What Dershowitz, Prince Andrew and Maxwell Have in Common

The British socialite madam Ghislaine Maxwell (the daughter of) stands accused of recruiting Jeffrey Epstein’s “teen sex slaves.” Ms. Maxwell was ordered by a Manhattan judge to hand over any correspondence she has had with the billionaire pedophile.

The alleged madam will also have to produce any documents from between 1999 and 2016 that mention the sex-trafficking ring she and Epstein allegedly operated.

Victim Virginia Roberts has sued Maxwell in Manhattan federal court for defamation. Roberts, who is now 32, has also claimed Maxwell pimped her out to Epstein’s wealthy pals, including Prince Andrew.

Roberts escaped from the sex ring in 2002 after fleeing to Australia when Epstein and Maxwell allegedly sent her to Thailand to study massage.

Madam Ghislaine Maxwell is the daughter of the late ultra Zionist British media mogul Robert Maxwell. I do understand that famed pedophile Epstein, Alan Dershowitz and madam Maxwell have at least one thing in common: yet I refuse to believe that our Royal family mixes with these people. I prefer my imagery of our monarchy as slightly more aristocratic. I guess that as an immigrant I may be too idealistic about the kingdom and its rulers.

Unbelievable, Starving children forced to give UN officials sex to get food

‘Gross institutional failure’ by UN on child sex abuse case :: WRAL.com

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The United Nations’ “gross institutional failure” to act on allegations that French and other peacekeepers sexually abused children in the Central African Republic led to even more assaults, according to a new report released Thursday.

One young boy who initially reported an attack on his friends more than a year ago now says he has been raped, too.

The independent panel found that the accounts by children as young as 9 of trading oral sex and other acts in exchange for food in the middle of a war zone in early 2014 were “passed from desk to desk, inbox to inbox, across multiple U.N. offices, with no one willing to take responsibility.”

Among those said to have looked the other way were the U.N. children’s agency, UNICEF, as well as human rights staffers.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, in a statement, expressed “profound regret that these children were betrayed by the very people sent to protect them” and said he accepted the panel’s broad findings.

The panel, led by Canadian judge Marie Deschamps, found that U.N. staffers failed or hesitated to pass the children’s allegations to more senior officials, sometimes because of political concerns with France involved; showed “unconscionable delays” in protecting and supporting the children; failed to further investigate the allegations; failed to properly vet peacekeepers for past abuses; and, overall, appeared more concerned with whether one U.N. staffer had improperly alerted French authorities.

“The welfare of the victims and the accountability of the perpetrators appeared to be an afterthought, if considered at all,” the report says.

As of now, more than a year and a half after U.N. staffers first heard the children’s allegations of sexual abuse, no one has been arrested. Four French soldiers were questioned last week and released without charge, according to the Paris prosecutor’s office. They have not been publicly identified.

The new report lays bare one of the most persistent and embarrassing problems for the U.N. and its member countries as tens of thousands of peacekeepers serve in some of the world’s most volatile areas: Some vulnerable people are raped by their protectors, and often no one is punished. Many victims are children.

The children in Central African Republic’s capital, Bangui, reported the abuses in the middle of deadly chaos. The country had been ripped apart by violence between Christians and Muslims, and thousands of frightened people had sought shelter in squalid camps at the airport. French and other peacekeepers were trying to establish security.

The children told U.N. staffers that they had been hungry and did what the peacekeepers asked in return for food.

Almost a year passed before such allegations by a half-dozen children were made public in media reports this past April and May, leading Ban to order the independent investigation. Only then, the new report says, did the U.N. follow up with the children it had interviewed months ago and ensure their care.

At that point, a new round of interviews found that “some children alleged further cases of sexual abuse by peacekeepers,” the report says. And additional children reported abuse. It is not clear how many alleged victims now exist.

One child, who a year earlier at age 11 had told U.N. staffers about watching peacekeepers rape his friends, “now reported that he himself had been orally and anally raped.”

The panel found it “appalling” that the children didn’t receive immediate medical care. While UNICEF had referred the children to a local NGO partner for medical support, the panel found that in reality a social worker “devoted a total of two hours … to listening to the children and filling out forms required by UNICEF.”

The report also calls UNICEF’s failure to seek out other potential victims a “serious breach” of the agency’s duty to protect children.

Meanwhile, the children’s allegations took months to reach top U.N. officials. The report says the head of the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic, Babacar Gaye, was told several times about the allegations, beginning June 1, 2014, and did not act.

In August of this year, in an unprecedented move, the U.N. secretary-general told Gaye to resign.

The report says France “took strong and immediate action” to investigate after receiving a U.N. document with the allegations in July 2014, but it called that a “stark contrast to the apparent failure of French authorities to react” in May 2014, when the U.N. human rights staffer who had interviewed the children says she spoke with French military officials.

Once the French government was informed, the report says, U.N. officials didn’t follow up on the allegations because they assumed the French were handling it.

But French authorities have said they were delayed for several months by U.N. bureaucracy. Information from the U.N. started flowing after the first media reports on the allegations emerged. And one year after French authorities first arrived in Central African Republic to investigate, the report says, the U.N. allowed the human rights staffer who had interviewed the children to participate in the French investigation as a witness.

The long delay, the report says, has hurt the chances for accountability in a case involving “the most vulnerable segment of society: unaccompanied, internally displaced and hungry, young children.”

U.N. officials have pointed out that the French peacekeepers were not part of the U.N. peacekeeping force that later arrived in Central African Republic, but the panel said the U.N.’s responsibility to protect human rights requires immediate action on such allegations, no matter what.

“Indeed, for victims of sexual violence, it is immaterial whether the perpetrator was wearing a blue helmet or not,” the report says.

U.N. officials also have accused the human rights official who first handed French authorities the report describing the allegations, Anders Kompass, of breaching policy by not redacting the children’s names. The report dismissed that argument and found that the former head of the U.N. internal oversight office abused her authority in improperly opening an investigation into Kompass in response to the “single-minded determination” of the U.N. human rights chief, Zeid Raad al-Hussein.

If the concerns about redacting the names and protecting the children from possible reprisals were real, the panel said, the U.N. would have acted to offer protection. “Instead, no one took any steps whatsoever to locate the children.”

‘Good’ Rabbi Charged With Sexual Abuse Arrested Fleeing “Israel”

The Ugly Truth

A rabbi from the north of Israel, who was distanced from his city due to sexual abuse complaints filed against him by several women, was arrested on Thursday morning as he was on his way to Ben-Gurion International Airport.

The rabbi, who was the dean of a yeshiva and whose identity has not been revealed, was taken in for investigation by the northern district police. A request to extend his detention will be heard on Thursday.

Women who arrived to consult with the rabbi have complained to police, with one claiming he sexually abused her several years ago and another charging him with rape.

A number of high-ranking rabbis had requested that the rabbi step down due to the complaints against him, and he recently gave in to the demands and stepped down as dean of the yeshiva that he founded, and likewise distanced himself from its associated institutions.

The rabbi also was a community rabbi, and distanced himself from his city until the accusations against him were resolved in response to the request of the rabbis.

A group of rabbis consisting of Tzfat (Safed) Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, Rabbi Avraham Engel and Rabbi Gad Cohen investigated the complaints filed against the rabbi accusing him of improper conduct.

After thoroughly examining the issue and meeting with additional sources, psychologists and professional advisers, the rabbis asked him to suspend himself. He has been forbidden from coming in contact with the public, including his students.

The rabbi denied that he had committed any improper conduct, and said in a statement that several days ago he didn’t feel well.

Apparently, he “underwent a catheterization of his heart and since then has been in complete rest due to extreme weakness from the medical treatment,” and as a result has even been left unable to speak.

The statement said he would render his version of the events once he felt better, although it remains uncertain how his attempt to leave Israel fits with the claims of extreme weakness and promise to deliver his version of events.

UN Peacekeepers: Enemies of International Law

Via LD

543522222May 6, 2015 (Valery Kulikov  – NEO) –

The recent scandal involving the sexual abuse of African children carried out by members of a UN peacekeeping mission, despite numerous efforts of this international organization to play it down, will not be ignored. And the international community must finally recall what was the original purpose of the UN as established by allied powers after the Second World War in the name of peace and security for all people on the planet.

According to a series of publications by Bruxelles2, France Info, Guardian and a number of other media outlets, a number of French and Georgian soldiers that were employed in the UN peacekeeping operation “Sangaris” in Central Africa, are responsible of child sexual abuse.

It should be recalled that an armed conflict between the government of the Central African Republic and Muslim rebels, many of which took part in the civil war of 2004-2007, resulted in the French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian announcing that France would deploy a thousand soldiers in CAR to carry out a UN peacekeeping mission. On December 9, 2013 the United States decided to take part in this operation, while the Georgian parliament also agreed to send its soldiers to CAR a year later, on February 22, 2014. By June 2014 the number of Georgian Armed Forces in the Central African Republic reached 140 members.

According to the French news agency France Info, French and Georgian soldiers were raping children aged 8 to 15 years in the area near M’Poko airport and were subjecting them to sexual exploitation.

Some of the incidents that occurred between December 2013 and June 2014 in a refugee camp at M’Poko airport were depicted in a special UN closed report that was titled “Sexual Abuse on Children by International Armed Forces.” In particular, the document contains witnesses of local boys that were subjected to sexual exploitation, including rape and homosexual relations in exchange for food and water. The majority of the victims were orphans, increasing their vulnerability. In the summer of 2014 this report was handed over to the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, however no action was taken to investigate the factual findings.

In these circumstances and in order to stop systematic child rape in CAR, one of the staff members of the Geneva Branch of the United Nations Anders Kompass had given those documents to French authorities on his on initiative, in hopes that they would take effective measures to investigate the described incidents and punish those responsible. However, the highest ranks of the United Nations didn’t seem willing to “wash their dirty linen in public”, instead they are now planning to sack the “snitch” for an “unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information.”

In this regard, one must note that in the past the United Nations has been caught trying to conceal incidents of pedophilia numerous times, including sexual exploitation of children in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kosovo and Bosnia, along with concealing incidents involving sexual harassment in Haiti, Burundi and Liberia.

Recently, some serious accusations against the UN were made by James Wasserstrom, a former US diplomat that was fired from the UN once he expressed his suspicions about the corruption among senior officials of the former UN mission in Kosovo. In particular, this former diplomat stressed the fact that instead of punishing Anders Kompass, this international organization must have taken all possible measures to prevent such abuse in the future, along with punishing all responsible figures in a timely manner. A responsible official of the Swedish Foreign Ministry Anders Ronquist, has also raised his voice in the defense of Anders Kompass, stating that those incidents must never again occur in the future. There’s little doubt that those crimes along with the UN’s attempts to hide them do not erode the credibility of this international organization.

But the fact is that this credibility has already been jeopardized by numerous cases of unjustified use of force initiated by certain UN members to achieve their own geopolitical goals. Once the UN became a political servant of Washington, it has started serving US military contractors that hungry for even more bloodshed all across the globe. This policy has already led to the death and suffering of hundreds of thousands of civilians in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and other countries of the Middle East, along with Africa and the former Yugoslavia.

If there’s going to be no change in the policies and actions of the United Nations officials now, it is possible that this organization may suffer the sorry fate of its predecessor – the League of Nations, that was just as unable to prevent conflicts and global threats to humanity on the basis of respect to international laws.

Weiss is noted for making absolutely no sense.  Get this statement from Weiss during an interview which had me rolling with laughter:

“When people keep saying that Assad would not do this the day after the UN inspectors I tell them that’s exactly why he would do it. It’s a smart move on his part since people are expecting him to be more logical. Also there were attacks on Latakia that might have motivated him? And what about the assassination attempt on him when he was on his was to pray eid alfitr prayer. What do you think?”  (From “Syrian Civil War”)

This guy is a real moron.

And now the Introduction to the book.  That little chapter tells us a lot about the authors.  First of all, it starts out with a “teaser”, you know, the short action-filled scene that gets you all thrilled about what is to come.  Mentioned here is a fellow by the named of “Abdelaziz Kuwan”.  Forget the atrocious orthography that suggests Mr. Hassan may not even be an Arab.   According to their conjured up fable, Kuwan, who amazingly hails from the same area as Hassan, but was transplanted to Bahrain,  asks his uncle to introduce him to notorious Syrian Air Force runway janitor and deserter, “Riad al-Assad”, SyrPer’s favorite one-legged wonder. Then, in the same paragraph, they mention that “Riad al-Assad” “defected” from the “dictatorship” of “Bashar al-Assad”.  Now, doesn’t it seem odd that Riad would betray a family member?  That’s how they spelled the two names which makes me wonder if Hassan Hassan is not the famously sloppy schlock-meister, Stephen Emerson,  pretending to be an Arab.  People who know Arabic would make sure to emphasize the difference in the names by spelling Riyaadh Al-As’ad this way.  A voiced pharyngeal fricative can make all the difference in the world.

Well, Kuwan, according to his fabulists, flies to Istanbul and crosses into Aleppo Governorate where he joins the Fake Syrian Army.  He fought with them until he decided that they were “too corrupt and ineffective”.  So, what does he do?  He joined Ahraar Al-Shaam and, then, Alqaeda/Nusra.  But, they too did not satisfy the young man’s craving for unbridled barbarism.  So, dejected,  he returns to Bahrain where his mother confiscates his passport.  Eventually, he gets it back and travels to Syria to join a more savage group, ISIS itself.  He rose through the ranks of this largely foreign-dominated organization until he became a “security official” taking on he nom de guerre of Abu Mu’tassim.  Here he was able to enslave young Ayzidi girls and use them as sex toys, all the while extolling the virtues of the Islamic State.  He became such a true believer that he confessed he would kill his own father in battle if his father fought for the wrong side.

Kuwan was a typical social reject and scholastic failure in Bahrain.  He thirsted for opportunities to fight the Syrian Army and any other group deemed apostate by his handlers.  Then, (you could almost predict this from the beginning), he was shot dead on October 23, 2014 in Dayr El-Zor City by a “regime” sniper.  In his will which he directs to his mother, he tells her about how he wanted to be beside the “Prophet Muhammad”.  Yawn.

The Introduction goes on to describe the ISIS onslaught in Mosul where, according to the writers, only a thousand of the terrorists overpowered a force of 30,000 American-trained Iraqi troops.  They belittle Obama’s trivial remark that ISIS was a “jayvee squad” as the group started to break apart the Sykes-Picot Agreement with expansive plans to re-conquer Islamic lands all the way to Andalusia.  The authors also tell us how they are going to arrange the book with special emphasis on the evolution of ISIS, its incarnations.  Then, in a laugh-inducing self-expose, they tell us that they are going to “look” at the origins of the “Syrian revolution” when they should have said “insurgency”.  Nobody in his right mind would call what happened in Syria a revolution.  In any case, the authors blame Dr. Assad for creating the conditions which allowed ISIS to grow.

They claim to have conducted interviews with active or “now-deceased” (inactive?) ISIS militants, spies, rebels and sleeper agents.  Then they tell us that prisons in the Middle East were incubators for extremism allowing terrorists to congregate and plan their nefarious attacks on societies in the region.  But, the kicker comes at the end of the chapter where the authors, one a Sunni bigot and “mabuah”; the other a Zionist “katsa”,  point a finger at Iranian-backed Iraqi militias who according to the now-compromised Amnesty International and the Soros-financed HRW, are committing acts of ethnic cleansing.

This book will be reviewed chapter by chapter as your editor completes each one. We already know the authors are Zionist agents. They used the word “regime” when describing the Syrian government even though it has a seat at the United Nations.  They have already revealed themselves as stooges of the Arabian monkey-rats.  We look forward to a laugh-filled jaunt through the fraudulent world of Khazar propaganda.  Ziad Abu Fadel.

Crime And Punishment – Holocaust vs. Paedophilia

April 24, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

By Gilad Atzmon

Allison Pearson wrote in The Telegraph two days ago,

“As Oskar Groening, the so-called Accountant of Auschwitz, goes on trial at the age of 93 for his complicity in war crimes, the 86-year-old Labour peer Greville Janner is excused prosecution for 22 alleged sexual offences against nine boys in his Leicestershire constituency, from the 1960s to the 1980s, because he is suffering from ‘severe dementia’.”

Pearson is spot on. While Groening is merely a Goy and a German, Lord Janner is a Jew and not just an ordinary Jew, but a quite prominent one. From 1978 to 1984 Lord Janner was the chairman of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, an institution that claims to “represent British Jews.”  Lord Janner is also dominant in the field of holocaust education. He is clearly concerned with Jewish suffering but apparently dismissive of the shoah he is accused of inflicting on minor boys at the same time he represented British Jews.

Apparently there has been long and ongoing massive whitewash operation for Lord Janner, allowing him to conceal his alleged egregious sex crimes. The BBC revealed recently that as early as “1989 a detective sergeant was told not to arrest Mr Janner or search his home.”

Unlike German elder Oskar Groening who stands trial for being an ‘instrument in a mass murder,’ whatever that means; Lord Greville Janner is not going to be arrested or charged. Lord Janner is free and he has not wasted his freedom. Apparently the elder Lord who suffers ‘severe dementia,’ has been active in transferring and concealing his wealth, presumably in case a few of his alleged victims decide they deserve compensation for the shoah he inflicted on them.

The Daily Mail reports that: “Lord Janner gave his children deeds to his £2m home at height of abuse… the move could slash potential payouts…The transfer happened after police raided his office in the House of Lords”

This British farce knows no end. Alison Saunders, the director of public prosecutions, decided this week not to prosecute Lord Janner. Ms Saunders told the BBC that Lord Janner’s dementia was so severe that he could “play no part in a trial.”  Bizarre: previously, Ms Saunders said that there was enough evidence to prosecute the 86-year-old peer for 22 sex offences but that he was too sick to stand trial and that she had determined that there was “no ongoing risk to the public.”

Alison Saunders is correct. Lord Janner is probably too old to rape young boys. Perhaps he can’t ‘get it up’ while chasing minors at his stage in life. But shouldn’t the same rule apply to Oskar Groening? It is likely that the 93 year old German is also too old to serve as an ‘instrument,’ in a new Jewish holocaust.

A Very Kosher Dishonesty (must read!!!)

March 21, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

By Paul Eisen

It’s now well known that the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) was pressured by Zionist lobbyists North West Friends of Israel (NWFOI) to cancel a concert by internationally acclaimed jazz saxophonist Gilad Atzmon. What is less well known is that the co-chair and spokesperson for NWFOI is one Anthony Dennison (Mr Dennison’s name and role in the organisation may be confirmed here). These machinations by the NWFOI and the leading role played by Mr Dennison were duly reported by the Jewish Chronicle

So far, so… well, if not exactly good, certainly understandable.

Less understandable is the fact (not mentioned by the JC) of Mr Dennison’s documented and well-known dishonesty. Because of his dishonesty, Anthony Dennison, once a lawyer closely associated with the no win, no fee scam was found by the High Court to be unworthy to practice law and was duly struck off

Everyone knew about it. The BBC knew about it, the Solicitor’s Journal knew about it, The Daily Telegraph knew about it, and The Manchester Evening News knew about it so it’s safe to say that the NWFOI and the JC certainly knew about it.

But Mr Dennison is not only an aficionado of white-collar dishonesty; in fact he’s not at all averse to getting down and dirty because it seems that Anthony Dennison is also a bit of a football hooligan. Perhaps you remember the incident from October 2014 when Mr Dennison’s all-Jewish football team (Maccabi) was about to be wiped out in a match (9:2 with only 10 minutes left to play) and Mr Dennison took his young players off the pitch claiming ‘anti-Semitic abuse.’ The fledgeling anti-Semite was duly disciplined but Dennison was also later banned and fined by the FA – for his “foul and abusive behaviour”. And yes, the incident was duly reported by the JC here and here

So are we entitled to conclude that Anthony Dennison is both dishonest and a hooligan? And if we are, is it then surprising that, when orchestrating the pressure on the RNCM, he should call to his support the now implicated in theJeffrey Epstein under-age sex scandal none other than fellow discredited lawyer Alan Dershowitz?

Leaving aside whether we should allow such a man as Anthony Dennison to bully a British artist and academic and a beloved cultural institution, there is another, wider question to be asked: How come a supposedly respectable lobbying organisation like NWFOI is happy to have as a prime representative a man known to be dishonest and also an occasional hooligan? And further, how come the premier Jewish media outlet representing mainstream Jewish opinion in this country has nothing to say on this matter?

How come?

Well, for us Jews, when something is legitimate and acceptable we say it is kosher. So, in the case of Anthony Dennison we have to admit that some dishonesty is well…kosher!

Number of indictments for sex-related offenses has nearly doubled over the past 2 years, IDF’s chief prosecutor says

The Ugly Truth

idf 2

Times of Israel

The Israeli army has seen a 40 percent rise in the number of indictments issued for sexual crimes in the army in 2014, the IDF’s weekly magazine Bamahane reported this week. The total number of alleged sex crimes for which soldiers have been indicted — 37 — was up from 26 in 2013 and 20 the year before that.

The army’s chief prosecutor, Col. Udi Ben Eliezer, told the weekly that there were three cases in which a defendant has been charged with rape and eight cases of sexual assault.

The most common sex-related offense in the army in 2014 was for violation of privacy, he said, with 35 percent of the cases revolving around illicit photos or films of female soldiers. “I’m not sure they all understand the ruinous repercussions of their actions,” he said. “It has to be made clear that this is not some childish prank…but rather an outright criminal act.”

He cited one case of a career soldier who routinely filmed female soldiers in the shower and another of an enlisted soldier who threatened to circulate a photo of a female soldier that had been altered to make her appear naked, if she refused to have sex with him. “It’s a crude criminal act and one that includes charges of blackmail,” Ben Eliezer said.

Over the past three years the IDF Military Police have investigated 260 cases of possible sex crimes, but in a majority of the cases the alleged victims, aware of the ordeal of testifying in court, opted not to press charges. In 2014, 70 percent of the women who complained of, and sought help for, a sex-related crime perpetrated against them in the army chose not to testify in court or press charges.

“This gap causes a huge problem,” Ben Eliezer said, noting that in such instances an internal evaluation is conducted and the alleged perpetrator is warned but “no concrete steps can be taken against the man,” he said, “and he could even be promoted.”

Testifying and being cross-examined in court, he said, are “not a simple ordeal, to put it mildly,” but in the end, he said, “there is no other way.”

In the United States Armed Forces in 2014, 20,000 military personnel reported at least one instance of “unwanted sexual contact,” representing nearly five percent of all active-duty female soldiers, according to data released by the Defense Department and the Rand Corp. last December.

That figure was far higher than the official number of assaults – 5,983 – recognized by US former defense secretary Chuck Hagel in his report to President Barack Obama in November.

In the Rand report, the Military Times noted, many incidents that may have been considered hazing by the Pentagon were counted as assault. In all, the report found that nearly half the assaults reported by women and 35 percent reported by men were “penetrative sexual assaults.”

The Rand survey found that 62 percent of women who experienced a sexual assault and reported it, according to the Military Times, faced “some type of retribution or retaliation.”

Contradictions Beset U.N. Response to Sexual Abuse by Peacekeepers

UNITED NATIONS, Mar 16 2015 (IPS) – An internal United Nations expert report released Monday by the non-governmental organisation AIDS-Free World reveals serious contradictions in the U.N.’s reporting of sexual exploitation and abuse by U.N. peacekeepers.

The leaked expert team report, dated Nov. 3, 2013, begins by stating, “Sexual Exploitation and Abuse has been judged the most significant risk to U.N. peacekeeping missions, above and beyond other key risks including protection of civilians.”

Victims of sexual assault may not feel confident to come forward, particularly if “they fear that the system doesn’t work, that justice will never be served and that they may be in a worse situation than if they hadn’t reported.” — Paula Donovan

AIDS-Free World, which released the report, is concerned it “contains valuable material that differs profoundly from the Secretary-General’s own annual report on progress.”

Secretary General Ban Ki-moon released his 2015 update on Feb. 13.

Some of the key issues highlighted by AIDS-Free World include problems with the way the U.N. collects information about sexual exploitation and abuse by U.N. peacekeepers; delays in action taken which lead to effective impunity for U.N. peacekeeping personnel; and what the expert’s report described as “a culture of extreme caution with respect to the rights of the accused, and little accorded to the rights of the victim.”

In an open letter addressed to “Ambassadors of All United Nations Member States” sent Monday, AIDS-Free World wrote, “We know that the UN has never disseminated the Expert Team’s Report. We therefore suspect that few if any governments are aware that independent experts, commissioned by the Secretary-General, made pointed criticisms about the way sexual violations in UN peacekeeping missions are handled.

“We are releasing the Report today because we believe it contains valuable material that differs profoundly from the Secretary-General’s own annual report on progress. It should be seen by all the Member States of the United Nations.”

Inadequate reporting mechanisms

IPS spoke with Paula Donovan, co-director of AIDS-Free World, who said that the expert team that compiled the 2013 report had the required expertise to address the complex problem of abuse by U.N. peacekeepers and asked pressing questions.

Donovan explained that by contrast, the secretary-general’s recent report used inadequate and incomplete reporting mechanisms that didn’t account for the complexities of addressing an institutional culture of impunity towards sexual exploitation and abuse.

“Each year the secretary-general is required to report to the General Assembly on how he is doing. Are these special measures for protection against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse working? Are we getting closer to zero [cases]?”

However, the expert team reported that were a number of reasons for underreporting of sexual exploitation and abuse and that “U.N. personnel in all the missions we visited could point to numerous suspected or quite visible cases of SEA that are not being counted or investigated.”

“The U.N. does not know how serious the problem of SEA [sexual exploitation and abuse] is because the official numbers mask what appears to be significant amounts of underreporting of SEA,” the report said.

Donovan said that the secretary-general’s focus on reporting a decrease in the number of allegations was problematic for a number of reasons. “One thing that people who understand these issues know is that when numbers go down, it doesn’t necessarily indicate that incidents have gone down. It may be a lack of confidence in the reporting process.”

Donovan added that experts on sexual violence would advise that, “when you put a programme in place that actually begins to prevent and punish sexual exploitation and abuse, one indicator that your programme is working is that people feel safe enough to come forward.”

She said that U.N. peacekeepers were working “to protect the most vulnerable people on earth.”

For many reasons, therefore, victims of sexual assault may not feel confident to come forward, particularly if “they fear that the system doesn’t work, that justice will never be served and that they may be in a worse situation than if they hadn’t reported.

“If you make it clear to people that you can demonstrate that it is a safer decision to report than to stay silent, that’s an indication that your programme is working,” Donovan siad.

Donovan added that the U.N.’s focus on reporting “allegations” as against actual cases meant that its reporting bears no resemblance to reality.

She also added that the numbers reported by the secretary-general were incomplete as well as inaccurate, because they did not include data from UNICEF, which has its own separate reporting mechanism.

Hopes for high-level review

There are hopes that the High-Level Independent Panel on Peace Operations will help find practical solutions to issues of impunity and transparency within U.N. Peace Operations, including those raised in this report.

Noting that the review panel was not entirely independent, given one of it’s members had been simultaneously U.N. under secretary-general in charge of Field Support for the first several months of the panel’s work, Donovan said that she still had hope that the review could address these complex issues.

Donovan said that Aids-Free World has sent a copy of the expert team’s report to panel chair José Ramos-Horta and that “if he chooses to independently take this on and insist that the U.N. take this on than there is the possibility of success.

“Under the leadership of José Ramos-Horta, it is possible that it won’t just be another panel,” she added.

Ramos-Horta shared a link to an article about Sexual Abuse by U.N. Peacekeepers with his more than 30,000 Facebook followers on Mar. 6.

Lack of U.N. freedom of information policy

Donovan told IPS that when Aids-Free World originally learned that there had been an expert inquiry, they wrote to the U.N. and asked for a copy of the report.

“We were told that it was not a public document,” she said.

Most governments have quite a clear Freedom of Information policy, which includes ways of categorising classified and unclassified documents. That is not necessarily so for the U.N. so it is unclear why this particular report was not released, Donovan said.

IPS contacted the secretary-general’s spokesperson for comment but a response was not received before deadline.

Why I support Treating Anti Semites as Sex Offenders

February 11, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

By Gilad Dershovitzmon
Jewish media outlets reported yesterday that  British MPs recommend that  prevention orders of the type used for sex offenders be used  to tackle Antisemitism on social media. I couldn’t agree more. The time is long overdue for these essential  ‘anti anti’ laws. Here are few of the possible benefits form the proposed legislation:

·      Registration – Once on the ‘Antisemite Registry”  – the anti Semite’s neighbours and associates in the work place will be informed in order to allow the Jews enough time to flee.

·      Bigots United – Bigots and racists cheer up. Though you may no longer be able to bash, Israel, ‘The Lobby’, the Talmud and the predominance of the Holocaust, you can still celebrate your hatred towards Black, Muslims, gays, Disabled, the ill, the weak, women in general, women in particular,  basically everyone and everything that isn’t chosen.

·      Diversity – Treating Israel’s enemies as sex offenders will bring to an end the continual social exclusion and out-casting of pedophiles and sex criminals in the Kingdom. From now on Britain’s growing community of child molesters will be joined by some of the world’s leading humanists and human right activists. This will no doubt provide an injection of diversity and humanism to the demography of British outlaws.

Shameless Dershowitz Campaigns For Israel

Shameless Dershowitz Campaigns For Israel

January 31, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

Alan Dershowitz, recently implicated in a sex scandal, is campaigning for Israel. The shameless Harvard Professor is begging for Jewish support following recent Zionist leaders calls to dissociate from him and his acts.

Interestingly enough, Dershowitz is correct – the West Bank Settlements are not an obstacle as far as peace is concerned. If anything they make the One State Solution into the only viable resolution of the conflict. The real and only obstacle to peace is the embarrassing fact that the word ‘peace’ doesn’t even exist in the modern Hebrew language. The word shalom, usually translated into peace doesn’t really mean peace, harmony or reconciliation. Shalom actually means ‘security for the Jews.’ As such, Shalom is a non empathic judeo-centric notion sustained by blindness to otherness. The only obstacle to peace in the Middle East is the lack of the notion of peace within the Israeli and modern Hebraic culture. Once again, it is the comprehension of Jewish culture that enlighten us on the conflict and the prospect of its resolution.

Jews Are Turning Their Backs On Dershowitz

January 17, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

Introduction by GA: as it becomes clear that sex slave scandal  Alan Dershowitz is associated with,  is not going to clear up any time soon,  some Jews seem to be keen to expel this bogus character out of the Ghetto. In the following piece Ronn Torossian explains why Jews should regard their favorite spokesman as a liability. Pretty amusing I must admit.

Defending Alan Dershowitz is not a Jewish issue

By Ronn Torossian

Well known rights advocate, celebrated criminal attorney and Harvard law Professor Alan Dershowitz is under attack. An under-age girl claimed in court proceedings that she had sexual relations with him while she was a “sex slave” by businessman Jeffrey Epstein. Dershowitz, who is truly a master of media, knows all too well that the the court of public opinion works much quicker than the court of law; and he is not wasting any time firing back at his accuser.

Time will tell whether or not he is guilty—but his character will be hurt regardless. The manner in which media and the public are drawn to certain issues, accusations such as these are harmful whether true or not.

Truth be told, I do not know him personally—but I have never been fond of Professor Dershowitz. I do not believe he is a good spokesman for Israel or the Jewish people. He talks of being Pro-Israel and Pro-Palestinian, he advocates for the discrimination of Jews when he proclaims that Jews should not live in Hebron, and has been an outspoken advocate for President Obama who has been a disaster for both America and Israel. Dershowitz is no more than a well-spoken uber-liberal American Jew. I find that he is always about what is good for Alan Dershowitz.

As a high-profile CEO of a major PR Agency, I find his claims, as well as the claims of others implying that accusations against Dershowitz are about Anti-Semitism or are somehow a Jewish issue to be quite absurd. Whether they are found to be true or not, this is simply not a Jewish issue.

When Bernie Madoff was arrested, I wrote at the time that “I don’t believe that the “Jewish Brand” was affected in any way by the Madoff scheme. The Madoff family is a clan of crooks—of which every race, religion and people has, and the Jewish people are no different. America is well beyond the Anti-Semitism of the USA of Henry Ford.” And that was true. Madoff was a crook—but he did not represent the Jews.

When Dershowitz claims that “Anti-Semites and anti-Israel “zealots” are having a field day over sexual abuse allegations leveled against him”, and “The anti-Semites are crawling out from under their rocks, they are loving this…,” he is inappropriate and wrong.

Working on countless high-profile issues, I would be amazed if Dershowitz received even 50 emails from anti-Semites as he claims. (Although it is smart PR—sympathy does help when you are accused of rape.)

Dershowitz’s assertion that Jews should support him, telling the Jerusalem Post, “I’m not only defending myself here but I am defending other values as well. I am defending the values that I have represented and stood for, for so many years” is, frankly, offensive. Maybe the values people are offended by include the fact that he got Michael Jackson, a long-suspected child molester, off the hook.

Perhaps other Jews feel as noted conservative Debbie Schlussel wrote in 2012, that Dershowitz is a “schmuck,” which she called him when she said he was a “plagiarist” who “misses no chance to support a Palestinian State and attack Jews’ rights to live where they want including in Jerusalem (which he derides as “illegal settlements”), all while he pretends to be a strong advocate for Israel, and supports Barack Obama.”

I have no idea whether Alan Dershowitz is or is not guilty. I simply know that defending him is not and should not be a Jewish issue. As a proud Jew, I find the argument that he should be protected because of his Jewishness, to be despicable.

Suspected Sex Offender Alan Dershowitz on France and Terrorism

January 10, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

Is this man really  an Harvard professor?

I am so glad Paris saga is over, we can once again deal with Epstein/Dershowitz sex scandal…

And here is a light question to Alan Dershowitz, is Jeffrey Epstein a terrorist? He terrorized young girls, made them into sex slaves. And what about you Alan, if it happens to be true that you are also a sex offender, should we treat you as a terrorist?

Is it any wonder why they are trying to normalise paedophilia now, by reducing what they call “the age of consent”, to make it “morally” acceptable amongst the masses ?!

From Gilad Atzmon to Alan Dershowitz

January 05, 2015  /  Gilad Atzmon

Dear Alan, I genuinely feel mercy towards you. It is a kind of strange empathic sensation that start to appear once you drift away from the ghetto.

I just saw a BBC item following the sex scandal you were caught in. Apparently  you are threatening to sue lady who claims to be forced to sleep with you. You don’t get it, do you Alan? This is probably the biggest compliment you have ever got in your entire life- a women admits spending a night with you.

If you don’t grasp how important this confession is, just take a brief look in the mirror Alan. You may even realise why it took the young lady more than a decade to recover.

However Alan, listen to me carefully. I do not have any doubt that your understanding of legal matters is beyond superb, but in women you are simply clueless. What you need now is to buy public support and threatening a sexually-abused women with a legal action is really the last thing you want to do.

All you have to do at this stage is to find just a single woman that would admit spending one night with you willingly and voluntarily. Such an act may help us to establish to idea that you are actually an ordinary human being and even a possible object of desire.

Also, instead of denying the allegations against you, use your reputation. You are known as a fib master, Noam Chomsky ladled you a ‘remarkable liar.’ This is the time to celebrate your reputation. Instead of denying sleeping with one of Jeffrey Epstein’s girls just own the experience. Tell us how great it was. Provide us with some juicy intimate details.  Don’t worry, no one is going to believe you anyway, you will be vindicated immediately.

This is my tactical advice for today, I promise to follow the unfolding story and provide you with more help as this story develop. Be strong Alan, as you and I know,  once the first bird twits, more are quick to follow.

Yours Sincerely

Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz named in US lawsuit over underage sex allegations

Reported by Gilad Atzmon

British press reports today that a woman  claims that Jewish banker Jeffrey Epstein loaned her to rich and powerful friends as an underage “sex slave.” The woman has alleged in a US court document that she was repeatedly forced to have sexual relations with Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz.

The woman, who filed the motion anonymously, alleges that between 1999 and 2002 she was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein who, she also alleges, loaned her out to rich and influential men around the world.

The British press is obviously interested in developments related to prince Andrew. But I am actually curious to hear what the ethnic cleansing enthusiast Alan Dershowitz has to say in his defence.

The Guardian reported today,

“another close associate of Epstein who is also accused in the lawsuit, Alan Dershowitz, told the Guardian that the woman’s accusations against himself were “totally false and made up”.

Alan Dershowitz is widely known as an Israeli Hasbara mouthpiece as well as a ‘remarkable liar,’ should we believe him this time?

Amnesty International Report – Iraq: Yezidi women and girls face harrowing sexual violence

Escape from hell- Torture, sexual slavery in Islamic State captivity in Iraq

Torture, including rape and other forms of sexual violence, suffered by women and girls from Iraq’s Yezidi minority who were abducted by the armed group calling itself the Islamic State (IS), highlights the savagery of IS rule, said Amnesty International in a new briefing today.

Escape from hell- Torture, sexual slavery in Islamic State captivity in Iraq provides an insight into the horrifying abuse suffered by hundreds and possibly thousands of Yezidi women and girls who have been forcibly married, “sold” or given as “gifts” to IS fighters or their supporters. Often, captives were forced to convert to Islam.

“Hundreds of Yezidi women and girls have had their lives shattered by the horrors of sexual violence and sexual slavery in IS captivity,” said Donatella Rovera, Amnesty International’s Senior Crisis Response Advisor, who spoke to more than 40 former captives in northern Iraq.

“Many of those held as sexual slaves are children – girls aged 14, 15 or even younger. IS fighters are using rape as a weapon in attacks amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity.”

The women and girls are among thousands of Yezidis from the Sinjar region in north-west Iraq who have been targeted since August in a wave of ethnic cleansing by IS fighters bent on wiping out ethnic and religious minorities in the area.

The horrors endured in IS captivity  have left these women and girls so severely traumatized that some have been driven to end their own lives. Nineteen-year-old Jilan committed suicide while being held captive in Mosul because she feared she would be raped, her brother told Amnesty International.

One of the girls who was held in the same room as Jilan and 20 others, including two girls aged 10 and 12, told Amnesty International: “One day we were given clothes that looked like dance costumes and were told to bathe and wear those clothes. Jilan killed herself in the bathroom. She cut her wrists and hanged herself. She was very beautiful; I think she knew she was going to be taken away by a man and that is why she killed herself.”  The girl was among those who later escaped.

Wafa, 27, another former captive, told Amnesty International how she and her sister attempted to end their lives one night after their captor threatened them with forced marriage. They tried to strangle themselves with scarves but two girls sleeping in the same room awoke and stopped them.

“We tied the scarves around our necks and pulled away from each other as hard as we could, until I fainted… I could not speak for several days after that,” she said.

The majority of the perpetrators are Iraqi and Syrian men; many of them are IS fighters but others are believed to be supporters of the group. Several former captives said they had been held in family homes where they lived with their captors’ wives and children.

Many Yezidi survivors are doubly affected as they are also struggling to cope with the loss of dozens of their relatives who either remain in captivity or have been killed by the IS.

Randa, a 16-year-old girl from a village near Mount Sinjar was abducted with scores of her family members, including her heavily-pregnant mother. Randa was “sold” or given as a “gift” to a man twice her age who raped her. She described the impact of her ordeal to Amnesty International:

“It is so painful what they did to me and to my family. Da’esh (the IS) has ruined our lives… What will happen to my family? I don’t know if I will ever see them again.”

“The physical and psychological toll of the horrifying sexual violence these women have endured is catastrophic. Many of them have been tortured and treated as chattel. Even those who have managed to escape remain deeply traumatized,” said Donatella Rovera.

The trauma of survivors of sexual violence is further exacerbated by the stigma surrounding rape. Survivors feel that their “honour”, and that of their families, has been tarnished and fear that their standing in society will be diminished as a result.

Many survivors of sexual violence are still not receiving the full help and support they desperately need.

“The Kurdistan Regional Government, UN and other humanitarian organizations who are providing medical and other support services to survivors of sexual violence must step up their efforts. They must ensure they are swiftly and proactively reaching out to all those who may need them, and that women and girls are made aware of the support available to them,” said Donatella Rovera.

Such services should include sexual and reproductive health services as well as counselling and trauma support.

Amnesty International: ISIS sexual abuses driving captive women to commit suicide

ISIS-women-sex slave

Baghdad, SANA

Amnesty International said the sexual abuses committed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) against abducted women, including from Iraq’s Yazidi minority, are driving these women to end their lives.

Large swathes of territory in Iraq and northern Syria have been overrun by ISIS organization, where its terrorists perpetrated a litany of abuses, including killing, decapitation and gang-rape, targeting minority groups in particular.

Crucifixion also figured prominently among the abhorrent crimes committed by ISIS members, reports of which were coming out recently, including in the Syrian northeastern province of Deir Ezzor with photos from the scenes going viral on the internet.

A statement by Amnesty released on Tuesday said Yazidi women and girls forced into sexual slavery by ISIS have committed suicide or tried to.

“Many of those held as sexual slaves are children – girls aged 14, 15 or even younger,” Donatella Rovera, Amnesty’s senior crisis response adviser, said in the statement.

The statement referred to a 19-year-old girl named Jilan who committed suicide “out of fear she would be raped,” quoting her brother as saying.

Amnesty also cited an incident where another captive girl said she and her sister attempted to kill themselves “to escape forced marriage.”

Rovera described the physical and psychological impact of the sexual violence inflicted upon these women as “catastrophic”.

“Many of them have been tortured and treated as chattel. Even those who have managed to escape remain deeply traumatized,” she added.

According to the statement, many of the abuses’ perpetrators are ISIS members, in addition to many others who are supporters of the terrorist organization.

In an earlier report published last September, Amnesty said ISIS has launched a systematic ethnic cleansing campaign in northern Iraq where mass executions have been carried out.

The report affirmed that thousands of Yazidi women and children were abducted by ISIS, with the girls being taken as sex slaves, in the course of what the UN described as “genocide” that took place when the terrorist organization overran Mount Sinjar in Iraq.
