Hezbollah’s military media released a powerful video titled “To Whom It May Concern,” reinforcing the group’s Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s recent warning to the Zionist entity. The video serves as a stark reminder of the consequences that await the entity if it engages in reckless actions against Lebanon.
The video includes coordinates of strategic sites within occupied Palestine, such as Ben Gurion Airport, Haifa, Hadera Port, Ashdod Port, and several other critical areas.
In addition, this release follows the 9-minute “Hoopoe” video, which revealed strategic Israeli military bases in northern Palestine and the Haifa area, captured by a drone.
Coordinates of Vital Areas Revealed in the Video
This new message from Hezbollah underscores their detailed knowledge of those vital locations, signaling a dire threat to the Israeli entity.

Hezbollah has released footage of vital Israeli targets, supposedly only known to “Israel’s” security apparatus.
The Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah – released a video showing vital Israeli targets only known to the occupation’s security apparatus, suggesting that these sites will be targeted in case of a war against Lebanon.
The video included snippets of Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s latest speech, in which he warned the Israeli occupation that the Resistance would fight with no restraints or limits if war were imposed on Lebanon.
“Israel” will regret waging war on Lebanon, he said.
The HaKirya complex, which includes the headquarters of the Ministry of Security, the General Staff, and many of the senior military staff leaders, was also shown.
A list of the potential targets included in the video:
Vital targets in Haifa
Ashdod port
Hadera power station
Ramat David Military Airport in Afula
Pengrion Airport
Nevatim base
Oil refineries on the coast
Negev rules
Satellite area in Yehuda
Research Center at Dimona Nuclear Reactor
This comes only a few days following the Hoopoe mission, during which Hezbollah gathered footage showing its reconnaissance drones flying over swathes of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, all the way to Haifa and its port.
Titled “This is what the came back with,” the nine-minute-and-a-half video captured footage and exposed sensitive Israeli sites. Hezbollah indicated that the video was only the first episode of more yet to come, highlighting that the drones bypassed Israeli air defenses and returned to Lebanese airspace undetected.
The published footage included intelligence about Israeli sites inside occupied Palestine and clearly showed that the drone arrived at the port of Haifa intact. Hezbollah’s drones brought back footage and information about sensitive sites they captured over Haifa starting with the port itself to oil refineries and military factories, not to mention the locations of military battleships and important economic hubs in the port.
Lebanon’s caretaker Public Works and Transport Minister Ali Hamieh on Sunday denied as ridiculous a report by the British daily the Telegraph, which claimed that Hezbollah allegedly stores weapons at Beirut International Airport.
In a press conference in Beirut, Hamieh called for an “open to all” inspection tour of the Beirut international airport site at 10 a.m. on Monday.
He added that the Lebanese state plans to raise a defamation lawsuit against the Telegraph.
The Lebanese minister said that the Telegraph has claimed that the information mentioned in the report was based on that provided by The International Air Transport Association (IATA). In this context, he said that he contacted an official in the association’s Middle East and North Africa region, who affirmed that such information is untrue.

“The airport has been always a target of the Israeli enemy, and everything written in The Telegraph is untrue; no weapons are entering or leaving through the airport,” Minister Hamieh said.
He affirmed that the Lebanese customs “represent the state in protecting Beirut Airport, and their integrity cannot be questioned.”
Social media users slammed allegations by the Telegraph, stressing that the British daily’s report was aimed at “trying to pre-indoctrinate the public into legitimizing war crimes.”

A senior administration official tells CNN that US officials emphasized that the Biden administration would provide “Israel” with the necessary security assistance.
Senior US officials assured a delegation of top Israeli officials visiting Washington this week that the Biden administration is fully prepared to support its ally in case of a full-scale war with Hezbollah, CNN reported, citing a senior administration official.
The Biden administration has consistently claimed that it wants to avoid a war between “Israel” and Hezbollah, advocating for diplomatic de-escalation. This week, US envoy Amos Hochstein was sent to the region in an attempt to supposedly help ease tensions.
The media outlet noted that top Israeli officials, including Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer and “National Security” Advisor Tzachi Hanegbi, held meetings with Biden administration officials such as National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and White House Middle East Coordinator Brett McGurk.
Sources revealed that the Israeli and American officials discussed various topics, including the situation along the border with Lebanon, Iran, and ceasefire and prisoner exchange negotiations.
The senior administration official mentioned that US officials emphasized that the Biden administration would provide “Israel” with the necessary security assistance, but noted that American troops would not be deployed on the ground.
The official indicated that in this week’s meetings, US and Israeli officials discussed potential strategies to reduce tensions along the Blue Line separating southern Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine, including discussions on returning displaced Israeli settlers and Lebanese citizens to their homes.
The talks coincided with Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s public accusations that the US was withholding weapons and ammunition from “Israel”, leading to a tense exchange between Israeli and US officials.
On Wednesday, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah warned that “the possibility of invading al-Jalil remains on the table” should the confrontation with “Israel” escalate on the borders with northern occupied Palestine.
“The enemy knows it must expect us on land, in the air, and at sea, and if war is imposed, the Resistance will fight without constraints, rules, or limits,” he made it clear during the memorial service for senior Hezbollah commander Sami Taleb Abdallah and his companions, who were martyred days earlier in an Israeli strike in southern Lebanon.
A day before, the Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah published footage showing its reconnaissance drones flying over swathes of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, all the way to Haifa and its port.

Titled “This is what the Hoopoe came back with,” the nine-minute-and-a-half video captured footage and exposed sensitive Israeli sites. Hezbollah indicated that the video was only the first episode of more yet to come, highlighting that the drones bypassed Israeli air defenses and returned to Lebanese airspace undetected.
Shortly after Hezbollah published the video, the Israeli occupation military said that “operational plans for an offensive in Lebanon were approved and validated.” Senior Israeli commanders also decided to “accelerate the readiness of the forces on the ground,” according to the military statement.
As the threat made by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah to the Cypriot government on Wednesday has been influencing the political circles, media outlets, and social websites, several questions must be raised and discussed in this regard.
Since the start of the ongoing Zionist war on Gaza and the flare up of the supportive fronts in South Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, Hezbollah concentrated its political and military efforts against the Israeli enemy.
Hezbollah even ignored all the local criticism made by certain parties which have never backed the Resistance against the occupation, avoiding responding to all the anti-resistance stances.
In any armed conflict, all sides study the battlefield and all the factors which influence it positively and negatively.
Hezbollah has engaged since October 8, 2023, in a border battle against the Israeli enemy in support of Gaza. Since, this battle may escalate into an all-out war, the Resistance group finds it necessary to determine all the aspects of the field in order to achieve better outcomes.
The Resistance Leader warned the Cypriot government against involvement in any Israeli war on Lebanon, affirming that Cyprus has been hosting Zionist military drills which simulate such hostile schemes.
“Opening Cypriot airports and bases to the Israeli enemy to target Lebanon would mean that the Cypriot government is part of the war, and the resistance will deal with it as part of the war,” the Hezbollah chief said.
Nikos Christodoulides, the island’s president, responded on Wednesday evening: “Cyprus remains uninvolved in any military conflicts and positions itself as part of the solution rather the problem.”
Despite this denial, facts prove that the small island hosted Israeli military drills which simulate a war on Lebanon. Among numerous proofs, what follows is a clear Zionist source which highlight the issue.
On June 2, 2022, The Times of Israel posted an article titled, “In Cyprus, IDF runs drills for potential war with Hezbollah, Lebanon ground assault”.
“The Mediterranean island was chosen both for its Lebanon-like terrain — mountainous along a coastal plain — and its proximity to Israel,” the report mentioned.
The following video was posted by the Israeli website i24News on Youtube shows drills with the title, “Israel Defense Forces carries out drills on Cyprus simulating war on Lebanon,”
The denial of the Cypriot president may be diplomatically necessary; however, it cannot refute the veracity of Hezbollah Secretary General’s remarks. Thus, Cyprus is invited to reflect this denial in a real dissociation from any Zionist war on Lebanon.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continues to bombard Israeli sites alongside the occupied northern border area.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah, announced Wednesday that it targeted Israeli military positions within the occupied Lebanese territories. The attacks, which took place on Wednesday, severely damaged the Israeli occupation’s positions in the north.
Eastern Sector
In the eastern sector, resistance fighters carried out an aerial attack with a squadron of strike drones targeting the positions of Israeli occupation soldiers and their deployment within the Metulla settlement, achieving confirmed hits. This was in response to repeated assaults by the occupation on the southern town of Barghliyya.
Additionally, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon targeted the headquarters of the Eastern Brigade 769 (part of the 91st Division) in the Kiryat Shmona settlement with dozens of Katyusha rockets and artillery shells, in retaliation for the Israeli occupation’s attacks on the towns of Yaroun and Khiam.
Hezbollah also conducted a series of operations targeting surveillance equipment in Metula using appropriate weapons and the positions of occupation soldiers within the al-Baghdadi site with attack drones.
Furthermore, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced targeting the Ramtha and al-Samaka sites in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfar Shuba with rocket weapons, and the Zebdine site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rocket weapons.
Western Sector
In the western sector, Resistance fighters targeted the Jal Al-Alam site, as well as a gathering of occupation soldiers at the al-Raheb site. Both operations utilized artillery shells.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon confirmed achieving direct hits in all operations it carried out.
Hoopoe Mission
Wednesday’s operations come just a day after the massive intelligence feat achieved by Hezbollah, wherein the Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon released Tuesday footage showing its reconnaissance drones flying over swathes of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, all the way to Haifa and its port.
In detail, the video first shows Hezbollah’s drones flying over a military-industrial complex belonging to Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, which includes numerous factories, warehouses, and testing fields in which components of air defense systems are manufactured and assembled, especially the Iron Dome and David’s Sling.
Iron Dome and David’s Sling platforms, rocket engine test tunnel and storage, air defense missile storage, missile component manufacturing facilities, control and guidance systems factories, company administrative buildings, and missile testing radars, all appeared in the video.
In solidarity with the people of occupied Palestine and the resistance in the Gaza Strip, and amidst Zionist aggression on several villages in South Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon persistently targeted on Tuesday Israeli occupation soldiers and sites near the Lebanese-Palestinian borders.
Hezbollah’s military media released a series of statements outlining the attacks and their outcomes:
First Operation
The initial report stated that at 12:12 PM on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Hezbollah’s fighters targeted a Merkava tank located within the Hadab Yarin Israeli occupation site using an explosive-laden drone, achieving a direct hit.
Second Operation
In response to the Israeli assassination carried out in the Lebanese southern town of Shehabiya, Hezbollah conducted an aerial attack using a squadron of explosive-laden drones on an artillery site of the 411th Battalion (affiliated with the 288th Fire Brigade) in ‘Neve Ziv’. The attack specifically targeted the assembly areas of IOF officers and soldiers, resulting in accurate hits and confirmed casualties, as well as causing fires to break out at the site.
Third Operation
The third statement disclosed that at 5:20 PM on Tuesday, Hezbollah’s fighters launched missile strikes directly hitting the Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills.
Fourth Operation
Simultaneously, at 5:20 p.m., the group’s valiant fighters launched direct missile strikes on Israeli occupation barracks in Zibdin, located in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms.
Fifth Operation
In response to the Israeli enemy’s attack on the southern town of Borgholiyeh, and after closely monitoring their forces at the Al-Manara Israeli occupation site, Hezbollah’s fighters spotted a group of Zionist soldiers at the shooting range. They targeted them with missile weapons and artillery shells, resulting in confirmed casualties.
Sixth Operation
The Islamic Resistance’s fighters successfully bombed the Sahel Battalion headquarters in the Beit Hillel barracks with a barrage of Katyusha rockets, as per the sixth statement.
Seventh Operation
The last statement, issued on Tuesday, declared that the group’s fighters targeted the Plasan military industry factory in the Hoopoe with Falaq missiles. This factory specializes in shielding and protecting machinery and vehicles for the Israeli occupation army. The attack was in retaliation for the repeated brutal Israeli assaults on Borgholiyeh.
Hezbollah’s ‘Hoopoe’ Flies Over Occupied Palestine
Both Hezbollah’s foes and allies were glued to their screens and social media platforms as soon as the group’s military media teased the release of “what the hoopoe has brought back.” An hour later, a 9-minute video emerged, showing Hezbollah reconnaissance drones recording aerial imagery of critical sites in occupied Palestine’s northern territories.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah said it clear on Wednesday: No place across the Zionist entity will be safe from the Lebanese resistance group’s weapons in case of a full-blown war.
In a televised speech, described by the Israeli media as the strongest one since the start of the war last October, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that in case a war was imposed on Lebanon, Hezbollah will fight with “no rules and no red lines.”
His eminence was addressing a memorial service of a senior commander who was martyred in an Israeli strike in south Lebanon last week, Talib Abdallah (Abu Talib).
“The enemy knows well that we have prepared ourselves for the worst… and that no place across the Zionist entity will be spared by our missiles and drones.”
Sayyed Nasrallah warned that the Israeli enemy will have to wait for the Lebanese resistance in the land, sea and air.
He also threatened Cyprus for the first time, stating that Hezbollah will consider it “a part of the war” if it opens its airports and bases for the Israeli enemy to attack Lebanon.
His eminence affirmed that Hezbollah will continue to support Gaza, voicing full readiness for any scenario.
“We are not afraid. Our demand is clear: A complete and permanent ceasefire in Gaza.”
The Hezbollah S.G. emphasized that this battle is the greatest one the Ummah (nation) has fought since 1948, noting that it will change the face of the region.
“This front is moving steadily towards victory and the enemy is foolishly heading towards demise.”
About the Occasion
Sayyed Nasrallah started his speech by offering condolences and congratulations over martyrdom of commander ‘Abu Talib’, as he saluted families of martyrs over their patience and sticking to resistance path.
In this context, he noted that martyrdom in its Islamic connotations is not defeat, nor is it death.
“Martyrdom is a point of strength to the resistance fronts. The most dangerous thing the enemy faces is the spirit of its combatants who believe in martyrdom as a culture of life. The resistance environment is not weakened by virtue of this culture.”
He paid tribute to martyred commander Abu Talib, saying that the senior commander “joined the ranks of resistance as an ordinary fighter, like everyone else, and quickly advanced because of his spirit and dedication.”
“Martyr Abu Talib was among Hezbollah group that defended the people of Bosnia in the nineties of the 20th century.”
Talib Abdallah (Abu Talib), Hezbollah commander who was martyred in an Israeli strike on June 11, 2024.
“Martyr Abu Talib was known for his religiosity, faith, morals, and humbleness. He was highly qualified and had high morale even in times of distress.”
“Our loss by the martyrdom of Abu Talib is great. However, it’s sufficient for us that our Mujahideen have embraced martyrdom and left behind commanders and fighters who will continue this path.”
“Martyr Abu Talib was the first field commander to open up the southern front in support of Gaza.”
Invading Galilee Still on Table
Sayyed Nasrallah shifted then to talk about the supporting front in south Lebanon, which he said “keeps up operations and has been inflicting losses upon the Israeli enemy.”
“Of the prominent indications that the Lebanese front is fruitful are the screams and threats made by the enemy’s leaders.”
The Hezbollah leader then pointed to a massive media campaign, which has been since the start of Op. Al-Aqsa Flood, adding that this campaign is aimed at dismissing and underestimating the achievements secured by the fronts in support of Gaza in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.
Sayyed Nasrallah then cited Israeli figures that 100,000 Israeli soldiers have been deployed to the Israeli northern front, as he quoted a senior Israeli official as saying that “without this front, sufficient forces would have been available to defeat Gaza.”
“Lebanon front prevented some Israeli divisions from joining the battle in Gaza, and some of these forces are elite ones, as the Israeli enemy fears that Hezbollah could invade Galilee. Hereby I say that this option is still on the table.”
Sayyed Nasrallah said, meanwhile, that the Israeli enemy has been hiding and imposing a blackout on its losses in the northern front with Lebanon, noting that the aim of this blackout is to avoid exerting on the occupation government.
“In addition to the war of attrition, Hezbollah has forced tens of thousands of Israeli settlers to be displaced from settlements in northern occupied Palestine,” Sayyed Nasrallah stated.
In this context, his eminence pointed to another achievement secured by Hezbollah on the Lebanese front, noting that the Lebanese resistance group manage to create, for the first time in the history of the occupation (since 1948), a security belt (zone) within the Zionist entity.
Israeli Failure
Sayyed Nasrallah went ahead with talking about achievements secured by the resistance groups against the Zionist entity, noting that “the image of the enemy on levels of security, military and deterrence is collapsing,” and that “the Israeli army appears to be defeated and exhausted.”
He then talked about the front opened by the resistance in Yemen.
“Eight months on the war, Israeli circles point to US-UK failure to protect ‘Israel’-bound ships and this is considered a strategic failure to two largest fleets in the world.”
“Because of the Zionist enemy’s inability to engage in multiple fronts, the US and the UK have engaged in the Yemeni front, which demonstrated the failure of Washington and London to stop the Yemeni operations.”
His eminence hailed the Palestinian resistance and people over their epic confrontations and steadfastness against the Israeli enemy.
“The enemy has failed in front of the resistance in Gaza which has engaged in epic clashes with the Israeli enemy.”
He highlighted the Israeli losses, stressing that the Israeli enemy “can’t hide its losses anymore.”
“There are 8636 disabled Israelis according to official figures, then what is the number of dead and wounded?” Sayyed Nasrallah wondered.
“The enemy claims to have eliminated 20 Hamas battalions, and that there are more 4 battalions in Rafah where the occupation is allegedly working to eliminate. This is a mere lie that shows the fragility of the Israeli enemy, which is hardly trying to show a delusive victory to the Israeli settlers.”
About “Hoopoe Mission”
Sayyed Nasrallah stated that due to Hezbollah attacks the Israeli enemy was forced to evacuate its bases and went to establish new posts behind the mountains.
He noted that throughout four months, the Lebanese resistance managed to destroy thousands of surveillance pieces and spy equipment, causing the Zionist entity to be blinded in the north.
“We won’t spare any of areas that we can reach, and we have a very, very large amount of data. Yesterday’s “Hoopoe” footage is just short and selected excerpts from long hours of recorded videos captured above Haifa,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, referring to the 9-minute video published by Hezbollah’s Military Media that shows the group’s reconnaissance drones recording aerial imagery of critical sites in occupied Palestine’s northern territories, especially the port city of Haifa.
“We have video recordings for long hours of Haifa and nearby areas as well as areas beyond Haifa and beyond beyond Haifa. Or resistance fight based on information.”
100,000 Fighters
Sayyed Nasrallah touched upon Hezbollah capacities, noting that the Lebanese resistance movement has more than enough manpower and arms.
“We’ve used a little of our weapons so far and we’ve obtained new weapons that will be employed in the battlefield. In this battle we’ve developed our weapons and used new ones, we have plenty of drones since we manufacture UAVs.”
“We have sufficient and motivated human capacity, many of our operatives are asking to join the ranks of fighters at the battlefield. The number of our operatives who are ready to join the war has exceeded 100,000.”
“Wait for Us in the Land, Sea and Air”
Sayyed Nasrallah then hit back at Israeli threats of an inclusive war with the Zionist entity.
“We are no afraid by threats of a full-blown war. There have been estimations that such scenario is serious and as a resistance we are fully prepared for the worst. The enemy knows what awaits it.”
“The enemy knows very well that no place will be safe from our missiles and drones. We have a real and large bank of goals and we are capable to reach these goals discriminately and in a way that destabilizes the entity.”
“The enemy knows that what awaits it in the Mediterranean is terrific, the Israeli coasts and ships will be targeted,” his eminence said, calling on the Zionist entity to await the Lebanese resistance group “in the land, sea and air.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah threatened that in case an inclusive war is imposed on Lebanon, Hezbollah will fight “with no rules and with no red lines.”
Sayyed Nasrallah Warns Cyprus
On the other hand, the Lebanese resistance leader warned Cyprus against being part in any future war between ‘Israel’ and Lebanon.
“I draw the attention of the Cypriot government that we have information that the Israeli enemy is conducting maneuvers in preparation for a war with Lebanon, and that airports Cyprus could be opened to Israeli fighter jets.”
“Hereby, and in one word, I call upon the Cypriot government to be aware that if it opens its airports to the Israeli enemy during a potential war, we will treat Cyprus as a part of the war.”
“For those who terrorize us with war, I believe that the US is worried about the Zionist entity, which on its turn must be worried. As for us, we will keep up our strikes in support of Gaza and we will be ready and fully prepared for all options and nothing will stop us from performing our duty. The solution is simple: stop the war on Gaza and against our people in Gaza.”
Sayyed Nasrallah concluded his speech by addressing the families of martyrs and citizens who were displaced from the border towns in south Lebanon as well as pro-resistance people in Lebanon.
“This battle is the greatest one the Ummah (nation) has fought since 1948. It will change the face of the region. This front is moving steadily towards victory and the enemy is foolishly heading towards demise.”
The botched mission to release Israeli prisoners of war in Gaza has exposed British and American military involvement, broadening Israel’s war on Gaza into an international conflict, much like the US and UK have done with Ukraine.
On 8 June, Israeli forces staged a blood-spattered “rescue” operation in the Palestinian refugee camp of Nuseirat. The brutal, blunt force swoop freed four prisoners, killed three others – including a US citizen – and left 274 Palestinians dead, with many more injured. The Israeli military also suffered casualties, including the death of a senior commander.
Despite Hamas offering since 8 October to release prisoners held in Gaza unharmed in exchange for a ceasefire and total withdrawal of occupation forces, this operation can only be seen as a costly failure for Israel as part of a broader strategic blunder.
Its military has failed to achieve any of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stated war aims in eight months of conflict, and Tel Aviv’s growing international isolation necessitated a dramatic PR spectacle.
Spilling the beans
Western media has eagerly taken the bait, cheering the “heroic” effort widely. One outlet dubbed the fiasco a “miraculous triumph.” Another celebrated the “daring” retrieval of “heavily guarded” hostages.
Photos and biographies of the four freed individuals have been prominentlydisseminated. Mawkish human interest stories abound. Out of this nauseating deluge, however, the New York Times quietly issued a bombshell disclosure. British and American intelligence officials and “hostage recovery” specialists played a central role in the “rescue” operation.
According to the report, these UK and US operatives have been stationed in the occupation state throughout the war, “providing intelligence and other logistical support” and “collecting and analyzing information” in service of releasing Israeli captives and locating Hamas higher-ups.
London and Washington have, purportedly, “been able to provide intelligence from the air and cyberspace that Israel cannot collect on its own.” Meanwhile, “the Pentagon and the CIA have been providing information collected from drone flights over Gaza, communications intercepts and other sources.”
‘Counter-Terrorist Operations’
That this account is a misleading cover story should be self-evident. If British and US intelligence has truly, since 7 October, been working from Tel Aviv to track down Hamas leaders and release prisoners, their efforts have been as ineffective as the “rescue” operation itself.
Mainstream sources acknowledge that Hamas remains largely unscathed, and IOF spokespeople claim 120 prisoners are still in Gaza. This suggests a different rationale for the covert British presence within Israel.
A D-notice from Britain’s Ministry of Defence on 28 October 2023 instructed domestic news outlets not to mention that the elite Special Air Service (SAS) was “deployed to sensitive areas” of West Asia, conducting “hostage rescue/evacuation operations.”
[The Ministry of Defence] aims to prevent inadvertent disclosure of classified information about Special Forces and other units engaged in security, intelligence and counter-terrorist operations [in Gaza], including their methods, techniques and activities.
Western forces’ on standby’
This censorship was likely prompted by British tabloids revealing that the SAS was “on standby” at bases in Cyprus “to rescue hostages held captive in Gaza.” An SAS veteran described such an effort as almost inevitably suicidal:
This situation in Gaza is unique, in terms of trying to locate the hostages and find safe passage out. There’s a lot of confusion with what’s going on over there right now. Finding the right stronghold where hostages are being held will be tough – then you have to safely move to that location, find the hostages, then leave. From a planning perspective, it will be a complete and utter nightmare. It could end in disaster.
Despite the risks, the Israeli “rescue” operation proceeded, aiming to secure a propaganda win for Tel Aviv and legitimize the involvement of British and US forces in Gaza. The New York Times investigation subtly hinted at a publicly expanded role for Britain and the US in the assault on Gaza while confirming their resolve to support Israel’s actions.
In justifying Washington’s involvement, the outlet claimed this support was provided “in large measure … because American officials believe the best way to persuade Israel to end the war is to get back its hostages and capture or kill top Hamas leaders.”
An editorial in the Daily Telegraph echoed this sentiment in an un-bylines editorial entitled “We must back Israel’s efforts to rescue hostages,” declaring, “[the] successful rescue operation is a timely reminder of what Israel is fighting for, and the fundamental justice of its cause,” while complaining that Tel Aviv’s “military operations have been subjected to a level of scrutiny that is all but impossible to satisfy”:
Israel’s dogged commitment to rescuing the hostages and destroying Hamas stand in marked contrast to the weakness of the West in supporting its efforts.
It appears that, similar to how western powers have systematically breached Russia’s red lines, their direct participation in Gaza is intended to be gradually normalized.
Open French threats in March to deploy troops to Odessa were knocked back by Russian officials. Ever since, a stream of public statements and media reporting has indicated that those soldiers willnonetheless arrive in the form of “advisers” and trainers.
Lebanon’s strategic significance
The once-feared Israeli military behemoth has been consistently humiliated in direct combat with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and its exchange of heavy fire with the Lebanese resistance movement, Hezbollah. As The Cradle has reported, the occupation state is concealing heavy losses on every front it is engaged in.
Despite this, Tel Aviv is openly gearing up for an all-out war with Lebanon. The Cradle has also revealed British efforts to gain unfettered access to Lebanon’s territories – ground, air, and sea territory – for its soldiers, bypassing the need for “prior diplomatic authorization” for its “emergency missions.”
In the reported agreement between London and Beirut – abandoned after the proposal was leaked to the Lebanese media – British soldiers would have been permitted to travel in uniform with their weapons visible anywhere in Lebanon while enjoying immunity from arrest or prosecution for committing any crime.
It can be speculated that London anticipated the Gaza conflict expanding into a wider regional war and sought to cement its presence in the Levant in advance, potentially to ensure that outcome. Israel’s defeat by Hezbollah in 2006, along with its current military woes, underlines that Tel Aviv would be incapable of defeating the Lebanese resistance without extensive foreign support.
The strategic positioning of British and US forces exposes their barefaced commitment to backing Israel despite the significant risks of political blowback and the potential for further regional destabilization.
The views expressed in this article do not necessarily reflect those of The Cradle.
A screen grab from the nine-minute video published by the Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, showing one of its reconnaissance drones flying over the Haifa Bay area in occupied Palestine (Islamic Resistance in Lebanon Military Media)
Hezbollah publishes a nine-minute video showing its drones flying in occupied Palestinian airspace over sensitive Israeli infrastructure.
The Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah released Tuesday footage showing its reconnaissance drones flying over swathes of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, all the way to Haifa and its port.
Rafael military-industrial complex
In detail, the video first shows Hezbollah’s drones flying over a military-industrial complex belonging to Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, which includes numerous factories, warehouses, and testing fields in which components of air defense systems are manufactured and assembled, especially the Iron Dome and David’s Sling.
Iron Dome and David’s Sling platforms, rocket engine test tunnel and storage, air defense missile storage, missile component manufacturing facilities, control and guidance systems factories, company administrative buildings, and missile testing radars all appeared in the video.

— Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) June 18, 2024
According to Hezbollah, the area is highly vital and sensitive, occupies an area of around 6.5 km2, and is 24 km away from the Lebanese-Palestinian border.
Krayot
The video also included an overview of Krayot, an Israeli suburb north of occupied Haifa, which includes six occupied cities with a population of 260,000 Israeli settlers. Hezbollah published a complete high-definition view of the urban conglomeration there, with a real-time tour detailing Krayot districts and neighborhoods, including residences of Israeli official residences and commercial complexes.
The scenes also filmed the Yitzhak Ben-Tzvi Street, Karti Square, Savyonei Yam complex, and Abraham Gardens towers.
Haifa Port Area
In addition, the Islamic Resistance’s drones reached occupied Haifa’s port — the largest in the occupied territories — and captured footage of the Haifa port Bay area, a highly valuable economic and trade area that hosts massive military installations, industrial infrastructure, and commercial areas.
The area includes the Haifa military base, which is the main naval base for the Israeli occupation forces, which is responsible for the northern naval front, as well as Iron Dome storage and platforms, petrochemical facilities, oil silos, the Haifa power station, and Haifa airport.
The Haifa Port area includes ship maintenance hangars, the building of Unit 3800 at Haifa Naval Base, the main warehouse and supply section at the Haifa Base dockyard, the Yaltam Unit building, submarine unit buildings, submarine dock and mooring, and the Sheyetet 7 submarine unit command building.
In addition, Hezbollah’s video filmed the Karmiel and Mizrahi piers, as well as container ships and port operations.
Warships filmed comprised military vessels, including the Bat Yam logistical support ship, Sa’ar 4.5, 5, and 6 boats, and the Dvora-class fast patrol boat.
Hezbollah’s video unveiled dozens of “super vital” targets
Major General Wasif Arikat described what Hezbollah revealed in the latest video as the “most valuable bank of targets.”
He told Al Mayadeen that the message behind the video has been received, adding that what is happening now is not a field war but a war of awareness that proved that the Israeli occupation army, once described as the “invincible army”, has been defeated and retreated.
On his part, Brigadier General Mohammad Abbas said that Hezbollah’s drones surpassed all air defense systems and returned without being detected by Israeli systems.
He highlighted to Al Mayadeen that the video unveiled dozens of “super vital” targets, demonstrating that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon possesses highly advanced capabilities.
Brigadier General Abbas further explained that the name “Hoopoe”, which is a type of bird, reflects the long distance that Hezbollah’s drones traveled in occupied Palestinian lands before returning with such valuable scenes.
Israeli media described what Hezbollah’s drones documented as “disturbing” and “very dangerous”.
Member of “Loyalty to Resistance” parliamentary bloc, Sayyed Hasan Fadlallah, maintained on Saturday that the US administration has to press ‘Israel’ to stop its war on Gaza.
After performing Eid Al-Adha prayers in Bint Jbeil town, South Lebanon, MP Fadlallah stressed that all frontlines will stop fire when the Zionist war on Gaza stops.
The US presidential envoy Amos Hochstein met on Monday with the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Tel Aviv in the context of an alleged US endeavor to restore calm on the northern borders of occupied Palestine.
Hochstein is expected to visit Beirut on Tuesday to meet Lebanon’s senior officials, including House Speaker Nabih Berri, the caretaker PM Najib Mikati and the caretaker foreign minister Abdullah Abou Habib.
Hezbollah lawmaker maintained that the Israeli enemy will not given through politics what it has lost in the battlefield, underscoring that establishing a buffer zone on the Lebanese side of the borders is completely rejected.
MP Fadlallah affirmed that the Zionist enemy is suffering major losses in the battlefield and unable to impose its terms on the resistance groups.
He emphasized that the Resistance may never surrender to any pressures and will continue its border battle against the Israeli enemy in support of Gaza.
MP Fadlallah indicated that the southerners are now honorably supporting Gaza as they have been always ready to make sacrifices in order to protect their land and dignity.
In a major blow to the Zionist scheme of pushing the residents away from the Lebanese border towns, a large number of those steadfast locals performed Eid Al-Adha prayers at the mosques of their villages.
Haniyeh: Hezbollah forced hundreds of thousands of settlers to flee, and the Houthis made the Red Sea forbidden to occupation.
In his Eid al-Adha speech, Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh underscored the necessity of negotiations for a comprehensive agreement to end the Israeli assault on Gaza and secure the release of prisoners, saluting all regional comrades in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq for their efforts in resisting the occupation and aiding the people of Gaza in their war.
Despite Israeli evasion and obstruction, Haniyeh emphasized the steadfast commitment of Hamas and resistance factions to achieving a permanent ceasefire, comprehensive withdrawal from Gaza, reconstruction efforts, and a prisoner exchange deal.
“The solution to the Israeli war of annihilation on the Gaza Strip and the release of prisoners will be achieved through negotiations leading to a comprehensive agreement, no matter how much the enemy evades or obstructs the process,” Haniyeh affirmed.
Haniyeh emphasized the continuation of efforts on all fronts to end the war of genocide against the Palestinian people. He stated that Hamas and the resistance factions are committed to achieving an agreement that includes four main items: a permanent ceasefire, a comprehensive withdrawal from Gaza, reconstruction, and a prisoner exchange deal.
He noted that Hamas and the resistance factions have shown significant seriousness and flexibility to reach an agreement that would prevent further bloodshed and halt the aggression. Haniyeh highlighted that the response to the ceasefire proposal aligns with the principles outlined in President Biden’s speech and the Security Council resolution.
“The occupation and its allies did not respond to Hamas’s flexibility and continued their maneuvers and attempts to circumvent and deceive through proposals and ideas aimed at obtaining prisoners and resuming the war of extermination,” Haniyeh stressed.
He emphasized the need for “the entire agreement to be clear and unambiguous, not subject to interpretations, postponement, bargaining, or maneuvering.”
Haniyeh expressed his commitment to the role of mediators, recognizing the importance of their efforts, and his willingness to give them sufficient time and space to accomplish their mission.
Amid media and incitement campaigns pressuring Hamas and the resistance factions to agree to the plans of the occupation and its supporters, Haniyeh said, “We remain steadfast in our positions that prioritize the interests, security, and protection of our people above all else.”
Haniyeh emphasized that the Palestinian people, who revolted on October 7 against oppression, will not retreat until they achieve their goal of freedom, independence, and return, which he described as the gateway to security and stability in the region.
“The cover provided by some countries for the occupation, especially the American administration, has been exposed politically, legally, and humanitarianly.” He added, “These forces must realize that not only did the military war against our people fail, but also the political and media war failed, underscoring the legendary steadfastness of our people in Gaza.”
The leader of Hamas conveyed several messages, with the first directed to the people of Gaza, praising their resilience and sacrifices in the face of aggression.
“The criminal enemy that committed and continues to commit genocide and brutality has failed to achieve any of its declared goals,” Haniyeh said.
He pointed out the signs of disintegration within the Israeli government, indicating its defeat and collapse.
Haniyeh’s second message was to the Al-Qassam Brigades and all resistance factions inside and outside Palestine. He saluted the Mujahideen for their heroism and steadfastness in confronting the enemy, despite the ferocity of the battle.
He highlighted the ongoing heroic operations by the resistance, even in areas destroyed by the occupation, with the latest examples occurring in Rafah, Gaza, and the northern Gaza Strip.
“We assure our Mujahideen brigades that God will not waste your efforts and victory will be achieved soon,” Haniyeh continued.
Haniyeh also saluted the support fronts, including Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Ansarullah in Yemen, and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, for their roles in targeting the Zionist entity and supporting Gaza.
“Greetings to our brothers in Hezbollah in Lebanon, who stood with Gaza from the outset and expanded their strikes in support of our resistance, forcing hundreds of thousands of settlers to flee from our occupied northern regions,” he said.
He stressed that the sacrifices on the support fronts confirm the unity of the enemy and the nation, highlighting the importance of resistance and jihad for the sake of God.
In his message to the Arab and Islamic nations, Haniyeh called for increased support and confrontation with the Zionist entity to support Gaza and Jerusalem.
In a final message to the international community, Haniyeh emphasized the need to end the injustice faced by the Palestinian people for over a century and called for the fulfillment of their inherent and legitimate rights.
He stressed that the horrific images of famine striking the Gaza Strip and claiming innocent lives are the responsibility of the international community, particularly the countries supporting the occupation.
Haniyeh called for action to force the enemy to open all crossings.
In solidarity with the people of occupied Palestine and the resistance in the Gaza Strip, and amidst Zionist aggression on several villages in South Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon persistently targeted on Thursday Israeli occupation soldiers and sites near the Lebanese-Palestinian borders.
Hezbollah’s military media released a series of statements outlining the attacks and their outcomes:
First Operation
The first statement mentioned that at 8:00 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2024, Hezbollah’s fighters targeted the Al-Raheb Israeli occupation site with heavy machine guns and artillery shells, scoring direct hits.
The group’s military media released a video depicting the destruction of the vehicle:
Second Operation: Six Barracks Attacked
In response to the Israeli assassination carried out in the Lebanese southern town of Jwayya, Hezbollah’s fighters launched a joint attack with missiles and explosive-laden drones. Utilizing both Katyusha and Al-Falaq missiles, they targeted six Israeli occupation barracks and military sites: Al-Zaoura launchers, Keilah Barracks, Yoav Barracks, Katsavia Base, Nafah Base, and the Sahel Battalion in Beit Hillel.
Simultaneously, the Air Force fighters launched an aerial attack with several squadrons of attack drones on the ‘Dado base’ (headquarters of the northern region’s command), the ‘Meishar base’ (the main intelligence headquarters of the northern region responsible for assassinations), and the Katsavia barracks (headquarters of the 7th Regular Armored Brigade of the Golan Division 210), hitting them accurately.
Third Operation
The third statement revealed that the fighters of the Islamic Resistance successfully targeted the Al-Ramtha Israeli site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with appropriate weaponry.
Fourth Operation
As per the fourth statement, Hezbollah’s valiant fighters launched a second drone attack on the Meishar military base, targeting the remaining intelligence centers inside. Simultaneously, another squadron of drones successfully attacked the Katsavia barracks.
Fifth Operation
At 5:30 p.m., Hezbollah soldiers successfully struck an IOF Hummer vehicle in the Al-Quds (Yiftah) Joshua triangle with a guided missile, killing or injuring those on board. The operation was carried out after thorough monitoring of the Israeli occupation forces’ movements.
Hezbollah Military Media released a video depicting the destruction of the vehicle:
Sixth Operation
The Islamic Resistance’s fighters targeted, at 5:50 p.m., the Ruwaisat Al-Qarn site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with missile weapons, achieving direct hits.
Successive Targeting of IOF Soldiers
The group’s precise strikes persisted, as its military media reported a direct hit on a gathering of IOF soldiers in the Wadi Yir’on area with appropriate weapons.
At 07:30 pm, Hezbollah’s fighters precisely targeted another group of Zionist soldiers deployed in the Doviv Forest with missile weaponry.
At 8:00 p.m., missile strikes directly hit a deployment of Israeli soldiers near the Ramtha and Al-Sammaqa sites in the occupied Kfar Shuba hills of southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah fighters struck, on Thursday at 8:00 p.m., a deployment of Israeli soldiers near the Al-Ramtha and Al-Sammaqa sites in the occupied Kfar Shuba hills of southern Lebanon.
Only forty minutes later, the group announced it was targeting a deployment of IOF soldiers in the Netu’a forest with missile weapons, achieving direct hits.
Simultaneously, the group’s fighters target another deployment of Zionist soldiers in the ‘Har Addir’ Forest (Addather) with missile weaponry.
The final operation by Hezbollah’s fighters on this significant day involved targeting IOF soldiers deployed in the Admit forest with artillery shells.
Hezbollah and loyal supporters held Wednesday a massive funeral in Beirut’s Dahiyeh in order to bid farewell to the military commander Talib Sami Abdallah (Abu Talib) who embraced martyrdom in a deadly Israeli attack on a residential building in Jwaya, South Lebanon.
Hezbollah also mourned the martyrdom of three fighters in separate statements released on Wednesday, including Mohammad Hussein Sabra, Ali Salim Soufan, and Hussein Qassem Hmayyid.
The Islamic Resistance fighters carried the pure coffin of the martyr and performed the military salutation, reiterating allegiance to the jihadi path, during the solemn funeral.
It is worth noting that martyr Abu Talib will be laid to rest in his hometown, Adsheet, South Lebanon, at 6 p.m.
Head of Hezbollah Executive Council Sayyed Hashem Safieddine led the ritual prayers at the funeral and delivered a speech.
Sayyed Safieddine indicated that the Israeli enemy has not learned from its past experiences, adding that it mistakenly believes that assassinating leaders weakens the resistance.
“Experience has proven that whenever leaders are martyred, the resistance becomes more steadfast and firm.”
“Our definite and inevitable response after shedding this pure blood is that we will increase the intensity, strength, and diversity of our operations. The enemy will witness those who are the brothers and sons of Abu Talib.”
“If the enemy is screaming and moaning over what has befallen them in northern Palestine, let it prepare itself for weeping and lamentation.”
Palestinian Factions
Martyr Abu Talib was also mourned by the Palestinian resistance factions, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
Hamas mourned “the great leader in Hezbollah, ‘Talal Abdullah’, who rose up in defense, support, and heroic participation in the battle of our Palestinian people, and after a life of jihad filled with striking the enemy, and bombarding their strongholds in southern Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine.

The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine extended its sincere congratulations and condolences to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, His Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, and the brotherly Lebanese people on the martyrdom of the great and heroic mujahid Talib Sami Abdullah (Hajj Abu Talib).
“He had a significant and distinguished presence in the path of resistance, particularly in the heroic confrontations carried out by the Hezbollah fighters on the southern Lebanese front, defending Lebanon and Palestine and its people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.”
Islamic Jihad movement
In Hadatha town, South Lebanon, Hezbollah mourned martyr Mohammad Hussein Sabra amid a massive participation.
In response to the Zionist crime, Hezbollahhammered Israeli targets in the largest rocket attack since the Lebanese resistance group opened up the front against the Zionist entity in support of Gaza on October 8, 2023.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah is mourning the loss of leader Talib Sami Abdallah, known as “Haj Talib”, after a deadly Israeli attack on a residential building in Jwaya, South Lebanon.
Martyr Hajj Talib, born in 1969 in Aadchit, South Lebanon, was a well-respected leader within the ranks of the Islamic Resistance. The attack, which occurred early Wednesday morning, also resulted in injuries to several others.
In addition to the loss of Haj Talib, Hezbollah is also mourning the martyrs of three fighters in separate statements released on Wednesday.
Martyr Mohammad Hussein Sabra, also known as “Baqer”, was born in Haddatha, South Lebanon, in 1973.
Martyr Ali Salim Soufan, known as “Koumayl”, was born in Jwayya in 1971.
Martyr Hussein Qassem Hmayyid, known as “Sajed”, was born in Bint Jbeil, South Lebanon, in 1980.
“Israel’s” actions and numerous violations since October 7 have dealt the occupation entity mighty blows, one of which is that the world, including its allies, can no longer tolerate its crimes, at least nominally.
“Israel” is losing the battle of public opinion as its ongoing atrocities against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are being exposed daily, reflected in a plummeting approval rate of its actions by citizens of its biggest ally, the United States.
A March survey conducted by Gallup found that the majority of people in the US (55%) now disapprove of “Israel’s” actions in Gaza, compared with 45% in November 2023, while the approval percentage has significantly dropped from 50% to 36%.
This comes as the Israeli occupation forces have so far killed almost 39,000 people since the start of the genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023.
But the results of the aforementioned survey are not just figures posted online. In fact, they can be attributed to “Israel’s” diplomatic, legal, and military failure in the now-eight-months war.
“Israel’s” actions and numerous violations since October 7, including targeting civilians, schools, hospitals, and aid workers and preventing the flow of aid into Gaza, have backfired and dealt heavy blows to the occupation entity, one of which is that the world, including its allies, can no longer tolerate these crimes, at least nominally.
And despite Meta’s repeated attempts to censor pro-Palestine content on Facebook and Instagram that exposes the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces, footage documenting “Israel’s” crimes and the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza has taken over the social media platforms.
Scenes coming out of Gaza contributed to spreading awareness among a wide segment of the West, especially the youth. This awareness culminated in the eruption of a massive worldwide wave of pro-Palestine student protests and encampments that took US and European universities by surprise, calling for an end to the ongoing genocide and Western military, diplomatic, and financial support for “Israel”.
The scope of violence that prevailed alongside this war also prompted Norway, Ireland, and Spain to officially recognize a Palestinian state, Turkey to cut all trade with “Israel”, and Colombia to cut diplomatic ties with the Israeli occupation entity. Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer even called in March for “Israel” to hold new elections in a rare example of harsh criticism from a senior US official of the Israeli leadership’s handling of the war on Gaza.
In the narrative battle, the Western media machine hasn’t succeeded in turning the events in favor of “Israel” either. Unverified media reports published by The New York Times in an attempt to demonize the Palestinian Resistance by alleging that its fighters raped Israeli women and killed and beheaded babies during Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7 have been debunked by Israeli media themselves, with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres most recently placing the Israeli occupation’s military on a global list of offenders who have committed abuses against children.
In addition, much-needed funds by donors to the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) have been partially restored after “Israel” failed to provide evidence of the agency’s staff members’s involvement with Hamas.
Internationally, “Israel” has ignored a UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and defied an order by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to halt military attacks on the southern city of Rafah and do everything it could to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza, showing its true colors as an occupation entity that gives no regard to international and humanitarian law.
In thewake of the continuation of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, a dozen countries have so far joined the case filed by South Africa before the ICJ against “Israel”.
The International Criminal Court’s top prosecutor even applied for arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Security Minister Yoav Gallant over war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza, including willful killing, starvation, and inhumane acts.
Militarily, “Israel’s” failure to achieve its declared goals of the war, including retrieving captives held by the Resistance in Gaza and the reality-divorced goal of eliminating the Hamas movement, has taken a huge toll on the Israeli internal front, with the families of the captives running out of patience and calling for the resignation of Netanyahu’s government over its continuing flops. The Resistance factions have published footage of their fighters carrying out operations against military targets and launching rockets toward Israeli settlements from the exact same places that the Israeli occupation military had claimed to have annihilated the Resistance.
On the northern front of occupied Palestine, intensified top-tier attacks launched by the Lebanese Resistance group Hezbollah against Israeli military targets and settlements have only added insult to injury, and in many cases, have been considered its own war front.
Since Hezbollah started its operations on October 8, 2023, in support of Gaza, more than 60,000 Israelis have been evacuated from their settlements in the North under the fire of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, with a recent survey conducted by Tel Hai Academic College showing that 40% of these settlers are contemplating not returning even after the war ends.
Hezbollah’s heavy rocket and drone attacks have pushed some within the Israeli occupation government and military to advocate for a stretch in the confrontation and a war on Lebanon. But Israeli experts have cautioned that “Israel” lacks the capability to defeat Hezbollah and destroy its hundreds of thousands of missiles and drones, warning that the occupation entity would lose the war with Hezbollah from the very first day, amid the Israeli Air Force’s failure to detect and intercept the Lebanese group’s drones and rockets.
Now, “Israel” has become isolated and cornered, its allegations have been debunked, and it does not have an exit strategy except for ending the genocidal war it waged on Gaza, withdraw its occupation forces from the Strip, and sit down for talks on a prisoner exchange deal with the Palestinian Resistance.

Hezbollah downed on Monday a new Israeli drone, the fifth Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) since the start of the war, as the Lebanese resistance group ramped up precise strikes against Israeli targets in the Zionist entity’s north.
Hezbollah’s Military Media declared that the Islamic Resistance fighters activated air defense systems and intercepted Hermes 900 Israeli drone before carrying out an attack while conducting hostile mission in the Lebanese skies.
The Hermes 900 drone, also known as Kochav, is one of the most advanced and largest drones used by the Israeli occupation military for surveillance and aerial reconnaissance missions. This is the fifth Israeli military drone shot down by Hezbollah since the Lebanese resistance group started pro-Gaza strikes on October 8, 2023.
The Elbit Systems UAV is capable of continuously staying in the air for up to 30 hours, and it is worth around $10 million.

The strike to intercept the Israeli drone is the ninth of 10 operations Hezbollah has carried so far on Monday.
The first strike saw Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters targeting two structures housing enemy soldiers in Al-Manara settlement with appropriate weapons, a statement read, adding that the attack achieved direct hits, causing casualties among the soldiers. It noted that the strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in solidarity with their courageous and honorable resistance, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on the resilient southern villages and the safe homes, especially in the towns of Houla and Shebaa.”
Later on Monday, the Islamic Resistance fighters “targeted a building used by enemy soldiers in Yir’on settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, and causing casualties among those inside,” the second statement read.
The third strike took place later, when the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted used by enemy soldiers in the Avivim settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits.
The fourth statement announced that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the newly established espionage equipment at Ramim Barracks with appropriate weapons, causing direct damage which led to its destruction.
Also on Monday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Bayad Blida site with an assault drone, hitting the target precisely, according to the fifth statement.
A squadron of drones struck the newly established command headquarters of the 146th Division east of Nahariya. Place where soldiers are stationed in the headquarters was hit by the drone strike, the sixth statement for Monday read.
The seventh operation saw the Islamic Resistance fighters tarheting Al-Radar site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, employing artillery shells and guided missiles which resulted in direct hits and the destruction of the post’s technical and espionage equipment.
Later on Monday, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched a swarm of drones that targeted the headquarters of the 210th Division at the in occupied Golan Heights of Syria. Confirmed casualties were reported among Israeli soldiers, the eighth statement read.
In the tenth strike, the Islamic resistance fighters targeted Bayyad Blida site with missile weapons, achieving direct hit.
Israeli media acknowledged the strike on Nahariya, with Hebrew media outlets reporting at least two casualties. Videos circulated on Israeli media and social media showed the attack near Nahariya.
The video below shows the deployment of Israeli helicopters in Western Galilee after sirens sounded over infiltration of a drone in the area.
Israeli media also published photos showing a damaged house in the settlement of Yir’on after being hit by a Hezbollah missile strike.

Earlier on Sunday, Hezbollah’s Military Media released a video, showing the Islamic Resistance’s operation targeting a building housing Israeli enemy soldiers in Kfar Yuval settlement in northern occupied Palestine.
Israel is under fire and on fire every day now. The Lebanese resistance has methodically eye-poked Israel’s intelligence outposts and is destroying them every day, on camera.
It’s fascinatingly boring how Hezbollah has decimated Israel’s “eyes and ears.” For months, the Lebanese resistance’s videos have been methodically mundane, blowing up this communication tower, that building, that listening station.
It seemed like a bunch of nothing, but it adds up. Hezbollah had a list of Israel’s intelligence gathering posts in the north and has spent months methodically eye poking them, like Odysseus and the Cyclops. Now – however big the Israeli military might be – they’re effectively blinded.
Map shows the new buffer zone in the north, as reported by Haaretz
As Hezbollah opens bigger and bigger gaps in the occupation state’s air defenses, they can fire larger missiles with more frequency into Israel, with better and deeper penetration. For Israel, this attrition is a compounding problem. Their air defenses are a connected system and the network is increasingly returning 404. Take for example, the destruction of the $230 million dollar SKYDEW blimp/spy balloon.
This balloon is designed to detect low-flying drones and missiles, especially important as this is the vector most used by the Resistance. SKYDEW can stay up much longer – and is relatively cheaper – than planes, and can ‘see’ much further than ground-based systems. It was also placed in a highly strategic area that allowed them to cover attacks from Syria, Iraq and, to a lesser degree, from Hezbollah, specifically on the port of Haifa. But now the party’s over. Look at the balloon now:
SKYDEW is now shriveled and useless – a big loss, which also signals a big breakdown. As the SKYDEW ‘Target Card‘ (from Hezbollah intelligence) says, it was “protected by an electronic monitoring and jamming system against drones and UAVs,” and “secured by three layers of missile interception systems: Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and Hetz [Arrow].” That all got sliced through like the layers of an onion, leaving Israeli defenses naked.
The northern front is porous now, as Israeli settlers know better than anybody. To quote Moshe Davidovitz, head of the Asher regional council:
“Ten rockets fell in the center of the country and the media is in an uproar — the country is in turmoil,” he wrote. “But every day dozens of rockets are fired towards the confrontation line settlements and the Galilee, including anti-tank missiles and suicide drones, and the country remains silent. Once again, it’s proof that the north is not being counted.”
Meron Air Base, one of ‘Israel’s’ two main bases
Hezbollah of course, has counted the north. They have a list of Israeli military targets and they go through them one by one. Take, for example, the Mount Meron Air Surveillance Base, one of the two main bases in the occupation state. This is what a senior Israeli air force official says about the base, in a 2016 article by Maariv:
“The air control system is crucial for the operational capability of the Air Force. Its main duty is to protect the occupied airspace. Through the control system, we activate all capabilities to protect the sky, including helicopters, aircraft, missiles, and other classified systems.”
And this is what Hezbollah intelligence released, as they were bombing it:
“Firstly, the Meron Air Surveillance Base is located on the summit of Mount Jarmaq [“Mount Meron”] in northern occupied Palestine, the highest peak in occupied Palestine. Meron Base is the sole center for administration, surveillance, and air control in the northern part of the usurping entity and there is no major alternative to it. It is one of two main bases in the entire usurping entity: “Meron” in the north, and the second being “Mitzpe Ramon” in the south.
The Meron Base is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing all air operations towards Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Cyprus, and the northern part of the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, this base is a main center for electronic jamming operations in the aforementioned directions and is staffed by a large number of elite officers and soldiers of the zionist forces.
Secondly, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance at 07:50 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2024, as a part of the preliminary response to the crime of assassinating the great leader Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri and his martyr brothers in the southern suburb [Dahiyeh] of Beirut, targeted the Meron Air Surveillance Base with 62 missiles of various types, inflicting direct and confirmed hits.“
Hezbollah has aired its attacks on Meron Air Base in countless videos now, and they have been relentless. It can get boring because the whole thing never fireballs, but each small hit adds up. Every time a hole in Israeli air defenses opens, the hole widens, because Hezbollah is damaging complex, interconnected systems.
Today, the Meron base can barely defend itself, let alone the region. Tel Aviv has responded by assassinating Hezbollah and allied leaders, but the resistance just name missiles after those martyrs and send more.
This is a battle of attrition and Hezbollah is paying attention while Israel is mindlessly lashing out. Completely distracted by its brutal military assault on civilians in Gaza, in the south, Israel has lost the battle for the north.
After months of this boring de-administrative work, Hezbollah has finally arrived at the good stuff. The occupation state’s northern air defenses today are like a ragged old mosquito net that the dog chased the cat through. It’s full of holes, and big ones. Hezbollah can increasingly fire at will, with increasingly accurate weapons. For example, here is Hezbollah taking down a SKYSTAR 330 by drone-striking its Battalion 869 operator.
In this case, Hezbollah targeted not the spy balloon itself, but the balloon controllers, in three locations at the same time. With the operators eliminated, the balloon drifted out of control, landing in Lebanon where some kids recovered it. This is the state of Israel’s eyes and ears in the north. They’re on the ground.
Iron ‘Done’
Israel has nothing worth calling an air-defense in the north anymore. The Iron Dome is done. Hezbollah can fire at will, and has for every single day for seven months now. Iraqi Resistance missiles are flying right over them, towards Haifa. Iran can overwhelm the entire national system whenever it wants. Israel can still offend the conscience, but they’re missile defenseless now. Even Hamas is hitting them, from within traumatized Gaza. It’s open season, and the settlers know it.
Israeli settlers openly bemoan their unsettled state all over the Hebrew press. Some were so pyrrhicly incensed they threatened to secede from the entire state and form the new State of Galilee. As The Jerusalem Post has said:
“The straw that broke the camel’s back was the prime minister’s answer at the cabinet meeting to a question by Benny Gantz, as reported by N12. Gantz wondered if the residents would return to their homes on September 1, for the start of the school year, and Netanyahu replied, “What’s the worst that will happen if they return a few months after September 1?”
This is of course the worst that can happen. The entire premise of Israel’s decades of grooming international actors to accept and expect bad behavior from Tel Aviv is that they can do whatever they want. If the Iron Dome doesn’t work, Israel doesn’t work, and now the Iron Dome doesn’t work. It’s the Iron Sieve now. Holy warriors have poked it full of holes.
An Iron Dome batter targeted by Hezbollah
This is a huge problem because the Iron Dome is not just Israel’s physical defense mechanism, it’s their psychological defense mechanism. It’s what makes the whole colonial project believable, that they can bully everyone in the region and suffer no consequences. Belief in the ‘Iron Dome’ is belief in ‘Israel’ and neither is believable anymore. Thus the northern Jewish settlements have emptied out and they’re not coming back anytime soon. As the Resistance News Network (RNN) said (on May 29th):
“930 settler houses in northern occupied Palestine have been damaged by Hezbollah rockets in 86 settlements since October 7th, according to the zionist Ministry of War.
In Al-Manara for example, 130 out of 155 houses were destroyed. Metulla has just 34 residents left in the settlement, at most. Kiryat Shmona, one of the largest (northern) settlements, has seen its population plummet from 24,000 to under 4,000, and 124 houses have been damaged within it.
This comes as over 200,000 settlers in the north are displaced by the resistance, having built their own refugee camp. Some want to secede from “Israel” and build their own state, while others, such as the settlement of “Margaliot” have severed their ties with the entity as of yesterday.
Perplexingly, the IOF reportedly plans to significantly cut down the number of soldiers it has on the northern border and nearby settlements, citing funding reasons, or perhaps to lessen the number of targets available to Hezbollah.“
Let’s look at one example of Hezbollah eliminating one target, an Iron Dome battery. They systematically do this over and over. This report describes how Hezbollah first gets the battery to reveal itself by firing rubbish at it, then hits it with drones.
The exclusive footage reveals the monitoring and reconnaissance operations that enabled Hezbollah to uncover the positions of “Iron Dome” batteries stations near the settlement of “Kfar Blum” using a tactic called “fire luring.”
The footage shows Hezbollah launching munitions toward the sites and documenting the interception process carried out by the Iron Dome, which enabled Hezbollah to execute a high-precision qualitative operation. The scenes at 4:25 show a successful targeting of the Iron Dome batteries, without them being able to detect, track, or thwart the attack. Published photos also reveal Hezbollah’s intelligence penetration of the Israeli soldiers in these newly established sites, and their ability to document the geographical details and size of the fortifications used.
Hezbollah has done this over and over, methodically hunting and seeking Iron Dome batteries one by one. Given that the rest of their surveillance equipment is decimated and they can’t see what’s coming, Israel is forced to then draw its military assets even further from the border. Otherwise this is what happens:
This is the moment Hezbollah hits the garrison unit of Barkat Risha with an Iranian Almas top-attack ATGM [Anti-Tank Guided Missile]. ‘Unlike Hezbollah and Hamas, Israel has not spent the past 20 years tunneling underground, so their troops are all exposed without the Iron Dome. Take also, for example, the IOF’s 769th Brigade Headquarters, or what’s left of it.
The colonial project will shrink rapidly without air defenses. When the soldiers leave, the settlers have to leave. This is not a strategic retreat, it’s strategic defeat. This is not a solution, just dissolution. But it’s all Israel can do. It hasn’t simply lost control of the north, it has lost control of the tempo of this war. Hezbollah can keep turning the heat up until Israel is cooked. Behold Kiryat Shmona (occupied al-Khalisa), which was literally in flames a few days ago:
This is directly because the Iron Dome is not intercepting drones and Hezbollah has fire control of the whole region. Hence it burns. Settlers now see a “welcome” board that has literally melted.
As Israel retreats further and further from its border with Lebanon, the collapse of the northern front also opens up the occupation state to attacks from Syria and Iraq, which can fly straight through. This is all causing massive psychological damage to Israel because the Iron Dome was their primary safety blanket.
Hezbollah has reportedly destroying over 1,650 pieces of intelligence, surveillance and target acquisition (ISR) equipment since 8 October, 2023. The Lebanese resistance had an actual strategy while Israel was wildly bombing ambulances and homes with no military value. Now Israel has lost northern Palestine and it’s not coming back.

Al-Hajj expressed frustration about the anti-resistance remarks made MP Sami Al-Gemayyel, underlining that he knows nothing about the coexistence in South Lebanon and ho much the southerners suffer in face of the Israeli criminality.
Al-Hajj reminded Al-Gemayyel that his grandfather, Pierre, once underestimate and ignored the presence of Christians in South Lebanon.

Israeli media discuss the dangers of expanding the war with Lebanon, stressing that this “will push Israel to the brink of the abyss.”
Israeli media discussed the dangers of expanding the war with Lebanon into a full-scale war, stressing it would “push Israel to the brink of the abyss, especially with the absence of international legitimacy and an exhausted army.”
Military affairs analyst Amos Harel, writing for Haaretz, emphasized, “A war with Hezbollah would present an unprecedented challenge to Israel’s home front, with the northern and central regions confronting a level of threat previously unseen.”
He added, “It is increasingly challenging to anticipate positive developments on the horizon, particularly as we approach the ninth month of war.”
Harel continued, citing “a series of discussions held over the past two weeks with officials in security and military circles,” which disclosed growing signs that “Israel is heading towards a multidimensional failure.”
In this context, he emphasized that “Israel” finds itself entangled in all fronts, with the most critical being “the arena of confrontation with Hezbollah in Lebanon,” facing the looming threat of a full-scale war. He warned that such a war would dwarf all previous events, asserting, “Everything that occurred before would pale in comparison.”
Ceasefire talks
He also highlighted that the negotiations concerning the captives-detainees deal with Hamas are “encountering another crisis,” “despite a brief moment where it appeared that US President Joe Biden’s speech might offer a breakthrough.”
He further emphasized that “the ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip, particularly centered around Rafah and the central camps, are unlikely to yield a conclusive victory in the near future.”
Earlier on Thursday, Israeli media highlighted that the hits resulting from Hezbollah’s operation against an Israeli military gathering in Elkosh settlement were severe, deeming it the most serious incident in the northern front since the beginning of the confrontations due to its distance from the border with Lebanon and the extent of the inflicted losses.
The media called for an investigation into the Israeli Air Force’s failure to detect and intercept Hezbollah’s drones.
Touching on the Elkosh operation, the Israeli Channel 14 correspondent said it was “a well-planned and coordinated” operation by Hezbollah, adding that the Lebanese group appears to be escalating the level of its attacks.
