‘Israel’ Betting on PA Forces to Suppress Palestinian Resistance

In spite of resistance from extremist parties within the Zionist entity, Israeli circles have begun to underscore the potentially ‘positive’ consequences of providing military assistance to the Palestinian Authority (PA).

In a concise summary, Israeli decision-makers have given their approval for a shipment of rifles and armored vehicles as part of an effort to empower the Palestinian Authority in its efforts to combat resistance factions operating within the occupied West Bank.

According to reports from Zionist Channel 12, the rationale behind supporting PA forces in their struggle against Palestinian resistance groups in cities like Jenin and Nablus is rooted in “Israel’s strategic interests.”

Uhad Himo, an expert in Arab affairs, pointed out that wherever the Palestinian Authority’s forces are present, a sense of stability tends to prevail.

As a result, Israeli officials see an advantage in fostering a divide between the Palestinian Authority and the Palestinian Resistance, deeming it an ideal scenario from their perspective.

Majority of Palestinians oppose Oslo Accords: Poll

According to the poll, almost half the West Bank’s population supports the establishment of armed resistance groups

According to a poll carried out by Palestinian news outlet Maan between 6 September and 9 September, a majority of Palestinians believe that the signing of the 1993 Oslo Accords – which resulted in the establishment of the Palestinian Authority (PA) – was a mistake. 

“The vast majority still believes that it was a mistake to sign that agreement. The poll found that the majority wants the Palestinian Authority to abandon that agreement and that slightly more than two-thirds believe that the agreement has harmed the Palestinian interest,” Maan wrote on 14 September. 

“More than three-quarters of the public said that Israel does not implement this agreement all or most of the time,” it added. 

The US-sponsored agreement was signed in 1993 between the late Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) leader Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Yitzak Rabin. The accords established the PA and its security forces and gave the Palestinians limited autonomy in some parts of the occupied West Bank. This was said to be in preparation for the eventual establishment of a Palestinian state.

However, the accords did not end Israel’s military occupation and gave the Israeli government time to confiscate more Palestinian land and continue illegally expanding West Bank settlements. 

The agreement resulted in the splitting of the West Bank into areas A, B, and C. Area A gave the PA authority over civil and security matters, while Area B gave it control only over civil matters. In Area C, Israel was granted full control. 

Nonetheless, Israel has since maintained its military occupation over the majority of the West Bank and has continued to launch brutal raids into West Bank cities in coordination with the PA. 

As part of the deal, Israel recognized the PLO on the condition that it give up armed resistance entirely and acknowledge Israel’s sovereignty over the territories ethnically cleansed and occupied in 1948. The PLO now maintains its existence as the PA’s Fatah party. 

The poll “indicates an increase in the percentage of support for resorting to unarmed popular resistance, and indicates a similar increase in the percentage of support for a return to confrontations and armed intifada,” Maan said. 

“A percentage approaching half of the population of the West Bank believes that forming armed groups from residents of towns and villages attacked by settlers is the most effective solution,” it added. 

A poll carried out in March by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PCPSR) also produced similar results, particularly highlighting the increase in enmity towards the PA. 

As a result of continued Israeli occupation, oppression, and settler violence, several armed resistance groups have expanded significantly across the West Bank and have become highly active against the Israeli army. 

The majority of these groups are associated with the Gaza-based Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement.

Amnesty: PA Response to Nizar Banat Demonstrators ‘Violent Repression’

Recent violence by Palestinian government forces against demonstrators in the West Bank has constituted a “chilling campaign of repression”, according to Amnesty International.

The rights NGO slammed the use of “unlawful force” by the authorities in a press release on Wednesday. It said reporters, campaigners, and lawyers had been detained without justification, and that arrestees had suffered torture.

The group explained that anger has reached boiling point after prominent anti-government dissenter Nizar Banat died two weeks ago in Palestinian detention.

It said the authorities have used unnecessary strength against demonstrators, including this Monday, when they “violently” broke up those rallying at a Ramallah police station before making 15 or more arrests.

Saleh Higazi, Amnesty’s deputy MENA director explained: “Over the past two weeks, Palestinian authorities have launched a deliberate campaign of repression, clamping down on peaceful protesters and carrying out arbitrary arrests in an attempt to instil a climate of fear and crush dissent”.

Higazi called for Palestine’s long-time president, Mahmoud Abbas, to put a stop to the “chilling crackdown” and see to it that any officers who have perpetrated abuses are held responsible.

Last week, also in Ramallah, Palestinian reporters gathered by a United Nations building to urge freedom of the press in the wake of the authorities’ aggression at Nizar Banat demonstrations.

فضيحة التنسيق الأمنيّ مع الكيان

شكّل الإعلان الصادر عن السلطة الفلسطينية بالعودة للتنسيق مع كيان الاحتلال بداعي تلقّيها تأكيداً من سلطات الكيان باعتبار الاتفاقات قائمة من طرفها، صدمة لكل الفلسطينيين والمعنيين بالقضية الفلسطينية. فالسياق الذي قرّرت فيه السلطة وقف التنسيق المشين أصلاً كان من تداعيات التبني الأميركي لصفقة القرن ومن ضمنه إعلان كيان الاحتلال بدعم أميركي للقدس عاصمة للكيان، ولا شيء تغيّر في الأسباب. ومن نتائج قرار السلطة الفلسطينية بوقف التنسيق مع الكيان مناخات وحدة فلسطينية ستسقط مع العودة للتنسيق، فبأي ميزان وضعت السلطة قرارها وما هي عائداته؟

يجب ألا يُخفى على أحد أن المصلحة المحرّكة للعودة للتنسيق هي “إسرائيلية” صرفة، والعائد الوحيد للسلطة هو عائد ماليّ من الأموال المجمدة من قبل سلطات الكيان ومن أموال خليجيّة تموّل العودة للتنسيق، والسبب يتصل مباشرة بالحاجة لعبور شاحنات البضائع المحملة من مرفأ حيفا نحو الخليج بعد التطبيع، في الضفة الغربية، والحاجة لحارس يضمن أمن التطبيع. وهو الدور الذي ستتولاه السلطة وأجهزتها لقاء ما ستتلقاه من أموال.

التطورات الناجمة عن قرار العودة للتنسيق خطيرة جداً. ففيها التنسيق الأمنيّ الذي يلزم السلطة بالتجسّس على المقاومين ومطاردتهم وتسليمهم، وفيه جديد حارس التطبيع، وفيه الانسحاب من التفاهمات الفلسطينية الفلسطينية التي ولدت في أعقاب صفقة القرن وما يعنيه من تعريض للوحدة الفلسطينية من مخاطر قد تترتب عليها انفجارات تصادميّة في أكثر من مكان بين الفصائل.

السلطة ترتضي لعب دور جيش لحد في جنوب لبنان إبان الاحتلال وتُجبر الشعب الفلسطيني على دخول تجربة الانقسام والمخاطرة بأمن مقاومته وتحمّل تبعات حراسة التطبيع، بينما الكيان وجماعات التطبيع في الخليج ومن خلفهما الأميركي لم يقدّموا شيئاً يقول بالتراجع عن سياسات تصفية القضية الفلسطينية.

تداول نشطاء عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مساء أمس الخميس، مقطع فيديو يحتوي على مقدمة من إحدى المذيعات الفلسطينيات لبرنامجها الإذاعي، إذ عبَّرت خلاله عن نبض الشارع وغضبه العارم إزاء قرار السلطة الفلسطينية بعودة التنسيق الأمني والعلاقات الكاملة مع الكيان الصهيوني.

وقالت المذيعة أسيل سليمان في مقدمة برنامجها (بانوراما راية) عبر أثير إذاعة راية بالضفة المحتلة بغضبٍ مفعمٍ بثورةٍ وشجاعة منقطعة النظير: “جعل الله هذا المساء جحيمًا على من باع وخان ونسق، ثم أعلن ذلك نصرًا، لم تجف دماء الشهيد الأسير كمال أبو وعر بعد، كيف تهادن مع من قتله؟، واصفةً قبول السلطة بتعهد “إسرائيل بالالتزام بالاتفاقيات” بأنه “سذاجة”، والبارحة، وفي خضم انشغال سيادتكم في الإعلان عن نصركم، أصيب الطفل بشار عليان برصاصة مطاطية في عينه، بعدما اقتحم جيش الاحتلال مخيم قلنديا، ذاته الجيش الذي وعد بالالتزام لك سيادة المناضل.. لقد فقد بشار عينه، ومع ذلك يمتلك من البصيرة ما لا تمتلك.. مات أمل دنقل ولكنه قال: لا تصالح ولو منحوك الذهب، تُرى حين أفقأ عينيك ثم أثبت مكانهما جوهرتين أترى؟ هي أشياء لا تُشترى”

فور ذلك انتشرت مجموعة من الأخبار التي تُفيد بأنّ المذيعة أسيل وردًا على ما قالته من كلماتٍ هاجمت فيها أفعال السلطة على حساب الحقوق الوطنية، أنّها فُصلت من عملها في الإذاعة، أو جرى توقيفها عن العمل، بل تقوم أسلطة وأجهزة مخابراتها بالضغط عليها وتهدد عائلتها بإغلاق الشركة الخاصة بوالدها.

رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هبّوا سريعًا لنصرة إسراء، إذ دُشن على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عدّة وسوم كان منها “كلنا أسيل”، و”صوتك ثورة” و”أسيل سليمان تمثلني”.

في حين، قامت صفحة “الحج مش هيك” بنشر عديد التغريدات التي تُناصر وتدعو لمناصرة المذيعة الفلسطينية أسيل التي ناصرت المظلومين من أبناء شعبها في ظل هذه الأفعال المخزية للسلطة الفلسطينية والتي وصفها أزلامها بأنّها “انتصار كبير”، ما قوبل بسخريةٍ كبيرة بين النشطاء على مواقع التواصل، مُؤكّدين رفضهم عودة السلطة للتنسيق مع الاحتلال الصهيوني.

هل فُصلت أسيل من عملها؟

كشفت الإعلامية أسيل سليمان، عن حقيقة الأنباء المتداولة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حول إقالتها من عملها في إذاعة راية أف أم التي تبث من الضفة الغربية؛ بسبب مقدمة برنامجها الأخيرة، إذ قالت أسيل في رسالة لها نشرها مديرها في إذاعة راية شادي زماعرة: “مساء الخير ويعطيكم العافية، أود أن أوضح أنني لم أتعرّض لأي نوع من التهديد بالإقالة بخصوص مقدمة برنامجي، ولم يتم استدعائي للتحقيق من قبل أي جهاز، ولا حتى مخاطبتي بشكل مباشر، وسأكون على رأس عملي يوم السبت المقبل بشكلٍ اعتيادي

يُشار إلى أنّ حسين الشيخ، أعلن يوم الثلاثاء الماضي عن “عودة العلاقات مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي كما كانت”، واصفًا ذلك بالانتصار الكبير “للرئيس عباس”.

وكتب الشيخ عبر صفحته في موقع “توتير”، إنّه “على ضوء الاتصالات التي قام بها الرئيس بشأن التزام إسرائيل بالاتفاقيات الموقعة معنا، واستنادًا إلى ما وردنا من رسائل رسمية مكتوبه وشفوية بما يؤكد التزام إسرائيل بذلك، وعليه سيعود مسار العلاقة مع إسرائيل كما كان”، في حين قوبل هذا الأمر برفضٍ فلسطيني شعبي وفصائلي واسع.

ظهر أمس الخميس، عبَّرت الفصائل الوطنية الفلسطينيّة في قطاع غزّة، عن رفضها القاطع لقرار السلطة الفلسطينية في رام الله بالعودة إلى العلاقة الكاملة مع الاحتلال الصهيوني واستئناف التنسيق الأمني.

«فصائل المقاومة»: سنواجه التنسيق الأمنيّ والتطبيع مع الاحتلال

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

المصلحة الوطنيّة تقتضي عملاً وحدويّاً.. والشيخ يؤكد عودة الاتصالات مع الكيان الصهيونيّ صحيحة

قالت فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية إن «عودة التنسيق الأمني والعمل بالاتفاقيات مع الكيان يمثل طعنة لآمال شعبنا بتحقيق الوحدة».

وطالبت الفصائل الحكومة الفلسطينية بـ«الرجوع عن هذا القرار والكفّ عن ممارسة سياسة التفرد بالقرار السياسي».

وحول البرنامج الانتخابي للرئيس الأميركي الجديد، أشارت فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية إلى أن «الرهان على بايدن في إنصاف قضيتنا هو رهان خاسر وليس واقعياً»، معتبرةً أن المصلحة الوطنية تقتضي عملاً وحدوياً جامعاً على أرض الميدان يعزز الوحدة الحقيقية.

فصائل المقاومة دانت زيارة وزير خارجية البحرين لفلسطين المحتلة، معتبرةً أنها «تعبر عن حال الهوان التي وصل لها المطبعون».

كما دعت «جميع الأحرار في الأمة لتشكيل جبهة عريضة لمواجهة التنسيق الأمني والتطبيع مع الاحتلال».

هذا ووصل أول وفد حكومي بحريني رسمي إلى فلسطين المحتلة، صباح أمس، في أول رحلة طيران تجارية لطيران الخليج إلى تل أبيب، فيما يتطلع الوفد إلى توسيع نطاق التعاون بعد توقيع الاتفاق مع «إسرائيل» في واشنطن وإقامة علاقات رسمية معها في 15 أيلول/سبتمبر الماضي، بحضور الرئيس دونالد ترامب وبرعاية أميركية.

وفي وقت سابق، دانت حركة حماس «قرار السلطة الفلسطينية العودة إلى العلاقة مع الاحتلال الصهيوني المجرم»، معتبرةً أن «هذا القرار يمثل طعنة للجهود الوطنية نحو بناء شراكة وطنية، واستراتيجية نضالية لمواجهة الاحتلال والضم والتطبيع وصفقة القرن، ويأتي في ظل الإعلان عن آلاف الوحدات السكنية الاستيطانية في مدينة القدس المحتلة».

واعتبرت حماس أن «السلطة الفلسطينية بهذا القرار تعطي المبرر لمعسكر التطبيع العربي الذي ما فتئت تدينه وترفضه». وطالبت السلطة الفلسطينية بـ«التراجع فوراً عن هذا القرار وترك المراهنة على بايدن وغيره».

الجبهة الشعبيّة لتحرير فلسطين اعتبرت من جهتها أن «إعلان السلطة عن إعادة العلاقات مع دولة الكيان الصهيوني كما كانت عليها، هو نسفٌ لقرارات المجلسين الوطني والمركزي بالتحلّل من الاتفاقيات الموقّعة معها، ولنتائج اجتماع الأمناء العامين الذي عُقد مُؤخراً في بيروت، وتفجير لجهود المصالحة التي أجمعت القوى على أنّ أهم متطلباتها يكمن في الأساس السياسي النقيض لاتفاقات أوسلو».

بدوره، أكد رئيس الهيئة العامة للشؤون المدنيّة الوزير حسين الشيخ، أن المعلومة بعودة الاتصالات مع «إسرائيل» صحيحة.

هل اقتربت نهاية «إسرائيل» الوظيفية

أكثر من علامة ومظهر ومؤشر في الأفق تفيد كلها بأنّ ثمة تحوّلات كبيرة في مسرح عمليات المواجهة بيننا وبين عدونا التاريخي المركزي في حالة حصول تجعل من الأخير يقترب كثيراً من خط النهاية…

وفي ما يلي بعض من علامات وأعراض ذلك الانقراض الذي بدأ يحيط بعدونا الإسرائيلي :

عندما يصف المحلل في صحيفة هآرتس، روغل الفير، يوم أمس الأول، التصريحات التي نشرها السفير الإسرائيلي السابق في واشنطن، مايكل أورين، في مجلة ذي أتلانتيك الأميركية، والتي تحدث فيها عن سيناريو الحرب، الذي ناقشه مجلس الوزراء الإسرائيلي المصغر، في آخر اجتماعاته، بأنه سيناريو رعب… ويقول للإسرائيليين انّ لديهم كلّ الحق بالشعور بالرعب وذلك لأنّ حرب 1973 ستبدو كلعبة أطفال أمام ما ستتعرّض له إسرائيل في أيّ حرب قادمة مع حزب الله وإيران وبقية أطراف حلف المقاومة…

نقول انّ هذه التوصيفات لا تدلّ إلا على تشكّل شعور جمعي، في داخل الكيان، بأنّ وجود الدويلة قد شارف على الانتهاء، وانّ ذلك المجتمع لم يعد يشعر بأنه مجمّع محمي، لا من جيشه ولا حتى من جيش الولايات المتحدة…!

وعندما يردّ الرئيس الأميركي، على طلب نتن ياهو منه بضرورة رصد أموال إضافيه لتمويل الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للسلطة الفلسطينية، كي تتمكّن من الاستمرار في القيام بدورها في التنسيق الأمني مع إسرائيل ، خدمة للاحتلال، ويردّ ترامب قائلاً: إذا كان هذا مهمّاً التنسيق الأمني فعليه هو أيّ نتن ياهو أن يدفع…!

فهذا يعني أنّ الولايات المتحده لم تعد تضع أمن إسرائيل على رأس سلّم أولوياتها، وأنها عملياً قد أعلنت تخليها عن نهج أوسلو، الذي أنتج التنسيق الامني الفلسطيني ـ الإسرائيلي .

وهو ما يمكن اعتباره تقييماً أميركياً سلبياً للدور الذي اضطلعت به تل أبيب وفشلت في تحقيقه. ونعني بالتحديد فشلها في الوصول الى أية نتائج إيجابية أيضاً من خلال انخراطها في مساعدة عصابات داعش والنصرة وغيرهم، سواء في سورية او في العراق أو في غيرهما.

أما الفشل الأكبر فهو الصدمة الاستخباراتية الإسرائيلية، في موضوع صاروخ المقاومة اللبنانية، الذي أطلق قبل أيام ضدّ المسيَّرة الإسرائيلية في جنوب لبنان، والذي لا يمكن إلا أن يكون عاملاً جديداً في زيادة السلبية في تقييم الولايات المتحدة لأداء إسرائيل وجيشها في المنطقة، وهي التي لم يكن يغيب عنها لا شاردة ولا واردة كما ظلت تزعم طوال عقود مضت!

أخيراً وليس آخراً فإنّ تل أبيب ورغم انخراطها في التخطيط والتنفيذ لمحاولات الانقلاب الحاصلة في كلّ من لبنان والعراق فقد أثبتت بأنّ قدراتها الاستخبارية رغم كلّ استعراضاتها الشكلية والخارجية، أثبتت أنها ضحلة جداً، بدليل أنّ الوضع في البلدين على الرغم من كلّ التدخلات القوية جداً والضغوط الهائلة وبإسناد مدفعي إعلامي قلّ نظيره فإنّ الوضع في هذين البلدين ما زال يخضع للسيطرة التامة لقوى حلف المقاومة، علاوة على انّ من يمسك بالأرض، عسكرياً، هي قوات حلف المقاومة التي لا تزال تعيش حالة الاكتفاء الذاتي في تسيير حتى أمورها المعاشية والمالية، وشاهدنا على ما نقول هو قول سيد المقاومة بأنه ومهما حصل من تهافت في الوضع الاقتصادي العام للبنان فإنّ المقاومة لن تتأثر بهذا الأمر وأنها ستظل قادرة على دفع معاشات مقاتليها…

وهو ما يعني أنه حتى مع ذهاب واشنطن بعيداً في الضغط على دول المنطقة، فإنّ أيّ انهيار مالي محتمل أيضاً لن يكون له تأثير على عمل هذه القوات التي لا تعتمد على تمويلات حكومية، لا في لبنان ولا في العراق كذلك…

وحده الكيان الدخيل والطارئ والقاعدة الأميركية المقامة على اليابسة والمياه الفلسطينية هو الذي سيتأثر في لعبة عضّ الاصابع، لانه كيان طفيلي وظيفي يخبو ويأفل نجمه مع تراجع سيده واقتراب موسم هجرته من غرب آسيا الى مضيق مالاقا وبحر الصين تاركاً أذنابه يتامى حروب البقاء المستحيل!

Sayyed Nasrallah: We Respect Our Allies, Palestinian Workers Unlike Other Foreign Workers

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah delivered a speech Friday on the 31rst anniversary of Jihad Al-Binaa establishment, in which he portrayed the significant role of the foundation in reconstructing the wrecks resulting from the assaults waged against Lebanon.

His eminence stressed that since its emergence, in addition to the military work, Hezbollah has been concerned about the political, cultural, and healthcare aspects, and all these factions have cooperated together to achieve year 2000’s victory.

Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out that everything Jihad Al-Binaa offered before year 2000 was from Iranian donations.

He added that “after 2006 war was over and people returned to their homes, regional powers along with Israel wagered that victory will turn into defeat after the supporters of the resistance see all that destruction. Meanwhile, before the war was over the reconstruction plan which Jihad Al-Binaa led was made.

“As soon as the war was over damaged homes were being repaired and wrecks of destroyed homes were removed and within two weeks everyone who lost his house had a place to reside in, while the whole reconstruction project was fully implemented in five years,” he said. His eminence noted that “as a step taken to fight the desertification phenomenon, Jihad al-Binaa also planted over 10 million trees,” and he called upon people to hold their national and environmental responsibility and preserve every plant.

On another level, Sayyed Nasrallah tackled the foreign employment in Lebanon file, emphasizing that “there is a difference between a foreign worker and a Palestinian worker, while the first can return to his country and work there, the Palestinian doesn’t have a country to return to because his country is occupied and he is connected to a greater cause”.

Hezbollah secretary general stressed that while many things in Lebanon are two faced, Hezbollah isn’t, insisting that “some people portray Hezbollah as the leader of all the governmental foundations which is the biggest lie in the history of Lebanon”.

“Whoever claims that aims to hold Hezbollah accountable of the current situation and incite the US and other countries against Lebanon,” Sayyed Nasrallah affirmed, pointing out that “our political opponents have a misconception about our relation with our allies, we deal with them with all respect and we don’t impose anything on them. While you might take advantage of your allies, we treat our allies with dignity and respect…”

In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah tackled Kabreshmoun incident in which Lebanese Minister Saleh Al-Ghreeb’s convoy was attacked and two of his bodyguards were killed.

“Our ally is the victim and the incident could have triggered civil peace and Hezbollah declared its support for Party Leader Talal Erslan (party which Ghareeb belongs to) without pressuring anyone, in contrast people started claiming that Erslan is a tool for Hezbollah against other powers,” he stated, asserting that “this is insulting for us and it is all fallacies and forgery.”

“PM Hariri called for postponing the cabinet meeting instead of holding it in its time. A big problem took place, so why disparage the killing of someone? On this file I say: We treat our allies with respect, and if we have a problem with anyone we face him with it. We don’t hide behind our allies. We are neither weak nor cowards. We call for dialogue between the leaders of the Druze sect and support holding a cabinet meeting as soon as possible to discuss that incident.”

Finally, concerning the Zionist delegate’s claims about Hezbollah using the Lebanese port to move weapons into Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah assured that these are false claims that aim to impose control on the port and airport.”

He stressed that this is a national responsibility and the port must not be exposed due to these claims, concluding that “the only thing that worries Israel in the Security Coordination, and this weapon is in the hand of the Palestinian Authority and it should use it to halt Israel’s destruction of houses.”
