Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc on Thursday condemned the programmed tensions and the militiamen attack on a truck overturned in Kahaleh area, which led to the martyrdom of one of the Resistance fighters.

In a statement issued after its weekly meeting, the bloc stressed that the incident was caused by the stupid incitement and employed by the short-sighted people as well as the forces involved in the hostile schemes.

Hezbollah bloc underlined the importance of the official probes in order to reveal and try the culprits, offering congratulation and condolences to the family of the martyr Ahmad Ali Kassas.

The statement asked Holy God to grant the martyr great rewards and the highest ranks in heaven and his family patience and solace.

The statement also voiced support to the efforts exerted to restore stability in Ain Al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in Sidon, stressing that the Palestinians’ interests lie in maintaining calm and unity and frustrating the Israeli plots.

Loyalty to Resistance bloc highlighted the importance of the national dialogue, stressing that Hezbollah-FPM dialogue is aimed at finding common approaches pertaining the presidential elections.

Meanwhile, the bloc indicated that the presidential vacuum does not justify deactivating the the government and the parliament, affirming that using the sanctions card in order for blackmailing purposes will not stop the endeavor to reach an agreement aimed at holding the presidential vote in the best constitutional conditions.

On the 17th anniversary of 2006 Victory, the bloc reiterated its commitment to the national formula, army-people-resistance, stressing that August 14, 2006, has become a day of pride for all the Lebanese.

Hezbollah MPs Hand Lebanese FM Petition in Protest against US Ambassador’s Interventions, Urge Him to Take Action

Loyalty to Resistance Parliamentary bloc on Monday handed the Lebanese foreign minister Nassif Hitti a petition in protest of the US ambassador Dorothy Shea’s intervention in the domestic affairs and instigation of Lebanese groups against each other.

Head of the bloc, Hajj Mohammad Raad, led the delegation which also urged Hitti to tale action against the US diplomat and draw her attention to the international conventions.

The delegation blasted the unrestrained movement of Shea whose recent statements did not respect the diplomatic norms and stirred sedition among the Lebanese segments.

The delegation also stressed that the Lebanese people and condemn the diplomatic violations of the US administration “which always support the Israeli aggression on Lebanon”.

The petition stresses that the US ambassador’s intervention violates the provisions of Vienna Convention, adding that holding a Lebanese party accountable for the economic crisis and interfering in the financial appointments in Lebanon is completely rejected.

The lawmakers concluded:

“Based on our keenness on our people who assigned us to represent them, as well as keenness on our country’s security and stability, we find a must to draw your attention and urge you to make the US ambassador understand that the Lebanese people strongly condemn her statements, keeping the choice for you to take the required measures to let her know that she must confine to the laws in force.”

Hezbollah Parliamentary Bloc Confronts US Sanctions, Stresses Saudi, ‘Israel’ to Pay Heavily for Any War on Iran

The Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc held Thursday at its headquarters in Haret Hreik its weekly meeting chaired by its head Hajj Mohammad Raad, tackling the latest developments in Lebanon and the region.

In a statement issued after the meeting, Hezbollah bloc considered that the US sanctions on its head MP Hajj Mohammad Raad and member MP Hajj Amin Sherri as well as the party’s security official Wafiq Safa as a persistence on the aggression against the Lebanese, stressing that they may never affect the resistance in face of the Israeli enemy and the terrorist groups.

The statement also reiterated Hezbollah support to the Yemeni people in face of the Saudi ongoing aggression, pointing to the looming victory of the Yemenis whose intensified military operations have pushed the coalition states to start withdrawing from Yemen.

Hezbollah parliamentary bloc further highlighted Iran’s right to increase the Uranium enrichment and back the resistance groups in the region in face of the US policy based on withdrawing from the nuclear deal and tightening sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

In this regard, the statement warned that any US war on Iran would lead the region and the whole would into a major turmoil, stressing that Saudi and the Zionist entity would pay heavily during such a confrontation.

Locally, the Loyalty to Resistance bloc called on the political parties to adopt the reconciliatory approach in coping with the Qabrshmoun incident, highlighting Hezbollah insistence on protecting the poor from any financial pressure that may be exerted by the 2019 state budget law.
