bitter experience of this so-called “Imperial Power”, which has been the cornerstone of this English “supremacy”.
Let’s look at this English “supremacy” a little bit closer. England has evolved as a combination of invaders to that part of the island, mostly a hybrid of Franco – German abnormality, combined with some “Norman” extracts. Aggressiveness was the unifying factor among them. And this inbred aggressiveness has also been a defining factor in their attitude towards the rest of the world. The drive to subjugate, to control, to enslave has been the hallmark of this English “race”. They have a lot to answer for, together with the Roman Catholic Church.
Unfortunately the brainwashing of their own English population has been extremely successful – in England, the notions of England as “the green and pleasant land”, the “land of hope and glory”, the one “ruling the waves” and having had the vast empire on which the “sun never sets” is still totally pervasive among most of them. They think it’s a great legacy.
They didn’t see the victims.
What we now have is a country that has lost its imperial status but still trying to hang on to the previous “glory”, this time by using their “dumb giant”, aka USA, thru which they are still trying to impose this control and subjugation on the rest of the world – in cahoots with the Jewish banking cabal.
The City of London is the headquarters. This banking cabal, starting with Rothschilds, at the time of the Napoleonic wars, through lies and machinations, had pretty much taken control of the Bank of England and also, unfortunately for the world, discovered that they had an absolute affinity with the English in their identical and all-consuming need for domination and control of others.
Their method was to use money. Even better, other people ‘s money, and the Talmudic Zionistic mentality could never stay away from possessing such money and using it for their pervasive manipulation and control.
It was a union made in HELL.
So, now we have this Anglo-Zionist entity that has managed to gain control of the world banking, and of course, the political arena, the military industrial complex, pharmaceutical and food industry, mass media, entertainment, etc, AND, importantly, education. Unfortunately, most of the rest of the world does not seem to realise as to what extent they are being manipulated and CONTROLLED. Some are waking up though.
The fight I am describing is the fight of this Anglo-Zionist entity with Russia, and it is a MORTAL fight. I will also add that, not least of all, Russian true Orthodox religion is unacceptable to some, who are hiding in the background for now – where they prefer to be.
Over the centuries Russia and England had a remarkably fraught relationship – based on mutual dislike and distrust. One can wonder as to why – there are no shared borders, nothing to trigger the usual conflicts and yet, this deep-seated, centuries old animosity continues unabated. Why?
Well, this conflict is going MUCH deeper – it is a civilisational and a conceptual conflict – of totally opposite mentality, which is the essential and conscious self-awareness of being and how that affects others – whether one lives in harmony with the others or whether one wants to have power over them.
England has always seen itself as a dominant force – divide and conquer type of power. Russia has always strived for unity and peace, and not to be controlled by any external forces.
Russia became an Empire largely by absorbing various “peoples” living on that vast land and giving them a “Russian Home”, where they were being protected and their cultures preserved. England, on the other hand was building a different kind of Empire – a colonial one, with slavery, oppression, subjugation and control. Two radically different examples of “world order”.
(Here is a thought – perhaps if they had the rich landmass that Russia has, then that driven and destructive colonial mindset might not have unleashed itself on the world? Just a thought, although I don’t believe that would have been very likely, also we cannot afford to be charitable here).
England wanted global domination and Russia stood in its way. Most wars that Russia had to fight had an English “hand” behind them. It supported Sweden in its war with Russia, it supported Turkey in numerous Russian – Ottoman wars, it supported Japan in their war on Russia and the list can go on and on. The Crimean war was one of the exceptions where they actually fronted up for the fight. The very good rhetorical question that nobody seems to be asking – what on earth they were doing there in the first place?!
The most devastating of those wars, the WWII, had England’s full support and encouragement for Nazi Germany to attack Russia. That way they were hoping to get rid of BOTH their enemies at once. Thus is the mentality of this English “race” – a pathological hatred towards anyone who threatens their craven need for dominance. Hidden by a false smile.
What also greatly contributes to this mortal conflict, is the ingrained Zionistic hatred towards Russia. The reason for it I believe is well known – centuries ago most of them were expelled from Russia, from an enclave known as “Khazaria” (roughly above and between Black and Caspian seas), as they were making life a living hell for their Russian neighbours.
(I would say that nothing has changed, just ask the Palestinians!)
Why do you think that in the past, most countries in Europe had these talmudic Jews living in “ghettos”, shunned, segregated, and not allowed to interact with the rest of the population? What does that tell you? I would say that speaks of experience.
The moment they were stupidly released from these ghettos, of course by the liberal minded of those days, they had immediately infiltrated (or better say, infested) the hubs of power and control, wherever they could. Especially when it came to money and banking – they knew very well that by controlling money they can control everything else, including political power. People in USA and Europe are now paying a very heavy price for that liberal stupidity of the past, as most of their politicians are bought and paid for. It’s called lobbying and political donations – those who are paying for these politician’s election campaigns, get to dictate the favourable to themselves policies and while this system exists, the political structure, inevitably, will be always corrupt.
Russia has paid its heavy price as well, the so-called “Bolshevik Revolution” was carried out mainly by this vile spawn. Stalin, by the way, despite being a Georgian, was a Russian patriot and was hell-bent on getting rid of them. (For those who do not understand why Russians still feel great affection for Stalin, this should explain it).
Here I would like to clarify something. There are lots of Jews in Russia who are very intelligent, highly educated, good, hard-working, “normal” people, who love the country they live in. They also passionately defend it from the attacks by the West. Russia is their home. My good friend from school days was beautiful, intelligent and talented girl from a Jewish family; lots of people living in Israel speak Russian as their first language and a lot of them do not condone or support Israel’s policies, but that’s not the Jews we are talking about here.
In Russia there are two very distinctive nouns for people from that bloodline – “evrey” as in jew and “zhid” as in zionist, and that distinction there is for a very good reason! We are talking here about Zhids, unfortunately there are also quite a few of them in Israel and USA as well as everywhere else – the spawns of what I call a degenerate, defective gene, sadly, from that same gene pool. The ones who would sell their own mother if they can make a profit. Psychopaths, in other words.
This, the “khazarian” zionistic, psychopathic hatred towards Russia is centuries old and the desire for revenge is all consuming, but at the same time, of course, also to have a chance to pillage the country’s resources. Most of these so-called “Russian oligarchs” were such Zhids, who looted as much as they could during the terrible 90s and then ran to, where else… England!
To this Anglo-Zionist entity, throughout the ages, Russia has always been and remains enemy number one. That deeply ingrained animosity and hatred is impossible to eradicate. Unless the entire English “establishment”, including Monarchy is removed, and replaced with some forward-thinking people, and the Zhids owned banking is thoroughly cleansed, regulated and controlled, this state of affairs will not be resolved peacefully. This time this evil twin’s “HAND” will be behind the USA, which they totally own and control and which they would try to use. Add to that the greed of wanting to possess what Russia has and you will get a very clear picture as to why we have this aggressive, war-mongering posture towards Russia. They desperately want to destroy it as a Nation, over the centuries they have tried quite a few times and they will not stop until they destroy the whole world with it… They are Psychopaths.
And they need to be stopped.
I cannot think of any British Prime Minister (most were English born), who even attempted to improve this situation in any way. At least in the USA they had few Presidents (very few) who clearly understood how crucially important it was to have Russia as an ally, not as an enemy.
That understanding didn’t end well for them. The spider has indeed woven a very large web.
Although a much better comparison would be to that of a malignant cancer that has spread through the body and is killing the living tissue. This Anglo-Zionist cancer could destroy this humanity – while the humanity continues to be wilfully ignorant, insouciant, lazy and willing to be deceived. While we are being distracted with various side-shows, such as US elections, for example, the Psychopaths ugly hands are on the steering wheel, and one can only guess as to where they are driving this thing.
The only force that can stop them is Russia and China but that does not mean that others in this world should be sitting on their hands and watching – we are talking about our survival as a human family and the future for our children. Everyone who can think of that, needs to fight this evil in every way one can. As I have said before, we need to stop fighting among ourselves and turn our full attention towards one COMMON ENEMY.
The constant demonization of Russia and now China is all pervasive as Global MSM channels of information are totally OWNED by this Cabal, all of them. The populations of USA, Europe, Australia and everywhere else that has those MSM channels gets this brainwashing propaganda INCESSANTLY, every day! And lots of people believe it. Here again is that willingness to be deceived and that laziness that stops them from finding out the actual facts, the TRUTH. Listening to some of these people can make one feel absolute despair. For Christ sake, USE you God given brains!
Russia and China, two powerful countries each in its own right, are now combining their efforts to basically, save our world. We must do all we can to help – they are trying to save this world for us, after all.

The father and son relationship between Saudi King Salman and his son the Crown Prince – Mohammed bin Salman [MBS] – is at crossroads regarding the methods in which normalization with the apartheid “Israeli” entity would occur; though the sand kingdom is over its head regarding the consequences of the brutal war it waged on Yemen.
MBS is interested in a normalization with the entity, while King Salman likes the so-called “Arab Peace Initiative”, but the war in Yemen and threats to the Crown Prince at home are keeping them busy.
In a rare speech this week, Salman said Saudi Arabia still adheres to the so-called “Arab Peace Initiative”, which conditions normalization on an “Israeli” withdrawal to the 1967 lines and the establishment of a Palestinian state. But MBS wants to speed up normalization as part of his strategic and, above all, economic vision.
In his speech, King Salman focused on regional affairs: Iran and the “Israeli”-Palestinian so-called “peace” process – though he never mentioned the “Israeli’ entity’s normalization with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
Was he trying to prove that he’s still in control of his kingdom and that he still sets foreign policy? Is this an intergenerational dispute, pitting the son’s project against the father’s traditional attitudes?
Saudi Arabia’s decision-making processes are enigmatic, as are relationships among members of the royal family and the kingdom’s domestic and foreign-policy considerations.
Yet, Saudi-“Israeli” normalization – which Jared Kushner, US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser announced will be happening very soon – seemed to be delayed.
Moreover, it’s not clear whether the delay is a matter of principle – that is, until a Palestinian state arises, or at least until “Israeli”-Palestinian negotiations resume – as King Salman said, or only a temporary one, until MBS manages to persuade him.
The difference in the two royals’ positions also raises another question. Saudi Arabia has provided an umbrella for the latest “peace” deals. Not only did it not condemn them, it praised the UAE and Bahrain for taking this step, which was coordinated with MBS, and opened its airspace to flights to and from the “Israeli” entity.
Not to mention, the public opinion in Saudi Arabia for a historic turnabout in the sand kingdom’s relationship with the “Israeli” entity is being paved.
Though, one issue stays unresolved.
It’s clear that Riyadh need to make peace with Washington, either before or as part of a deal with the “Israeli” entity. The main dispute between them is the war in Yemen, which began after King Salman was crowned in 2015.
In this war, the Saudi and UAE armies have treated Yemen’s civilian population brutally and used American weapons to do so. More than 125,000 people have been martyred, including 14,000 who were killed in deliberate attacks on civilian targets.
Hence, the Saudis’ aggression on Yemen has reappeared on the Washington agenda due to a partially classified report on US involvement in the conflict written by the State Department’s inspector general. The document’s unclassified sections, which were reported in the American media, reveal the magnitude of war crimes by Saudi and Emirati forces and their mercenaries, to the point that the US faces a risk of prosecution at the International Criminal Court.
Oona Hathaway, a former Department of Defense lawyer and now a Yale professor, told The New York Times: “If I were in the State Department, I would be freaking out about my potential for liability. I think anyone who’s involved in this program should get themselves a lawyer.”
Public and international pressure led Trump’s predecessor, Barack Obama, to freeze an arms deal with Riyadh in 2016 as a way of pressuring the Saudis to change their tactics in Yemen. One year later, Trump reversed that decision and opened the floodgates of US arms sales to the Saudis.
To Trump, Saudi Arabia, he said, has “nothing but cash,” which it uses to buy American services, protection and other goods. Regarding the slaughter of civilians in Yemen, he said the Saudis “don’t know how to use” American weapons.
Congress didn’t believe Trump’s explanations, and in April 2019, it passed a bipartisan resolution calling for an end to US military involvement in Yemen. Trump vetoed the resolution and circumvented the ban on arms sales to Riyadh by declaring a state of emergency over Iran, which allowed him to continue complying with Saudi requests.
The US government did budget $750 million to train Saudi soldiers and pilots on fighting in populated areas, with the goal of reducing harm to civilians. It also gave the Saudis a list of 33,000 targets they shouldn’t strike. But the Saudis don’t seem to have been overly impressed, and violations continue to this day.
Unlike Saudi Arabia, the UAE understood the dangers of its involvement in the war in Yemen and withdrew its forces, overcoming the ban on selling it F-35 fighter jets and other arms. It then overcame the “Israeli” obstacle by signing this month’s so-called “peace” deal.
MBS, who started the war in Yemen along with his father, is still wallowing in the Yemeni swamp that has complicated his relationship with the US. And that’s on top of his resounding failures in managing the Kingdom’s foreign policy, like forcing then-Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri to resign, imposing a blockade on Qatar, waging an unsuccessful oil war with Russia that sent prices plummeting and abandoning the Palestinian issue.
Domestic issues haven’t gone that well for MBS either. His Vision 2030 is stumbling. The Kingdom’s treasury has had problems funding megalomaniac projects like his city of the future, which is supposed to involve three countries (Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan), diversify Saudi Arabia’s sources of income and reduce its dependence on oil. So far, it remains on paper.
He did boast an impressive achievement in the war on corruption when he detained dozens of billionaires at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and shook them down, but this was more about squeezing his political rivals’ windpipes than fighting corruption.
Accordingly, MBS can only envy his friend, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed [MBZ], the UAE’s de facto ruler who extricated his country from the war in Yemen and became Washington’s darling – not only because he normalized ties with the “Israeli” entity. And above all, he isn’t surrounded by hostile relatives.
So the question arises: Did all this happen in defiance of Salman’s wishes?
MBS who according to US intelligence didn’t hesitate to put his own mother under house arrest and keep her away from his father for fear she would work against him – may also prove to be someone who doesn’t see obeying his parents as a cardinal virtue. King Salman may be able to give speeches in support of the Palestinians, but his son, as defense minister, has the power to stage a coup against his father if he thinks this will serve him or his agenda, which might yet include normalizing ties with “Israeli” entity.

On September 26, President Trump announced that a long-overdue project would receive Federal support which involves connecting Alaska for the first time with Canada and the lower 48 states via a 2570 km railway.
In his Tweet announcing the project, Trump said:
Ever since the days of the sale of Alaska from Russia to the USA in 1867, it was understood by leading statesmen of both nations that an inevitable next phase in human society’s evolution would involve extending the U.S. Trans Continental Railway through Canada, into Alaska and thence into Russia and Asia via the Bering Strait rail tunnel. This project had received fervent support from such figures as Russian Prime Minister Sergei Witte, Colorado’s Governor William Gilpin and even Czar Nicholas II who commissioned American engineers to conduct a feasibility study in 1906. These stories were told in full in my recent reports The Missed Chance of 1867, and The Real Story Behind the Alaska Purchase.
By the mid 20th century, the project to connect Alaska with Canada and the rest of the continent while opening the Arctic for development found its champions in the forms of Vice President Henry Wallace (1941-1945), President John F Kennedy (1961-63) and in Canada B.C. Premier W.A.C. Bennett (1952-72) and Prime Minister John Diefenbaker (1957-1963).
During Bennett’s 20 year role as Premier (from 1952-1972), the Province was pulled quickly into the 20th century becoming an international hub of hydroelectric power, industrial growth and water management. As the story was told in Forgotten Battles Against the Deep State: W.A.C. Bennett vs the Malthusians, Bennett’s growth program never occurred without vicious battles pitting high level anti-development Rhodes Scholars operating within both Ottawa and his own Provincial administration against him and his small team of nation builders. Unfortunately for Bennett who always intended his northern rail programs to connect with Alaska, his key ally in Ottawa was taken out of power during a Rhodes Scholar-driven coup in 1963 and John F Kennedy, who met Bennett and supported many of infrastructure initiatives fell earlier that same year.
With the fall of these statesmen, a new paradigm took hold of western society premised on living in the moment, rejecting ideas like “the nuclear family”, belief in scientific and technological progress”, or the study of “dead white European males” in universities.
The era of building things was choked off and an era of monetary growth was unleashed like a cancerous tumor under globalization.
Today, with the immanent breakdown of the post-1971 de-regulated order, a new order is emerging and it remains to be seen who will benefit.
For all of his limitations, President Trump has displayed a rare and invaluable quality unseen in an American president for decades: Humanity and genuine patriotism. While neocons and technocrats attempt to gain the upper hand amidst the impending blowout of the $1.5 quadrillion derivatives bubble called the western economy, a new epoch of serious nation building has emerged with the Russia-China alliance and Belt and Road Initiative, which has extended development corridors, industrial zones and mass infrastructure led by rail throughout Asia, Africa and increasingly into the Russian Arctic under the Polar Silk Road.
In its essential character, this Multipolar alliance represents a form of thinking and action which are much more in alignment with discoverable principles of natural law (premised not on “Might Makes Right but rather “Right makes Might” as enunciated famously by the great Chinese President and revolutionary in his Three Principles of the People (modelled on his studies of Lincoln’s principles of government) where he said: “The rule of Right respects benevolence and virtue, while the rule of Might only respects force and utilitarianism. The rule of Right always influences people with justice and reason, while the rule of Might always oppresses people with brute force and military measures.”
Todays potential re-emergence of the Alaska-Canada Railway which would be driven under a pro-Pacific and pro-Arctic development model represents the first genuine display of this paradigm in North America in decades.
If it survives the oncoming Environmental Impact Assessments and Federal Government of Canada (which is currently run by anti-development Rhodes Scholars and technocrats committed to depopulation and world government), then it will not only upon up bountiful resources locked up in the inaccessible Arctic, create tens of thousands of much needed jobs directly and millions of jobs indirectly and vector North America’s economic destiny with the ever-growing Asian markets led by China. Most importantly, it will do much to break the west free of the two-fold trap of anti-development versions of environmentalism on the one side and pro-militarization right wing views on the other side- bringing us into a policy of win-win cooperation with our Eurasian partners.
The Alaska-Alberta Railway Development Corporation (tasked by Trump with the job of building and managing this $17 billion project), features on its website programs to tie North America into the Asian market as well as help integrate a North American transport system whose once proud rail system have fallen derelict since WWII and the age of “highways and cars” took over.
A2A CEO Sean McCoshen stated as much this year when he said: “This is a world-class infrastructure project that will generate more than 18,000 jobs for Canadian workers at a time when they are most needed, provide a new, more efficient route for trans-Pacific shipping and thereby link Alberta to world markets.”
Whether or not such programs which may now occur since Globalizated monsters like NAFTA and the TPP have been jettisoned giving nation states the authority to exercise a dirigistic role in long term economic planning remains to be seen.
BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:20 A.M.) – The Armenian ambassador to Russia, Vardan Taganyan, said on Monday that his country would use its Russian-made Iskander missiles if Turkey began to use F-16s in Karabakh, explaining that his country has sufficient air defense systems to get rid of Turkish drones.
“The military leadership has repeatedly stated that if the Sword of Damocles was deployed in the form of Turkish F-16 fighters on the Karabakh people, all measures would be taken, including the use of the Iskanders. That is, the Armed Forces of Armenia would have to fully use their arsenal to ensure security. ”
The Nagorno Karabakh region announced on Monday that 27 Armenian fighters were killed during clashes with the Azerbaijani army, bringing the total of the military deaths to 58.
“27 soldiers were killed in the fighting on Monday,” the Defense Ministry in Karabakh said in a statement on the second day of the fighting. The total number of dead rose to 67, including nine civilians killed, seven in Azerbaijan and two on the Armenian side, according to Agence France-Presse.
World leaders urged a halt to the fighting after the worst clashes since 2016 raised the prospect of a new war between former Soviet states Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Officials in Baku and Yerevan said violent clashes continued throughout Monday. The Ministry of Defense in Karabakh claimed that its forces repelled the Azerbaijani tank attack on the southern sector of the front line.
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense said that its forces destroyed “several artillery units of the enemy with a precise blow.”
Armenia and Azerbaijan have been locked in a regional conflict since the 1990s, when the Armenian-majority Karabakh declared independence after a war that claimed 30,000 lives.
كثر الحديث في الأسابيع الأخيرة، عن نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، وكأنّ هذا النادي، المولود الهجين الجديد، بمثابة مجلس «حكماء»، أراد لنفسه أن يكون الوصيّ المباشر، والحريص كلّ الحرص، على تعيين او اختيار رئيس حكومة للبلاد. هذا المجلس أياً كان عدده، يريد ان يؤسّس عرفاً، ونمطاً، وسلوكاً جديداً في لبنان، وما أكثر التسميات والأعراف السياسية التي تتناسل وتتناسخ في هذا البلد الموبوء بالأزمات والمشاكل، ليصبح لهذا المجلس في ما بعد الكلمة الأساس والفصل، في اختيار وانتقاء وتسمية المرشحين، لتشكيل أيّ حكومة جديدة، أو عندما تدعو الحاجة، استخدام حق النقض، أو الرفض، أو حجب الثقة عنهم، ومحاصرتهم، أو إفشال وإجهاض أيّ محاولة منهم فيما لو خرجوا عن طاعتهم وإرادتهم، وإملاءاتهم، وتوجيهاتهم.
مجلس مثير، عجيب غريب، لم تشهد دول العالم مثيلاً له، في فذلكته، وتركيبته، وأدائه، وغايته، والذي يضمّ عدداً من «الأخيار الفضلاء»، حيث شهد اللبنانيون في زمن حكوماتهم، «مدينة الفارابي الفاضلة»، التي يُحتذى بها، ويشهد لها القاصي والداني، والصديق والعدو، وكلّ مؤيد لها ومعارض.
ولعل فؤاد السنيورة أحد أركان هذا النادي، هو واحد من أبرز الشخصيات الفذة لنادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، الذي جسّد حقيقة لا لبس فيها ولا جدال، وهي قمة النزاهة، ونظافة الكفّ، والأداء السليم، والزهد في الحياة الدنيا، والإيمان العميق، والترفع عن الماديات والصفقات، والمال الحرام.
لكن السؤال الذي يراودني: ماذا لو أنّ نادي أو مجلس أو منتدى، رؤساء الحكومات السابقين _ سمّه ما شئت _ أطال الله بعمرهم جميعاً _ الذين تجمعهم روح الأخوة الصادقة، والنوايا السليمة الطيبة المشتركة تجاه بعضهم البعض، والمصلحة الوطنية الواحدة، والتنافس والتزاحم في ما بينهم لخدمة الشعب، والترفع عن مصالحهم الشخصية، واستعدادهم الدائم، للتضحية بمالهم وبأنفسهم في أيّ وقت، غير مكترثين بمنصب أو إغراء كرسي، تأكيداً وحرصاً وحفاظاً منهم على مصلحة الوطن والمواطن. أعود وأتساءل: ماذا لو اقتصر النادي على شخصية واحدة فقط، كفؤاد السنيورة مثلاً، أمل اللبنانيين باستمرار، ومُلهم المواطنين وحبيبهم، ومثلهم الأعلى، وأملهم الكبير! فهل هو الذي سيقرّر لوحده وفقا للعرف الجديد، تسمية رئيس حكومة عتيد، يتمتع بصفات مثالية، متميّزة يريدها للمرشح، تتطابق مع الفضائل الحميدة لفؤاد السنيورة، الذي سينقلنا مع من يختاره إلى عالم جديد، في رحاب جمهورية أفلاطون!
سؤال برسم المتبحّرين في التقاليد والأعراف السياسية اللبنانية، والبدع، والفذلكات العجيبة، والتشكيلات الهجينة، والابتكارات الحكومية المعقدة، التي لا تسمن ولا تغني من جوع.
ها هو اليوم، مصطفى أديب الذي اختاره وتبناه نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، يعتذر عن تأليف الحكومة، حيث لم يسمح له النادي العتيد أن يتحرك بإرادته الحرة المستقلة، وإنما ظلّ أسيراً في يد أقطاب النادي، يشيرون، ويوجّهون، ويعترضون، ويحجبون، فكان المكلف بتشكيل الحكومة، وسط ناد قلبه مع مصطفى أديب، وعيون أعضائه ولعابهم يسيل على الحكومة.
فماذا بعد مصطفى أديب؟! وما الذي ينتظره لبنان من أقطاب النادي في اختيارهم لمرشح جديد لا يريدون له مطلقاً أن يخرج من جلبابهم، لتكون لهم الكلمة الفصل، أياً كانت نتائجها، وإنْ تعارضت مع مصلحة الوطن واستقراره، طالما انّ هذا النادي بدوره لن يخرج عن إرادة وتوجهات وإملاءات قوى خارجية، تفعل فعلها على الساحة اللبنانية، بطرق وأساليب عديدة، عبر أطراف وهيئات وشخصيات عديدة، وأصدقاء وحلفاء تستخدمهم مطية عندما تدعو الحاجة.
فبعد اعتذار المكلف، هل سيستفيد أقطاب النادي من تجربة مصطفى أديب وفشل التشكيل، أم سيستمرّون في نهجم وأدائهم السابق، ويمعنون في التعطيل؟! وهل التعطيل الذي كان النادي أحد أبرز أسبابه، يهدف من ورائه جرّ الخارج إلى فرض المزيد من الضغوط والعقوبات، على طرف لبناني رئيس وتحميله مسؤولية فشل تأليف الحكومة، وحمله على التنازل، والرضوخ لإرادة ومطالب النادي، وما يخطط له ويرسمه وينسقه مع حلفاء الداخل والخارج؟! وهل الوطن اللبناني، بعد فشل التأليف، سيسلم من الهزات التي تحيط به من كلّ جانب وتهدّد أمنه، واستقراره، وسيادته، ووحدة شعبه، والتي لم يعد باستطاعته أن يستوعب الحدّ الأدنى من درجات قوتها، بعد ان تهاوت في لبنان كلّ مقوّمات حياته الاقتصادية والمالية والنقدية والاجتماعية، وفوق كلّ ذلك، المعيشية وانعدام ثقة المواطن بالطبقة السياسية الفاسدة، ويأسه من غده ومستقبله؟!
أيها «الغيارى» على لبنان، لا تدعوه ينهار ويسقط، ويتحلل أمام عيونكم وسياساتكم الكيدية، لأنّ عنادكم ورهانكم واعتمادكم على الخارج، لن يوفر لكم ما تريدون ويريده معكم، بل سيزيد من تفاقم الأزمة الخطيرة، وارتداداتها المدمّرة التي ستطال الجميع ولن تستثني أحداً.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Iranian were not brought to their knees in spite of tough economic pressures exerted by the United States against the country.
Speaking on Monday in a ceremony of honoring martyrs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the eight years of Sacred Defense, Zarif addressed US authorities and added, “You (US) are criminals against humanity and today, you are claiming the human rights? You are coward and savage but could not bring Iranians to their knees.”
While respecting and honoring the families of martyrs of the Foreign Ministry and commemorating the name and memory of all martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, Sacred Defense and nuclear scientists as well as martyrs of defenders of holy shrines especially former IRGC Quds Force Commander Lt. Gen. Suleimani and his comrades who were assassinated by the US terrorist forces in Iraq, he reiterated, “In spite of tough and cruel US sanctions imposed against the country, Iranians were not brought to their knees in the current economic war.”
The minister said that Washington assassinated ISIL terrorists’ number 1 enemy.
Addressing the families of martyrs, Zarif said, “Today, in this critical regional and international situation and in spite of irregularities, martyrs with their sacrifice bestowed dignity and grandeur to the Islamic Iran and did not allow others to insult noble people of the country during these years.”
He pointed out that martyrs brought dignity and pride for Iran and were it not for their braveries and courage, the country would have given in the battlefield during the eight years of the Sacred Defense.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Zarif pointed to the eight years of Sacred Defense and said, “During Iran-Iraq war, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was heavily supported by other countries both financially and militarily and today, these countries are claimant of human rights which is ridiculous.”
In August, a curious document emerged in the US entitled “Preventing a Disrupted Presidential Election and Transition“. It was prepared by a group called the Transition Integrity Project, which includes more than one hundred current and former senior US officials alongside experts from various fields. The group announced that they had run crisis scenario exercises for the November 2020 elections, all of which had shown rather disappointing results.
It should be noted that the group, which was put together in December 2019, includes not only Democrats but also Republicans who speak out against Donald Trump. It has been reported that the Transition Integrity Project has the direct support of George Soros, who is trying to organise a colour revolution in the US.
Among other things, a link has been uncovered between the group’s founder, Rosa Brooks, and Soros himself, as well as Hillary Clinton’s campaign leader, John Podesta, and former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who works for Joe Biden.
Rosa Brooks is a fellow at the New America Foundation, which was sponsored by the Open Society Foundations, and she used to work as a senior national security advisor in the US State Department during the presidencies of both Clinton and Obama. She is currently pursuing an academic career at West Point’s Modern War Institute. For some reason, Rosa Brooks believes that the forthcoming elections will lead to violence and a constitutional crisis.
The group’s second founder is Nils Gilman, who is vice president of programs at the Berggruen Institute (San Francisco) and also works at the Rockefeller Foundation. The institute is a research centre that promotes ideas of transhumanism, that is, it is opposed to traditional values.
The group’s director is Zoe Hudson – a former senior policy analyst at Soros’ Open Society Foundations who was responsible for maintaining contacts between the organisation and US government departments for more than ten years.
The group also includes well-known neoconservative Bill Kristol, military analyst Max Boot, former US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, and the aforementioned John Podesta.
The 22-page document states that “November’s elections will be marked by a chaotic legal and political landscape. We also assess that the [sic] President Trump is likely to contest the result by both legal and extra-legal means, in an attempt to hold onto power.” The recent protests, which federal agents were deployed to suppress, are also regarded as evidence that Trump may go to extreme measures to stay in office.
Here are the key conclusions that the authors themselves highlight in the report:
– The concept of “election night” is no longer accurate and has become dangerous. “We face a period of contestation stretching from the first day a ballot is cast in mid-September until January 20,” note the report’s authors. “The winner may not, and we assess likely will not, be known on ‘election night’ as officials count mail-in ballots. This period of uncertainty provides opportunities for an unscrupulous candidate to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the process and to set up an unprecedented assault on the outcome. Campaigns, parties, the press and the public must be educated to adjust expectations starting immediately.”
– A determined campaign will be able to contest the elections into January 2021. The report states: “We anticipate lawsuits, divergent media narratives, attempts to stop the counting of ballots, and protests drawing people from both sides. President Trump, the incumbent, will very likely use the executive branch to aid his campaign strategy, including through the Department of Justice. We assess that there is a chance the president will attempt to convince legislatures and/or governors to take actions – including illegal actions – to defy the popular vote. Federal laws provide little guidance for how Congress should resolve irregularities when they convene in a Joint Session on January 6, 2021. Of particular concern is how the military would respond in the context of uncertain election results. Here recent evidence offers some reassurance, but it is inconclusive.”
– The administrative transition process itself may be seriously impeded. According to the report’s authors: “Participants in our exercises of all backgrounds and ideologies believed that Trump would prioritize personal gain and self-protection over ensuring an orderly administrative handoff to his successor. Trump may use pardons to thwart future criminal prosecution, arrange business deals with foreign governments that benefit him financially, attempt to bribe and silence associates, declassify sensitive documents, and attempt to divert federal funds to his own businesses.”
The report contains four recommendations that reflect the agenda typical of colour revolutions – preparation of resources, scenarios, lawsuits, etc.
– Plan for a contested election. “If there is a crisis, events will unfold quickly, and sleep-deprived leaders will be asked to make consequential decisions quickly,” the report states. “Thinking through options now will help to ensure better decisions. Approach this as a political battle, not just a legal battle. In the event of electoral contestation, sustained political mobilization will likely be crucial for ensuring transition integrity. Dedicated staff and resources need to be in place at least through the end of January.”
– Focus on preparedness in the US, providing political support for a full and accurate count. The report’s authors state: “Governors, Secretaries of State, Attorneys General and Legislatures can communicate and reinforce laws and norms and be ready to confront irregularities. Election officials will need political and public support to see the process through to completion.”
– Tackle the two greatest threats head on: lies about “voter fraud” and the escalation of violence. “Voting fraud is virtually non-existent,” states the report, “but Trump lies about it to create a narrative designed to politically mobilize his base and to create the basis for contesting the results should he lose. The potential for violent conflict is high, particularly since Trump encourages his supporters to take up arms.”
– Foresee a difficult administrative transition. According to the report: “Transition teams will likely need to do two things simultaneously: defend against Trump’s reckless actions on his way out of office; and find creative solutions to ensure landing teams are able to access the information and resources they need to begin to prepare for governing.”
Many liberal media outlets have supported the Transition Integrity Project’s statements and published a number of interviews on the “war games” carried out by the group. Leading television channels in the US are also supporting the group’s image and giving airtime to its position. For example, Al Gore openly stated live on Fox News that if Trump does not leave the White House in January 2021, then the military will remove him.
In fact, one of the exercise scenarios run by the group was a clear Trump win. So, on what basis would US citizens be showing their defiance and organising riots?
Despite such contradictions, and the fact that there is no mention of the US Constitution’s provision on presidential elections, which clearly shows the mechanism for recognising the victor, it is obvious from the report itself and the subsequent reaction that public opinion is being programmed in the US and includes several elements: the inevitably of civil conflicts throughout the country; Donald Trump’s direct responsibility; the need for mass mobilisation; and a military intervention in favour of Trump’s opponent, that is, the representative of the US Democratic Party.
At the very least, these actions are already devaluing the practice of electoral democracy that, until now, has been regarded as the foundation of Western “rule of law” societies.
أعلن الرئيس المكلف لتشكيل الحكومة الدكتور مصطفى أديب اعتذاره عن عدم مواصلة العمل على تأليف حكومة جديدة.. وجاء في حيثيات اعتذاره، أنه «مع وصول المجهود الى مراحله الأخيرة تبيّن لي أنّ التوافق لم يعد قائماً»، مشيراً إلى أنه «سبق وأعلنتُ للكتل أنني لست في صدد الولوج في أيّ شأن سياسي وأبلغت الكتل أنني لست في صدد طرح أسماء تشكل استفزازاً لها».
وما أن انتهى أديب من تلاوة بيان اعتذاره، حتى شهدنا هجوماً منسّقاً ومحضّراً مسبقاً على فريق الأكثرية، وخصوصاً تحالف حزب الله أمل، شنّته قيادات فريق ١٤ آذار ومجموعات الانجيؤز، مصحوباً بالضغط على معيشة المواطنين، واتخذ الهجوم المنسّق عدة مستويات…
اولاً، اتهام التحالف الأكثري، لا سيما حزب الله وأمل، بالمسؤولية عن تعطيل تشكيل الحكومة وإفشال المبادرة الفرنسية وإضاعة ما وُصف بأنه الفرصة الأخيرة للإنقاذ وإخراج لبنان واللبنانيين من الأزمة الخانقة.
ثانياً، التلاعب بسعر العملة عبر القيام بدفع الأدوات المضاربة في السوق المالية إلى رفع سعر صرف الدولار والقول إنّ هذا الارتفاع الذي سيؤثر سلباً على القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين ويلهب الأسعار، إنّما هو نتيجة تصلّب أمل حزب الله في رفض تسهيل مهمة الرئيس أديب في تشكيل الحكومة مستقلة، ودفعه إلى الإعتذار.
ثالثاً، مسارعة مجموعات الأنجيؤز للنزول إلى الشارع ورفع شعارات تحمّل مسؤولية ارتفاع سعر الدولار وتدهور الوضع المعيشي لفريق الأكثرية بهدف تحريض المواطنين على العودة إلى الساحات وإحياء المطالبة بتشكيل حكومة مستقلة تتولى تنفيذ الانقلاب الأميركي.
لكن أيّ مدقق في ما تقدّم من اعتذار أديب إلى الحملة المنسّقة ضدّ فريق الأكثرية، يلحظ مدى الزيف وعدم الصدقية في توجيه الاتهامات، وأنها تستهدف التعمية على حقائق ما حصل فعلياً، ومن يقف وراء تعطيل تشكيل الحكومة… وبالتالي التهرّب من المسؤولية عن الأزمات التي يعاني منها اللبنانيون…

ـ إنّ الرئيس المكلف أديب، على عكس ما أوحى في بيان اعتذاره، لم يبذل أيّ جهد حقيقي لتشكيل حكومة توافقية، بل انه لم يتشاور مع الكتل النيابية وظلّ طوال الوقت على التشاور والانصات فقط لتوجيهات نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، وإصراره على فرض تشكيلة حكومية «مستقلة» ينفرد هو في تسمية وزرائها، وعندما التقى أخيراً، بعد أن أحرج، بممثلي تحالف أمل وحزب الله، بقي على موقفه من دون أن يتزحزح قيد أنملة رافضاً الموافقة على أن يسمّي التحالف وزراءه من ذوي الاختصاص ومن غير الحزبيّين، وتمسك أديب بموقفه، وهو أمر لم يكن من ضمن أيّ اتفاق، كما زعم في بيان اعتذاره، حيث لم تتخلّ كتلتا أمل وحزب الله عن تسمية وزرائهما من الاختصاصيين غير الحزبيّين، في حين أنّ الرئيس أديب نفسه ليس مستقلاً منزلاً من السماء، وكان أول من سمّاه هو نادي رؤساء الحكومات السابقين، واتفق معهم فقط على تشكيلة حكومته، التي لم يعلنها ولم يسلم مسودة عنها لرئيس الجمهزرية العماد ميشال عون، لعدم حصول أديب على موافقة تحالف أمل حزب الله، واستطراداً لإدراكه أنّ رئيس الجمهورية سيكون له أيضاً رأي معاكس باعتباره شريكاً في عملية التأليف، والذي ظهر في انتقاده أديب والطلب منه التواصل والتشاور مع الكتل، وعندما لم يستجب أديب لذلك، تولى الرئيس عون مهمة الوقوف بنفسه على رأي الكتل بشأن طبيعة وشكل الحكومة…

ـ إنّ فريق 14 آذار ركز في حملته على دعم أديب في تشكيل حكومة مستقلين لا يسمّيها أحد غيره، وطبعاً من ورائه نادي الرؤساء، الذين كانوا يتولّون الإشراف على عملية تشكيل حكومة أديب بالاتفاق مع واشنطن والرياض… بحيث تكون حكومة مستقلين ويكون هواها أميركياً.

ـ إنّ اعتذار أديب يأتي من ضمن خطة منسقة مع نادي الرؤساء لشنّ حملة منظمة لخلق مناخ عام محلي لزيادة منسوب الضغط على حزب الله وحركة أمل ورئيس الجمهورية، معززاً بالمزيد من العقوبات الأميركية ومفاقمة الأزمة المعيشية للمواطنين في محاولة لإعادة تحرك الشارع… للضغط على التحالف الوطني لدفعه إلى الموافقة على تشكيل حكومة اختصاصيين «مستقلين» لا يشارك في تسمية وزرائها.. لأنّ ذلك هو الشرط الأميركي الذي وضع منذ البداية… إما الموافقة على حكومة من هذا النوع، تنفذ الشروط الأميركية، أو عليكم أن تواجهوا المزيد من الحصار والعقوبات والتجويع…
انطلاقاً من ذلك، فإنّ الفريق الأميركي السعودي لا يريد تسهيل تشكيل حكومة وفاق تؤدّي الى إحياء المساكنة التي كانت سابقاً مع الفريق الوطني، وإنما يريد تنفيذ انقلاب سياسي على المعادلة القائمة من خلال محاولة فرض حكومة موالية بالكامل للفريق الأميركي السعودي تحت اسم حكومة اختصاصيين «مستقلين»… وهو الأمر الذي صرفت من أجله واشنطن الأموال الطائلة، وتحديداً على منظمات الأنجيؤز ووسائل الإعلام، حيث اعترف مساعد وزير الخارجية الأميركي ديفيد هيل في شهادة له أمام الكونغرس قبل أيام، بأنّ الإدارات الأميركية المتعاقبة صرفت في لبنان منذ عام 2005 وحتى الآن عشرة مليارات دولار على القوى المسلحة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني…
أمام هذه الخلاصة، التي تأكدت مجدّداً من خلال اعتذار أديب والحملة الممنهجة التي بدأها الفريق الأميركي السعودي، بعد الاعتذار مباشرة…
ما هو الردّ المطلوب من قبل التحالف الوطني؟
في هذا السياق يمكن القول…
1
ـ إنّ الخطوة الأولى الأساسية الواجبة إنّما هي اقتناع كلّ أطراف التحالف الوطني بأنّ الفريق الأميركي يريد إقصاءهم عن السلطة، وإضعافهم وتفرقة صفوفهم وصولاً إلى استمالة بعضهم، اذا تمكّن، لإبعادهم عن حزب الله المقاوم… وبالتالي عزل المقاومة والعمل على نزع سلاحها باعتبار ذلك هو السبيل لتحقيق أمن كيان العدو الصهيوني، وفرض الهيمنة الأميركية الكاملة على لبنان، وتحويله إلى محمية أميركية صهيونية وجعله قاعدة لإعادة التآمر ضدّ الدولة الوطنية السورية المقاومة…

ـ إنّ هذا الاقتناع يستدعي الاتفاق على بلورة رؤية موحدة لمواجهة خطة الانقلاب التي يعمل، الفريق الأميركي السعودي، على تنفيذها، رؤية تضع في الأولوية كيفية مواجهة التحديات الراهنة التي يتمّ الاتفاق عليها، وتحييد كلّ ما عداها من قضايا ومسائل خلافية ليست أولوية ولا هي أولويات راهنة.

ـ إنّ الرؤية الموحدة للمواجهة تتطلب أن يحسم التحالف الوطني أمره بأن لا مخرج من الأزمة وإحباط خطة الإنقلاب الأميركية من دون تشكيل حكومة منسجة ومتماسكة وفق رؤية انقاذية اقتصادية ومالية تقوم على إعادة نظر جذرية بالسياسات الريعية المسبّبة للأزمة، ومغادرة سياسة إبقاء لبنان بعلاقة اقتصادية أحادية مع دول الغرب، التي تستخدم هذه العلاقة لابتزاز لبنان وفرض شروطها على لبنان… وبالتالي حسم القرار بتنويع خيارات لبنان الاقتصادية عبر أخذ قرار قبول عروض المشاريع والمساعدات الصينية والإيرانية والعراقية والروسية لمساعدة لبنان من دون شروط، وبالتالي تكريس توازن جديد في علاقات لبنان الاقتصادية مع الخارج انطلاقاً من أن لبنان يحتلّ موقعاً جغرافياً مميزاً كصلة وصلة وصل بين الشرق والغرب وهو ما لا يمكن أن يقوم به إلاّ إذا ترجم ذلك بالانفتاح اقتصادياً على الشرق، كما هو منفتح على الغرب… وإذا كانت الفعاليات الاقتصادية حذرة أو خائفة من تضرّر مصالحها من الإقدام على مثل هذا الخيار، فيجب أن تدرك أنها ستكون أول المستفيدين من ذلك وأنّ الغرب سوف يعمد إلى المسارعة لوقف حصاره وتقديم المساعدات للبنان للحفاظ على نفوذ فيه، انطلاقاً من أهمية لبنان في المنطقة والصراع العربي الصهيوني…
إنّ مثل هذا الردّ هو السبيل لوضع حدّ لتفاقم الأزمة الاقتصادية والمالية، والعمل على إعادة انعاش الاقتصاد من خلال البدء عمليا بمشاريع إقامة معامل الكهرباء والنفايات وسكك الحديد والسدود وغيرها من المشاريع التي عرضت الصين القيام بها، وفق نظام BOT، في حين أنّ لبنان يستطيع أيضاً وقف النزف الحاصل في احتياطه، من الدولارات في مصرف لبنان، من خلال قبول العروض العراقية والإيرانية للحصول على احتياجاته من النفط ومشتقاته مقابل الدفع بالليرة والمقايضة بالمنتجات الزراعية والصناعية..وهذا سوف يؤدّي إلى إنعاش قطاعات الإنتاج وتوسّعها وتوّفير فرص العمل للعاطلين، وبالتالي الحدّ من البطالة، وكذلك تنشيط حركة البناء وعمل المهن الحرة على اختلافها، مما ينعكس بتنشيط مجمل الحركة الاقتصادية…
