Events in ‘Israel’ Reinforce Sayyed Nasrallah’s “Spider Web” Theory – INSS

In yet another acknowledgement that Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah figures out the Zionist regime’s weaknesses more than the ‘Israelis’ themselves, the entity’s so-called Institute for National Security Studies [INSS] published a piece whose authors admitted that the situation reinforces the resistance leader’s theory in which he compares ‘Israel’ to a ‘spider’s web.’

Co-authored by Orna Mizrahi amd Yoram Schweitzer, the piece emphasizes that the internal crisis and the widespread protests in the ‘Israeli’-occupied territories, together with the escalation of Palestinian resistance operations, reinforce Sayyed Nasrallah’s perception that ‘Israel’s’ internal weakness is overwhelming, and persuade him of Hezbollah’s ability to deter and confront ‘Israel’ in the event of a military confrontation.

Invoking his previous spider web metaphor regarding the Zionist society, he declares that ‘Israel’ is on the brink of a ‘civil war’ and that it is approaching its end, the authors went on to say.

Internal events in ‘Israel’ since the formation of the new government, and above all the internal crisis that has deepened the rifts in the ‘Israeli’ society, with serious economic and political implications, together with the rise in the scope of Palestinian resistance operations and internal disputes over how to deal with them, are perceived by Hezbollah as clear signs of ‘Israel’s’ growing weakness, according to the INSS.

“Nasrallah is rejoicing, while referring explicitly in recent speeches to ‘Israel’s’ domestic turmoil. On February 16, 2023, he described these events as severe crises, caused by ‘Israel’s’ “current silly government,” which is pushing it toward two large conflicts: one within ‘Israel’ and the other between ‘Israel’ and the Palestinians, with the potential to ignite the region.”

According to Sayyed Nasrallah, ‘Israel’ is on the brink of an implosion and its settlers are gripped by existential concerns, since they have no trust in the ‘army,’ the political leadership, or the ‘judicial’ system, and there are signs of “desertion” and migration.

Sayyed Nasrallah also spoke about this in a series of speeches of last week. On March 6, in a speech marking “Wounded & Prisoners’ Day,” he repeated his assessment that given these internal events, the end of “the Zionist entity” is approaching.

In a speech on March 10, he stressed that underway were historic events in the occupied territories that must be monitored closely, and “the events in ‘Israel’ arouse great hopes.” He also attributed the crisis in ‘Israeli’ society to the strong opposition in the region. In his view, “the Zionist entity is facing internal struggles and external threats that will lead to its destruction, and it will last no longer than 80 years,” like the ancient ‘Israeli’ kingdoms that did not survive longer than that.

Sayyed Nasrallah’s dream, as he described it in an interview in July 2022, is that masses of ‘Israelis’ will pack their belongings and abandon the ‘Israeli’ entity to move overseas. This is his heart’s desire, and joins his familiar idea that ‘Israel’ is a spider web of an entity that is destined to dissolve and disappear.

Nearly Half of ‘Israeli’ Youths Pessimistic about ’Israel’s’ Future, 33% Think of Leaving

A new survey of young Zionist occupiers found that nearly half of the population in the occupied territories is not optimistic about the future of the ‘Israeli’ entity, while more than one-third of people are thinking about immigration to find jobs and improve their lives.

The poll was conducted by the ‘Israeli’ Fenima research center as part of an investigation to find a solution to reduce social fragmentation within the Zionist society.

The research center described its findings, which were published by the Hebrew-language ‘Israel’ Hayom daily newspaper on Sunday, as “worrying” and wrote that 33% of ‘Israeli’ youths are considering immigration from the occupied lands. Also, 44% of them feel there is no future for the regime.

Issues such as rising living costs, security situation and social divisions are among other reasons for young ‘Israeli’ adults to mull over leaving the occupied territories.

The poll highlighted that 40% of the respondents have cited rising costs for such a potential decision, while 22% of those asked have blamed poor security situation.

Social divisions have been described as the main immigration reason for 18% of those surveyed.

Many scholars and writers have already pointed to the theory of “Collapse from Within” regarding the future of ‘Israel,’ considering the three factors of economic crisis, poor security situation and social divisions.

There has been intense public anger in recent month in the ‘Israeli’-occupied territories over rising costs, after the price of both gasoline and electricity, as well as basic goods, went up.

According to the Economist Intelligence Unit’s [EIU] Worldwide Cost of Living index, the coastal city of Tel Aviv is ranked the most expensive city in the world.

Tel Aviv rose to the top spot from fifth place last year, beating out Paris and Singapore, which were tied for second place.

Its move up the ladder is partly due to the increases in transport and grocery prices.

Property prices in Tel Aviv have also risen, particularly in residential areas, although they are not considered part of the index, added the EIU.

Earlier this year, thousands of Zionist occupiers held a mass demonstration in Tel Aviv to voice their resentment against the soaring cost of living in the city, which is estimated to have become the most expensive metropolis in the world to live in.

Sayyed Nasrallah: Resistance Growing Stronger, We Won’t Tolerate Any Israeli Adventure

Stressing that the Axis of Resistance has been growing stronger while the Zionist entity is witnessing many rifts, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah warned the Israeli enemy against committing any folly during a maneuver  in the coming days.

Delivering a speech via Al-Manar on the occasion of International Al-Quds Day, Sayyed Nasrallah saluted Palestinian people for their steadfastness in face of continuous Israeli attacks.

Sayyed Nasrallah explored points of strength within the Axis of Resistance, noting that Iran has overcome the threat of war as all US and Israeli options against the Islamic Republic have failed.

His eminence also said that the war in Syria has been over, noting that several Arab states are contacting Damascus.

“We have overcome the stage where our front is targeted, and this is a source of concern to the Israeli enemy.

On the other hand, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the Zionist entity has been witnessing several rifts including the internal political crisis, the revive of Resistance spirit among Palestinian people and the emergence of Gaza to be a part of the equation of Resistance and West Bank Resistance against the Israeli enemy.

On the issue of border demarcation, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated Hezbollah’s stance.

“The party who decides in this regard is the Lebanese state. The government here bears historical responsibility to defend our country’s rights.”

COVID-19 Infection?

Sayyed Nasrallah started his speech by reassuring his supporters that he is not a COVID-19 patient, noting that the cough he had was due to a tracheal disease.

His eminence was responding to speculations circulated after he repeatedly coughed during a religious sermon earlier on Wednesday.

International Al-Quds Day

Talking about the occasion, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that Al-Quds Day is an ideological, religious, humanitarian and moral issue.

“It’s about the absolute right of the Palestinian people that will never change by place or time.”

His eminence saluted Palestinian people for sticking to their right in Al-Quds, noting that such steadfastness gives legitimacy to the Axis of Resistance as well as to all forms of support this front offer to the Palestinian people.

“Palestinians did not abandon their land. Despite all these years they are still sticking to their rights. What we have been seeing in the latest weeks proves this. Unarmed Palestinians in Damascus Gate and in Al-Quds are heroically confronting armed Israeli forces.”

In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah hailed the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza for getting into the scene of the confrontation in Al-Quds, describing this development as important and in favor of Palestinians in Al-Quds.

“The Israeli enemy had been previously keen to separate between Gaza and Al-Quds. Hereby, I call upon Palestinian factions in Gaza to go ahead with this decision which falls in favor of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

Powerful Iran

Hezbollah S.G. described Iran as the most powerful state in the Axis of Resistance, despite all US and Israeli attempts to topple its establishment.

“All US and Israeli schemes against the Islamic Republic were foiled and Iran has overcome the threat of war. Ira has already retaliated to Israeli attacks on Natanz nuclear facility by enriching uranium up to 60 %, and this what scares the Zionist entity a lot.”

Hitting back at those who say that Iran allies must be concerned in case a rapprochement takes place with Saudi Arabia, Sayyed Nasrallah said the Islamci Republic and throughout 4 years did not abandon its allies and has been keen to preserve the national interests of their countries.

“Those who must be concerned are US allies,” Sayyed Nasrallah said.

Syria, Iraq and Yemen

Sayyed Nasrallah touched upon the situation in Syria, Iraq and Yemen as he stressed that the Axis of Resistance emerged victorious and more powerful.

“The war in Syria is over and several Arab states are reportedly having contacts with Damascus now. In Iraq, attempts to revive ISIL have failed so far.”

“Elsewhere in Yemen, Yemeni people are more steadfast and victorious in the seventh year of the Saudi aggression. The game-changing capabilities of Yemeni army which have been advancing make the Axis of Resistance more powerful.”

‘Israel’ Weakened

Sayyed Nasrallah then talked about rifts within the Zionist entity, noting that one of the prominent aspects of this rift is the internal political crisis.

“There is a real leadership crisis in the Zionist entity, and such crises indicate the extent of weakness which this regime has reached. Some Israeli analysts say that a civil war in the Zionist entity is possible.”

His eminence also cited when a Syrian anti-aircraft missile hit an area near Dimona nuclear site in the Zionist entity earlier last month.

“This incident proved failure of the Israeli defense systems. In case of a war in the region, would the Israeli defense systems be capable to intercept thousands of rockets?”

Sayyed Nasrallah noted, meanwhile, that the stampede in Mount Meron showed how the Israeli home front is not ready to deal with such situations in case of a real war.

“Zionists are worried about the revival of operations in West Bank and the emergence of Gaza to be part of the equation of confrontations in Al-Quds.”

His eminence added that failure of Israeli strategies on Iran is also one of the rifts within the Zionist entity.

Sayyed Nasrallah noted that the Israeli forces have been lacking morale, and this problem is prompting the Zionist army to intensify drills.

Israeli Drill

Sayyed Nasrallah warned the Israeli enemy against committing any folly during a drill that will start on Sunday.

“In light of this situation we are on high alert and we will closely monitor the enemy movements.”

“Any folly or any attempt to change the rule of engagement is an adventure that we won’t tolerate at all.”

In the end of his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the responsibility is to defend Al-Quds with all means, calling for more cooperation and patience among powers in the Axis of Resistance.

The Zionist circles continued scrutinizing the recent speech of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah in which his eminence warned the Israeli officials against waging an all-out war on Lebanon.

Experts at the Zionist Institute for “National Security” Studies considered that Sayyed Nasrallah is determined to maintain the balance of deterrence by striking the Israeli cities in response to any aggression on the Lebanese cities and killing an Israeli soldier whenever ‘Israel’ kills any of Hezbollah fighters.

The experts also indicated that Hezbollah aims at accumulating its military power and focuses on obtaining precision-guided missiles, adding that such capabilities will inflict heavy losses upon the Israeli ‘home front’ during any upcoming war.

The Zionist experts stressed that Sayyed Nasrallah has consecrated the “Spider Web” theory in the confrontation with ‘Israel’, adding that this notion managed to target the collective conscience of the Israelis.

Hezbollah “Will Make Israel See Stars” in Case of Any Attack on Lebanon: Sheikh Qassem

Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem warned that the Resistance movement will make the Zionist occupation ‘see stars’ if it attacks Lebanon.

In an interview with Al-Mayadeen on Wednesday night, Sheikh Qassem said Hezbollah “remains in state of defense, but we will make ‘Israel’ see stars if it attacks” Lebanon.

“Hezbollah clearly declares that it has no intention of starting a war. Israel must understand that the arena is not open to it, and today the battle will be within the Israeli entity.”

On Hezbollah’s retaliation to the killing of one of Hezbollah fighters in Syria last summer, Sheikh Qassem stressed that the equation set by Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah is still in place.

“When they attacked a brother of ours in Syria, we decided that we will respond to this attack, and such decision is still in place,” Hezbollah deputy chief added.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Qassem revealed that the US Embassy in Beirut has contracted two Lebanese media outlets in a bid to tarnish Hezbollah’s image.

“The US Embassy in Beirut is paying much money to these two media outlets in order to publish daily reports on Hezbollah,” Sheikh Qassem told Al-Mayadeen.

On the issue of Beirut Port blast, Sheikh Qassem said the investigation is ongoing and is aimed at trying to determine whether the incident was caused by an act of sabotage, errors or an Israeli attack.

Investigations conducted by the US, France and Germany that were leaked found “mistakes committed, not an intentional criminal act.”

He demanded that the investigations be revealed so that families can receive compensation from insurance companies and stressed that it’s not Hezbollah’s job to announce the results of the investigation, but rather the job of the judiciary and concerned authorities.

In this context, Sheikh Qassem pointed to “a group of Lebanese politicians whose primary job is to link any incident directly to Hezbollah to discredit him.”

Touching upon the issue of forming government, he stressed that the problem lies in disagreements between President Aoun and Designate-PM Saad Hariri, stressing an urgent need to solve this crisis.

In this regard, Sheikh Qassem voiced Hezbollah’s continuous readiness to help solve disagreements between Aoun and Hariri.

‘Israel’ Stumble over Coronavirus: Looking More like Sayyed Nasrallah’s Spider Web

Months after the ‘Israeli’ entity became in trouble dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, former head of the ‘Israeli’ Military’s Operations Directorate, Maj.-Gen ‘Israel’ Ziv [ret.] told Kan Bet on Monday that ‘Israel’ looks confused, as if it is not being managed, looking like Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s “spider web.”

This was a reference to Sayyed Nasrallah’s famous speech celebrating the Islamic Resistance’s victory and forcing ‘Israel’ to withdraw from Lebanon in 2000 when he stressed that with all its might and weaponry, ‘Israel’ is as feeble as a spider web.

The former military official’s comments were made amid angry protests engulfing the Zionist entity over Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s weak handling of the Coronavirus crisis, as well as cases of corruption he is tried for.

Confessing the joy the ‘Israeli’ enemy felt when watching what was happening in the Arab world during the ‘Arab Spring’, Ziv said “we felt a degree of satisfaction – look, they are unstable; look, they are failing.”

As for now, he lamented: “How do we now look in the eyes of the Arabs? We have a managerial crisis, a mess on the street – they are certainly hoping that it will go from demonstrations to anarchy – there is no budget…”

And the government can’t even make a decision to give the ‘War’ Ministry, which is supposed to always keep its eyes above water, [budgetary] exemptions. And if I’m Iran, I’m thinking this is an extraordinary opportunity, the former military official went on to regret.

‘Israel’s’ enemies, Ziv said, are closely watching what is happening here, and the conclusions they draw could have long-lasting ramifications. We must recover, he stressed, “take matters into our hands, change the framework for dealing with the crisis, and show the strong ‘Israel’.”

Ziv considered that the ‘Israeli’ entity’s foes are carefully watching to see, and perhaps exploit, its weaknesses that are on full display.

In the early days of the virus, Netanyahu boasted often that countries around the world were looking to learn from ‘Israel’ about how to deal with the virus.

But what will happen to this leverage if these countries look at how ‘Israel’ is dealing with the pandemic now, and conclude that it is doing no better – and perhaps even worse – than they themselves are?, Ziv wondered.

المقاومة تغير قواعد الحرب وليس قواعد الإشتباك

وحدَه السيد حسن نصرالله كان يعلم ماذا يفعل بوضع تصنيف عملية الردّ التي قررتها المقاومة على الغارة التي سقط فيها شهيدان للمقاومة في سورية، ضمن إطار العودة لقواعد الاشتباك المعمول بها منذ العام 2006، ومنع المحاولة الإسرائيلية لتغيير قواعد الاشتباك، والردّ الذي نفذته المقاومة جاء بفعل هذا التوصيف تحت غطاء وطني مثله بيان مجلس الدفاع الأعلى وتأكيده حق اللبنانيين بالدفاع بكل الوسائل. وبفعل هذا التوصيف كانت المتابعات التي رافقت العملية تائهة في علوم الحرب، بين عقول سياسية وعسكرية تقليدية قرأت العملية الجديدة للمقاومة كردّ موضعي مدروس بحساب عدم تصعيد الوضع ويشكّل رسالة رد على تمادي جيش الاحتلال، ترافق مع عدم وجود رغبة دولية وأميركية خصوصاً بالتصعيد، ما جعل كيان الاحتلال يحتوي العملية ويمتنع عن الذهاب لرد يؤدي للتصعيد، خصوصاً أنه على أبواب انتخابات لا تحتمل المخاطرة بتصعيد قد يؤدي للانزلاق للحرب.

محبّو المقاومة من أصحاب العقول التقليدية وضعوا نهاية الجولة برد رفع عتب من جيش الاحتلال وما رافقه من كذب بشأن وقوع الإصابات، في إطار حرص المقاومة بعدم توجيه ردّ يُحرج جيش الاحتلال ويكفي لتحقيق الهدف بتثبيت قواعد الاشتباك، وكارهوها ولو أظهر بعضهم خلاف ذلك تحدّثوا عن رد ورد على الرد متفق عليهما، بقنوات اتصال غير مباشرة، بعضهم قال روسية وبعض آخر قال فرنسية، لمنع التصعيد. فهل هذه هي الصورة الحقيقية لما جرى يوم الأحد في الأول من أيلول 2019 الذي صار يوماً تاريخياً؟

المقاومة تؤكد أنها لم ترد بعد على عملية الطائرتين المسيّرتين اللتين خرقتا سماء الضاحية ومثلتا محاولة جيش الاحتلال لتغيير قواعد الاشتباك، وأن الردّ عملياً محدّد بكلام السيد حسن نصرالله، عن توقيت ونوع التعامل الذي سيجري مع الطائرات المسيَّرة لجيش الاحتلال، باعتبارها منذ تاريخ عملية الضاحية، أكبر من انتهاك للسيادة يترك للدولة التعامل معه في إطار توثيق انتهاكات جيش الاحتلال للقرار 1701، لتصير عملاً عدوانياً سيتعرض للمواجهة، واستهداف ما تيسّر من المسيَّرات ضمن حساب يكفي لجعل حركتها مقيدة ومعقدة، ويحول دون استنزاف المقاومة لمواردها وقدراتها في حرب الطائرات المسيَّرة.

عملياً ردّ المقاومة كان على الغارة التي استهدفت مجاهدي المقاومة في سورية، وحملت اسمي شهيدي الغارة. وهنا نحتاج لبعض الهدوء والتأني في القراءة لنعرف ما جرى، ونضع من خلاله رؤية أي سياق يفتتح، وأي معادلة يرسم. فوجود المقاومة في سورية ينتمي لمرحلة ما بعد معادلات وقواعد اشتباك 2006، وما يحكم التعامل مع هذا الوجود لم ترسم له بعد قواعد اشتباك موضوعية يلتزمها الطرفان، المقاومة والاحتلال. بل هناك محاولات من الاحتلال لجعله هدفاً مشروعاً باعتباره وجوداً خارج لبنان، وسعي من المقاومة لجعل كل اعتداء يؤدي لسقوط شهداء موضوعاً للردّ المشروع. وكانت تجربة ثنائية عملية القنيطرة لجيش الاحتلال عام 2015 والرد عليها في مزارع شبعا عام 2015، النموذج الوحيد لهذه المحاولات، التي لم تتحول إلى قواعد اشتباك.

عملياً رد المقاومة فرض هذه المعادلة لحماية دماء مجاهديها في سورية وأي مكان في لبنان وخارجه، والآن صار اسمها قواعد اشتباك أضيفت لما سبقها الذي كان ميدانه الجغرافيا اللبنانية حصراً. فالردّ هنا فرض لقواعد اشتباك جديدة من جانب المقاومة وليس تثبيتاً لقواعد الاشتباك القديمة، لكن الرد يبدو أكبر من ذلك بكثير، بحيث يصير من السذاجة تصديق مجرد التفكير باعبتاره محدوداً وموضعياً ومدروساً. فكيف بالقول إنه متفق عليه؟ فنحن أمام أول عملية تستهدف جيش الاحتلال داخل جغرافيا فلسطين المحتلة عام 1948، من حدود دولة جوار عربي، ينتهي دون رد إسرائيلي بحجم ما يمثل، فيما العمل العسكري لجيش الاحتلال موضوع الردّ كان على وجود المقاومة خارج لبنان. وهو وجود لا يحظى بتغطية دولية تشرعنه، واستهدافه من جيش الاحتلال يحظى بالتفهم الدولي، وبالمقابل رد المقاومة يعتبر عدواناً على ما يعتبره المجتمع الدولي أرضاً إسرائيلية وليس أرضاً لبنانية محتلة، أو متنازعاً عليها، أو أرضاً عربية محتلة كالجولان أو الضفة الغربية، وهذا يعني ببساطة أن وجود المقاومة خارج لبنان بات محمياً بخط أحمر، وأن مواقع الاحتلال داخل فلسطين الـ 48 لم تعد خطاً أحمر.

ردّ المقاومة وما تلاه يقولان شيئاً جديداً كلياً، عبّرت عنه الخارجية الأميركية بما يشبه إعلان الخيبة من تهرّب جيش الاحتلال من الردّ، ومن يقرأه يظن أن الأمور ذاهبة إلى جولة تصعيد، بما تضمنه من تغطية لما وصفه بالحق المشروع لإسرائيل بالدفاع عن نفسها ، ولغة عصبية في الحديث عن تحميل حزب الله مسؤولية التصعيد وزعزعة الاستقرار في لبنان والمنطقة، والاستقرار لم يتزعزع ولا من يزعزعون. وقد مسح الاحتلال بجلده الإهانة وكذب بشأن إصابته لتفادي التصعيد، وجاء البيان الفرنسي مليئاً بالمعاني أيضاً بالتأكيد على الوقوف على مسافة واحدة من طرفين هما المقاومة و إسرائيل . وهو يباهي باتصالاته بكل منهما لمنع التصعيد. وهو يعلم أن أحدهما تعرّض للاستهداف خارج حدوده ، أي المقاومة، والثاني تعرض للاستهداف داخل حدوده ، أي كيان الاحتلال، وأن أحدهما دولة تقيم أفضل العلاقات مع فرنسا، والثاني حركة سياسية عسكرية تصنِّف فرنسا جناحها العسكري المعني بالرد على لوائح الإرهاب.

الذين كانوا في لبنان ينتظرون رد المقاومة ويفركون كفوفهم بانتظار الرد الإسرائيلي على الردّ أصابهم الإحباط، فقد سقطت نظرياتهم عن تعريض المقاومة لبنان لخطر حرب. ونعيق البوم والغربان عن الخراب والدمار ذهب هباء. فقد خذلتهم إسرائيل ، ولم يجدوا إلا الحديث عن حزنهم على غياب الدولة، أو عن قبول مسبق من جانب إسرائيل لصفعة وجودية تاريخية، اخترعوا له وجود تفاهم ضمني أميركي إيراني موهوم لضبط الردّ والردّ على الردّ.

ردّ المقاومة نصف حرب وليس عملاً موضعياً ولا يصلح ليكون رداً متفقاً عليه مع أي كان، فكيف مع الاحتلال المصاب في كبده اليوم، ليصير الردع الذي يحكم معادلة المقاومة والاحتلال، وقد ترسمل بقواعد جديدة بمدى ونوع أعمق بكثير من أن تفسره الانتخابات، أو حسابات نتنياهو، بل حدود قدرة الكيان سياسياً وعسكرياً وشعبياً على تحمّل اختبارات الحرب، الكيان الذي قدّم لنا السيد الإثبات أنه أوهن من أوهن من أوهن من بيت العنكبوت، وها هي إسرائيل المصابة في روحها أمام أعيننا، والأعمى وحده لا يريد أن يرى.

وحدَه السيد يعرف ماذا فعل، فقد غيّر قواعد الحرب وهو يتحدث عن منع العدو من تغيير قواعد الاشتباك، وما جرى سيغير معادلات حركة جيش الاحتلال في سورية والعراق وفلسطين، وكما كل مرة المقاومة تسجل السابقة وتفتح الطريق لتصير قانون حرب.

حرب 2006: السقوط الإسرائيلي مستمرّ والسيّد سيُصلّي في القدس

بعد 13 عاماً على العدوان الإسرائيلي على لبنان تستمر تداعيات السقوط الإسرائيلي وانتصار المقاومة، وتستمر هذه التداعيات على أكثر من صعيد وفي أكثر من اتجاه الى الحدّ الذي مكّن السيد حسن نصرالله من إطلاق وعد جديد مزلزل قال فيه «وفقاً للمنطق والتحليل السليم أنا سأصلّي في القدس». قال هذا علماً بأنّ عمره لامس الـ 59 عاماً، والسيد كما عوّد الجميع صديقاً كان أو عدواً لا ينطق إلا بما يراه واقعياً ممكن الحصول ولا يعد إلا بما يراه قابلاً للتنفيذ وفقاً للإمكانات المتوفرة. وقد أطلق السيد وعده هذا في معرض الحديث عن انتصار المقاومة ما يعني أنّ تحرير القدس الذي يعنيه هو التحرير الذي سيكون على يد المقاومة وفي العشرات القليلة الآتية من السنين، فلماذا قال السيد ما قاله ولمَ أو هل جازف بوعده؟

إنّ المتتبع لمجريات الأمور في المنطقة وفي كلّ ما يتصل بالصراع مع العدو الإسرائيلي وحوله يدرك وبكلّ موضوعية أنّ هناك فئتين من الحقائق تشكلتا في فترة حرب وما بعد حرب 2006. حقائق لا يتعامى عنها إلا حاقد موتور رافض للحقيقة او جاهل أعمى عاجز عن رؤية الحقيقة، وكما هو معلوم ليس لرأي أيّ من الطرفين وزن.اما الفئة الأولى من الحقائق تلك فهي ما نتج مباشرة عن حرب 2006 وفيها تحطّمت الأركان الرئيسيّة للعقيدة العسكرية الإسرائيلية واختلت استراتيجيتها الهجومية اختلالاً كبيراً، حيث خرجت «إسرائيل» من الحرب وقد فقدت «الحرية في قرار الحرب»، وخسرت عنصر «الحرب على أرض الخصم». وودّعت الى الأبد نظرية «الحرب الخاطفة» وسقطت من يدها «نظرية سلاح الطيران الحاسم«.

لقد، وضعت حرب 2006 حداً نهائياً لمقولة الحرب الخاطفة التي كانت تشكل الركن الأساس في تلك العقيدة، فقبل 2006 كانت «إسرائيل» تملك الجزئيات الثلاث في مسألة قرار الحرب وتوقيتها ونطاقها، فهي مَن يبدأ الحرب وهي مَن يحدّد نطاق الحرب زماناً وميداناً وهي مَن يوقف الحرب، أما بعد 2006 فلم يعد لـ «إسرائيل» إلا الجزئية الأولى أيّ من يبدأ الحرب فتستطيع أن تطلق هي الطلقة الأولى لكن النطاق الزمني والمكاني وتاريخ انتهاء الحرب باتت أموراً خارج يدها كلياً. وهذا ما شكل ولا يزال من أهمّ الخسائر الاستراتيجية للعدو التي قيّدت حريته في الذهاب للحرب، لأنه يخشى من مدتها وباتت للمرة الأولى في حياتها مردوعه بسلاح المقاومة.

كما أسقطت الحرب الركن الثاني في العقيدة العسكرية الإسرائيلية المتمثل بمقولة «الحرب على أرض الخصم». وهنا نذكر أنه قبل حرب 2006 كانت «إسرائيل» تخوض الحروب على الجبهات وشعبها يمارس السباحة والسياحة في المنتجعات والمرابع الترفيهية مطمئناً، لكنها مع حرب 2006 وبعدها تغيرت الصورة وباتت «إسرائيل» تخشى من أمرين يرعبانها. الأول: وضع «إسرائيل» كلها تحت النار وتهديد ما أسمي الجبهة الداخلية بنار شل وتدمير وفشل «إسرائيل» في تأمين الحماية والمناعة لشعبها كما فشلها في تطبيق مقولة «شعب يعمل تحت النار». أما الثاني فهو ما عبر عنه الأمين العام لحزب الله السيد حسن نصر الله بأن «على المقاومين ان ينتظروا أمراً بالقتال في الجليل شمال فلسطين المحتلة». وهو عمل إذا حصل فسيكون الأول من نوعه منذ العام 1948 وسيتكامل مع الأمر الأول ويُسقط نهائياً مقولة «الحرب على أرض الخصم» لتتقدّم مقولة الحرب المفتوحة في الزمان والمكان وعلى جانبي الحدود.

أما العنصر الثالث الذي أسقطته حرب الـ 33 يوماً فكان سلاح الطيران الذي طالما فاخرت به «إسرائيل» واطمأنت اليه، وجعلته «السلاح الحاسم». فقبل 2006 كانت «إسرائيل» تحسم نتائج الحرب من الساعات أو الأيام الأولى بالعمل التدميري الواسع الذي ينفذه طيرانها الذي يمتلك تفوقاً كبيراً وسيطرة جوية تامة، اما في الـ 2006 فقد فشلت «إسرائيل» في تحقيق النتائج المتوخاة من طيرانها رغم أنها ارتكبت جرائم حرب بهذا الطيران وابتدعت «نظرية الضاحية» ونفذتها بتدمير مدينة بكاملها… فالطيران الإسرائيلي فشل في حسم الحرب وفشل في إسكات مصادر نيران المقاومة وفشل في ثني المقاومة عن العمل المؤثر في الميدان. وفي المقابل نجحت المقاومة في إجبار «إسرائيل» على القتال بنمط الجيل الرابع وأرغمتها على معارك الالتحام وووضعت الجندي الإسرائيلي أمام نفق مرعب لا يقوى على دخوله ووضعت بذلك حداً لمقولة «الانتقال الآمن في الميدان» أو «السيطرة والسيادة الإسرائيلية في الميدان». فكل هذا بات من الماضي وباتت المظلة الجوية عاجزة عن رد طلقة نار يرميها مقاوم من مسافة أمتار قليلة.

أما الأخطر من كل ما تقدّم فقد كان سقوط «الهيبة العسكرية الإسرائيلية» وثقة الصهاينة بجيشهم وسقوط مقولة الجيش الذي لا يُقهر، فحرب تموز 2006 فضحت هذا الجيش وسلّطت الأضواء على عناصر الضعف فيه ومكّنت السيد حسن نصر الله من وصف الكيان الإسرائيلي بـ «بيت العنكبوت» الذي هو أوهن البيوت بالوصف القرآني.

أما بعد الحرب وخاصة في السنوات العشر الأخيرة أي منذ بدء الحريق العربي وما جرى من قتال على أرض سورية وما تبعها من متغيرات دولية وتطورات عسكرية في جانب المقاومة ومحورها وعلى صعيد قدراتها وخبراتها فقد باتت «إسرائيل» في مواجهة مشهد عملاني واستراتيجي جديد لم تعرفه منذ اغتصابها لفلسطين، مشهد يقوم على ما يلي:

أولاً: إن الحرب المستقبلية ستكون حرباً إقليمية شاملة لكامل المنطقة مع تعدّد الجبهات ولن تستطيع «إسرائيل» أن تستفرد بأي من مكوّنات محور المقاومة وسقط عنصر آخر في عقيدتها العسكرية يتمثل بنظرية «القتال على جبهة واحدة وتجميد الجبهات الأخرى».

ثانياً: وهن البنية الإسرائيلية أمام فعالية النار التدميرية للمقاومة. وهو ما عرضه السيد حسن نصر الله في حديثه الأخير وحدد فيه البقعة الرئيسة التي تحتوي على الأساسيات في بنك اهداف المقاومة وكلها تقع في منطقة لا تتجاوز 1200 كل م2 وهي ما يمكن تسميته بـ «إسرائيل الحيوية» أو «قلب إسرائيل»، حيث تتجمّع كل مراكز القيادة والإدارة والإنتاج والعمل في السياسة والأمن والاقتصاد والمال حتى باتت تسميتها بأنها منطقة قلب «إسرائيل» هي تسمية موضوعية جداً، فإذا شلّت أو توقفت عن العمل ماتت «إسرائيل» وهو أمر باتت المقاومة قادرة على إنجازه لما تملك من أسلحة نار تدميرية فاعلة.

ثالثاً: فعالية القدرات الهجومية للقوات البرية التي باتت المقاومة تملكها ما يخيف «إسرائيل». وهو ما أكد عليه السيد حسن نصر الله بوضوح مشدداً على حجم هذه القوى والخبرات العالية التي اكتسبتها في الحرب الدفاعية التي خاضتها في سورية ما مكّنها من بناء عنصر قتالي اقتحامي فاعل في البر قادر على الهجوم والاقتحام في أصعب الظروف.

نقول هذا مع أننا لا نسقط من الحساب احتمال التدخل الغربي بقيادة أميركية، وامتلاك «إسرائيل» للسلاح النووي، لكننا نعرف أيضاً ان الغرب يقدم السلاح والذخائر ولا يقدم الدماء لحماية «إسرائيل» في حرب ستكون مفتوحة وستكون فيها مصالحه في خطر، أما عن السلاح النووي فإنه في الأصل سلاح ردع لا يُستعمل، وإذا استعملته «إسرائيل» فسيكون الدليل القاطع على نهايتها وأكتفي بهذه الإشارة دون تفصيل أكثر.

لكل ذلك أقول إن «إسرائيل» انكشفت الآن وظهرت الثغرات في بنيتها، ولهذا لا نتوقع أن تبادر هي في المدى المنظور الى حرب تهدد بها دائماً، وتبقى الحرب مستبعدة أيضاً لأن المقاومة لن تبدأ بها ولن تبادر اليها، اما إذا ارتكبت «إسرائيل» الخطأ المميت وذهبت الى الحرب… واعتقد أنها سترتكب هذا الخطأ يوماً… فإنها ستكون الحرب التي تفتح طريق السيد حسن نصر الله الى القدس ليصلي فيها، كما أعلن.
